We're currently working on a refresh of our WF training.  Some users have expressed a desire to track personal work tasks.  I thought I'd make them a guide for entering these tasks on the Priorities tab.  Some users have explored Priorities while others have not--the latter still have the intro message and the 'Discover the new work list 🎉' task in a personal project ('FirstName LastName's Tasks').Is there anyway to locate these projects in the system?  I can log in as individual users and navigate to the projects (if the discover task is still in Priorities); as an admin I can still view the project while I'm no longer logged in as the user.  However, I've been unable to run a report that lists these individual projects (I even added myself as a user for one of the projects in the sandbox preview, but I still can't report on the project).

I am "trying" to create a calculated field to concat fields based on multiselect fields. I can get my statement to work if there is just one criteria. but how do I/is it possible to get the and statement to work between 2 fields. I found some examples that are kind of looking like what I want, but when I try and add the && into the text the wheels fall off. Here is where I ended up around the time I was pulling my hair out. In my task view, I want to create a filter to compare two field values to determine which task lines to displayI want to compare the Task: projected Completion date and the Project: Planned Completion date.I want to display any task that has a task: projected completion date greater than the Project: Planned Completion date.I know I need to do this in Text mode.Can you tell me the text I need to create

Is there a way to create and generate a report for how many times a Team tag is made in a Project or Tasks Updates message? In the report, I also want to add additional column fields to include information about the Project or Tasks.

I want to build a scenario that looks at a project's tasks to see if they are complete. The project can have up to 3 specific tasks with set names that need to be completed. Is there a way I can accomplish this using custom fields while still using an instant webhook event? Like something along the lines of Example pseudocode, I know there are some logic errorsIf 1,2,3 or 1,2 or 1,3 or 2,3 or 1 or 2 or 3 = CPL ; true ; false 

I'm looking for a way to trigger a warning or flag when a user attempts to create a project with a name that already exists in Workfront. The goal is to prevent unintentional duplication and maintain clean project naming across the system.I've explored using custom forms and calculated fields, but Workfront Core doesn’t seem to support real-time validation or lookups for duplicate detection. Hi,  I have a project report that is pulling in the tasks for each project, and I'd like to show the percent complete of each task. Right now I can only get the percent complete of the entire project.  Any tips appreciated! Can we set a workflow for statuses wherein we can define what are the next available statuses based on current selected status? For e.g.:

I want to create an Agile Team(SCRUM) with Iterations & Sprints for the development team who assignments are there across the portfolio.I am able to switch the normal team to a Agile team, I can new story in the backlog or iteration but not able to see all the tasks that are already assigned to the team.  Can anyone help me understand the Agile team creation and its management? Thanks in Advance!

I am using this calculation on a date field to calculate due dates. ADDWEEKDAYS($$TODAY,4) How can I modify this to exclude holidays so that they are not counted as business days in the calculation? My instance of Workfront does not have a holiday library so I would need to list them manually in the calculation and then likely update every year I would assume. Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to add a digital signature to a PDF that is attached to a request when the request has been approved? I assume Fusion would be involved, but I was wondering about how that works. Thanks! -Roy

Hi Community! This is a bit of a long shot but I am testing the tableau - workfront data connection via snowflake and I'm trying to build a few simple visualizations. Perhaps I'm just not familiar enough with tableau yet, but I am not understanding how to add custom fields from my data source if I want more than one field per object (two custom fields that sit on a task form for example) Maybe I just need more time with it and to be fair, I am a system administrator with no SQL experience, so maybe this is too technical for me, but I figured once I made the connection, it would be drag and drop, with a bit of a learning curve to navigate the data and how it's displayed. Has anyone had any luck building visualizations in Tableau yet where you have multiple custom fields across a few object types in one report / dashboard? I am lost and there's no documentation available. I do have a meeting with someone in my company who has more advanced Tableau experience next week, but

Hi All, I'm running into issues creating a  calculated field that generates a name for either, Entered By ID or Primary Contact ID for requests converted to storyboards. For whatever reason I'm not able to pull that data over to a storyboard/tasks that is converted from the issue.  Does anyone know of a potential workaround?

Hi, I am trying to find an easier way to do this, my current solution works, but intermittently results in empty values. I am looking at the number of projects in each status and then pushing it back to Workfront for daily reporting. I am searching for a list of projects, then using a numeric aggregator module to get the number of projects in each status (this works perfectly). The aggregator module gives me an array of collections, with each collection containing Status and the count. Then I use an Arrar Aggregator module to combine all the statuses and counts into a single array. Finally, a Set Multiple Variables module will be used to set the count of each status to a matching variable that can be used in the workfornt update call. The Set Multiple Variable is where empty values are recorded intermittently.   

HI!I am have a task report that I need to group by the Business Unit, and then by the project Program. I was able to group by the project Business Unit without issue, but I can't pull in the project Program name with native functionality. I tried using text mode to achieve this (see below), but it returns the Program Name as "no value". Hi! I am running into an issue with text mode rules for a project report that references nested tasks.  listmethod=nested(tasks).lists Is it possible to apply a conditional formatting within this list method? Essentially, if there is no matching task I want the box to be greyed or have an icon. However when I apply the text mode coding that works in a traditional column, the text mode column shows the coding in plain text.

Hi! I have lines of business as queue topics on my request form. Is there any way that I can have display logic make a custom field appear if a certain line of business and or queue topic is selected?  Thank you in advance!JM

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to track retainer hours that are specific to user role that is assigned to a specific Portfolio.Right now this is a manual process We have a custom field on a Portfiolio that we manually adjust based on the addition of new Freelancers Ideally what we would want is – if we onboard a new freelance – say 200 hours – this would automatically update the specific Retainer based on the Portfolio the Freelancer is being assigned – to reflect the additional hours. 3 - Followup to this – is there a way to create a report:Is there a way to automate tracking a business line’s retainer hours, and then create a combination chart to show against hours burned?
