We are in the process of cleaning up our Adobe Analytic users to remove individuals who are either no longer with the company or need access to Adobe Analytics. Some of these individuals have developed their own metrics,dashboards, and/or segments that have been shared with others. The plan is to move the metrics,dashboards,and/or segments to another user when they get deleted. However, before we start this we do have a couple questions:Does moving the metrics,dashboards,and/or segments to a new user profile change how it has been shared with others? i.e. does it go back to a default non-shared stateIf it does go to a non-shared state when moved to a new profile, is there a way to prevent this?We have a lot of clean up to do and a lot of shared assets, so we want to plan this out before jumping in.Thanks!

I'm attempting to pull a property out of an existing node and use it to create a new titlecore node just before the source node and I'm having an issue with moving the newly-created nodes around within a container, it's throwing an IllegalArgumentException saying that the srcChildRelPath has an invalid name. Hi, I am trying to integrate my AEM on premise (6.4.8.4) with Adobe Events (cloud). I followed this guide: https://developer.adobe.com/events/docs/guides/using/aem/aem_on_premise_install_6.4/I only have the default events (created with the bundle installation), but the event instances fail to load properly. We are looking for a way for internal marketing users to review AEM pages before they go live. In the past, we used a Staging environment to review pages then, once approved, those pages and all dependencies were pushed to production/live.How can we mimic this in AEM by giving non AEM users a way to review pages or review a new section then, once approved, push that live?Thanks.-Kevin

When trying to use the SSL wizard I am getting a connection error. What could cause this issue? Hi there, I have a question about how many threads one workflow can run? The background is that there are hundreds of files we need to process every day, in the same format, but if we process the file one by one, it will cost about more than 8 hours. So we've set a main workflow to check files, and send files to a sub-workflow to process. The main workflow can call the sub-workflow multiple times, but the sub-workflow still process files one by one.  Is there any other solution to handle this situation, or is there somewhere I can update on my workflows? Thanks

I've run into a strange issue I've never had before. Yesterday I copied email's source code from Adobe Campaign Classic into Dreamweaver, to go through Validation and change all the tags to lowercase. Well I did that, saved it and pasted the corrected DW code back into ACC. This morning, I noticed all the tags for the email had CHANGED BACK to capital letters. How to rectify this? And is there a way to change all the tags back to lowercase all at once in Adobe Campaign Classic?

Hi All,We have created Scheduler called CDMImportScheduler in AEM6.5.CDMImportScheduler is not getting triggered now. We are seeing in CDMImportScheduler is running very long in "Scheduler Health Check ".  After doing soft restart from webconsole i am not seeing CDMImportScheduler in Health checks. Health check is normal but scheduler is not still running. How to handle and resolve this issue.  Regards,Gana

Hi Team,I have a XF with two components component A and component B, where component A is common for all variations and component B can vary. so, i created a variation as live copy and broken the inheritance for component B but if i edit XF and roll out my changes then component B changes also rolling out from XF to variation.Why is this happening? how to fix this? I'm working on AEM as cloud service and version is 2023.9.13420.20230907T185228Z-230800. Thanks,Naveen.

The acs-commons subpackage wasn't installed at the time of the Jenkins deployment in Dev and higher author environments but it also installed DEV publish and the local environment.The acs-aem-commons subpackage isn't installed during the Jenkins deployment in Dev and higher author environments(We can't see the last installed timestamp). But it will install in the Dev and higher publish environment(We can see the last installed timestamp). EnvironmentAEM 6.5.16acs-aem-commons : 6.0.14Please find some scenarios,- If we install the package manually in the author environment then it will show the last installed date and time but the last installed date and time will disappear at the time of the next Jenkin deployment.- If we increment or decrement the subpackage version then it will install the subpackage and we can see the last installed date and time but in the next deployment we can't see the last installed date and time. Note: This issue is only in the author instance of Dev

Hello RTCDP Community, I'm seeking some guidance on how to effectively track and segment customers based on their cumulative purchase history within Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform.Currently, we have Adobe Data Collection in place with the Web SDK on our conversion 'Thank You' page. This setup captures each purchase event, including transaction details such as the transaction amount, items purchased, and date. Here's the challenge: If a user makes multiple transactions over time, for example, one for $100 and another for $500, we would like to have an attribute that reflects their total historical purchase amount ($600 in this case). Could anyone guide me on how to create and update an attribute that accumulates the historical purchase amount for a profile? i.e. we can create segment like "Historical Purchase > $500"(P.S.
