I've run into a strange issue I've never had before. Yesterday I copied email's source code from Adobe Campaign Classic into Dreamweaver, to go through Validation and change all the tags to lowercase. Well I did that, saved it and pasted the corrected DW code back into ACC. This morning, I noticed all the tags for the email had CHANGED BACK to capital letters. How to rectify this? And is there a way to change all the tags back to lowercase all at once in Adobe Campaign Classic?

Hi All,We have created Scheduler called CDMImportScheduler in AEM6.5.CDMImportScheduler is not getting triggered now. We are seeing in CDMImportScheduler is running very long in "Scheduler Health Check ".  After doing soft restart from webconsole i am not seeing CDMImportScheduler in Health checks. Health check is normal but scheduler is not still running. How to handle and resolve this issue.  Regards,Gana

Hi Team,I have a XF with two components component A and component B, where component A is common for all variations and component B can vary. so, i created a variation as live copy and broken the inheritance for component B but if i edit XF and roll out my changes then component B changes also rolling out from XF to variation.Why is this happening? how to fix this? I'm working on AEM as cloud service and version is 2023.9.13420.20230907T185228Z-230800. Thanks,Naveen.

The acs-commons subpackage wasn't installed at the time of the Jenkins deployment in Dev and higher author environments but it also installed DEV publish and the local environment.The acs-aem-commons subpackage isn't installed during the Jenkins deployment in Dev and higher author environments(We can't see the last installed timestamp). But it will install in the Dev and higher publish environment(We can see the last installed timestamp). EnvironmentAEM 6.5.16acs-aem-commons : 6.0.14Please find some scenarios,- If we install the package manually in the author environment then it will show the last installed date and time but the last installed date and time will disappear at the time of the next Jenkin deployment.- If we increment or decrement the subpackage version then it will install the subpackage and we can see the last installed date and time but in the next deployment we can't see the last installed date and time. Note: This issue is only in the author instance of Dev

Hello RTCDP Community, I'm seeking some guidance on how to effectively track and segment customers based on their cumulative purchase history within Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform.Currently, we have Adobe Data Collection in place with the Web SDK on our conversion 'Thank You' page. This setup captures each purchase event, including transaction details such as the transaction amount, items purchased, and date. Here's the challenge: If a user makes multiple transactions over time, for example, one for $100 and another for $500, we would like to have an attribute that reflects their total historical purchase amount ($600 in this case). Could anyone guide me on how to create and update an attribute that accumulates the historical purchase amount for a profile? i.e. we can create segment like "Historical Purchase > $500"(P.S. We have two AEM instances and trying to access one AEM instance repository on other AEM instance. I've created workflow process where I used below to code to access. hi allcan i ingest only selected fields for the schema using the http api source ?example  schema  :clientid (primary id) firstName:stringbalance : intso in the initial ingestion  from the API  i have ingested one record with the mapper  3333,joe,400 now i need to update the balance only so i posted 3333,500.  using the same source api what happened  is that the "joe" disappear from the profile... how can i handle it better ? this is just short example , in the real scenario i have hundred of fields  that i don't what to pass since they haven not changed 

Hi!I know Time Spent per Visit is calculated as Total Seconds Spent / (Visits - Bounces). However, my understanding is that end time stamps don't fire for any exits, not just bounces.Why wouldn't the calculation be Total Seconds Spent / (Visits - Exits)?It's been super difficult to find information about time metrics, so any and all help is appreciated!

I imported a spread sheet that has a date of birth field with a field type of  'date' . The date of birth was formatted in a csv as  05/18/2084 and uploaded to that person's data. The database > info > date of birth field in the person data shows, May 18, 2084. The email I've sent out has a token to get the person's dob, {{lead.Date of Birth:default=edit me}}. The email in their inbox displays that as, 2084-05-18. Where is the setting to fix how tokens render the date in SMS or email? Or is there another setting somewhere to change so the dob is in an acceptable format?

So in workfront when things are deleted they live in the trash for 30 days and then are automatically deleted.Does anyone know if proof works the same way? I can see there are a lot of files in my organizations proof trash bin and wanted to know if these are from a specific time period(like the last 30 days) or if the proofs in the proof trash bin is everything that's been deleted since an admin manually deleted all items in the trash.

Over the holidays, we had a Fusion scenario that was stopped due to a transient but long-running error in a third party service.  This caused the scenario to stop.  Unfortunately, in the slew of other scenario errors that were triggered, we missed reenabling that one scenario.While this was our fault, we are looking to Fusion for ways to help minimize the impact of such situations.  Critical scenarios would ideally have a setting to NOT be auto-disabled, ever.  Or we could have a way to have one scenario check on the status of others and send a reminder email/Slack/etc. to reenable if it's detected.Other than sheer will, does anyone have any suggestions of how to make this generally more robust?

Dear Team, I've a requirement where the existing asset share common search functionality to be overridden.Instead of token based search, needs a 'startswith' search. For example: if file name is abcdef_xyz.jpeg , if the user enter abc or abcd, I should get the result. I created a servlet for the query execution and I believe logic is okay to give results.But unfortunately, my servlet logic is by-passed and after executing the servlet logic , the control goes to 'asset share commons' and a new query got created from the same string( abc / abcd) that I passed and the result of that query is available in the page.  I couldn't find how it is communicating to asset share commons. In the page I'm using 'asset share common- search-results' component to display the results. That's one clue I've with. Do I need to replace the search results component in-order to make it work?  The highlighted is my facet search. The left hand side is authored with the 'asset s
