This is my first time to take AEM DEVELOPER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION exam. I joined the exam call via Zoom meeting where the proctor from Examity team frequently mentioned that I have poor connection even though changed different networks. So I asked her is there a chance that I can reschedule my exam and she said yes you can and ended the exam test. But when I went to portal to reschedule it says that I need to pay for rescheduling which I am not aware and not told by the proctor. I have contacted support@examity.com they mentioned that we only monitor the exam and we don't have access to reschedule this point was not clearly mentioned by the proctor in the zoom meeting. I have contacted certif@adobe.com and they are mentioning that I haven't appeared for the exam on time. So as per their policy I need to make new appointment for exam by paying. I was lost again here. We have a relatively large DAM, and we want to unpublish assets as soon as they expire. Is there any OOTB functionality for this? Or if not, what would be the best approach? My first guess is creating a workflow, but not sure what the trigger would be.Appreciate any help, thanks!

Hi Team,I am upgrading AEM service pack to 22 and facing a weird issue -Currently, AEM is running on service pack 6 and it is on-premise software. I have perfromed an upgrade to the latest pack 22.After the upgrade, few vanity URLs are redirecting to 404 while accessing via dispatcher URL. Few existing vanity URLs are working fine.What I have checked already?Vanity URLs are getting resolved properly in AEM instance (system/console/jcrresolverNo duplicate pages exists with same vanity pathNewly created pages works perfectly fine with vanity URLOld pages (where issue is there), when i changed the vanity path from "test-vanity" to "test-vanity-1", i can see that the URLs are getting changed when i check on dispatcher using URL (libs/granite/dispatcher/content/vanityUrls.html) Any idea/pointers, I can check further! Hi - we use the my projects home screen widget. When we toggle to "Projects I'm On" we get projects we are not assigned tasks on, but are shared with us. Is there a way to filter this out? I want to create a view that is just projects that are either owned by the user or projects where they have assigned work.

Hi All, I am looking at creating a task report. The reason why I would prefer a task report for this is, because we want to make live updates on certain fields pertaining to a task.What I am trying to display? A task may have more than one assignee. For example, Assignee 1 and Assignee 2. 1. Is there a really unique way to group by Assignee. When using the Assigned To as a grouping on a task report, Workfront will only take into consideration the Primary Assignee. I do know on an assignment report it will work as expected, but you can't interact / update any tasks from this report associated with the assignee. 2. If #1 is possible, I want to exclude in some instances assignees not reporting to a manager. For example, if I am the manager and Assignee 1 reports to me, I do not want to see Assignee 2 on the group by.  Not sure if anyone has worked on something towards this. I know the grouping by will work on the Assignment report, but we won't be able to upd

is there an API which can tell list of all dataFlow which are pointing to same dataSet ?secondly, the dataFlow UI doesnt have schema based or dataSet based filtering, any hack to find the list from UI too ? The only filter in UI is related to source applicaiton.

Hello all, I was wondering if Adobe Target can do email personalization with Sensei or something else based on the weather/location in a city. For example, if it's 100 degrees Fahrenheit in Florida, the email would be personalized with a beach background image and a hot summer tagline. For northern states, if it's snowing, it would create an image with mountains and snow along with a winter tagline. TIA

Hello AEM Guides Community,I’m new to AEM Guides and working on creating an aggregated document that includes multiple languages in a single PDF output. My main document contains a front page (cover) and then multiple languages each with it's own translated TOC.I want the PDF to show:The front page first,Then for each language submap, a Table of Contents for just that submap,Followed by the actual content of that language submap.What is the recommended way to structure the map and customize the native PDF template to achieve this aggregated, multilingual document with per-submap TOCs?Are there best practices or example templates you can share?Thanks so much for your help!

Custom Domain Appearing in Publisher URLs (ETC Mapping?) In AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) setup, I'm noticing that the shortened publisher URLs are showing the ETC-mapped custom domain instead of the default domain (publisher URL).Is this the expected behavior for AEMaaCS publishers when domain mapping is configured?If not, could someone guide me on how to resolve or override this behavior?Any insights or documentation references would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a function available in AEP  Calculated Fields  section, to add number of days to a given date ?Currently found a manual workaround to fetch the date parts and convert a date into epoch timestamp and then add days to it. this process is complex and  lengthy. IS there a  function which I can leverage in calculated fields section  in AEP ?

Issue:   We are needing to display all the documents in program and for the associated projects so there is a single source for our Program/Project Managers to view the appropriate information.      Is this possible to display all documents associated with a program/project? Scenario/Question 1: In the Documents link on the program, this appears to only display the Program level documents and nothing else.  Is there a way to turn on the ability to display downstream project/task documents here, similar to how task documents show on a project Documents area? Scenario/Question 2: Is there a way to display the dashboard with a report that filters the results? Created and applied a dashboard/report on a programAll projects/programs are showing up in this report instead of just the program specific projects and a notice that says the report can't be filtered by program.  (Image attached)We could create a prompt, but that would then requ

Hi all,I am trying to add a custom HTTP response header from the dispatcher level in an AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) setup.I want this header to be included in responses served by Dispatcher for tracking/debugging purposes.What’s the best way to do this in AEMaaCS with Dispatcher configuration?I have tried editing the dispatcher.yaml but I’m not seeing the header added. Is there a specific file or directive I need to update? And are there any restrictions in AEMaaCS when adding custom headers?Thanks in advance!

Hi all!I'm customizing my project task-level view. I know that I can change the color of a parent or grandparent task's row by setting conditional formatting (task's Number of Children > 0). However, I'm looking to set parents and grandparents to different colors. The Number of Children variable tells you how many subtasks there are... not useful here. I need a variable that denotes the "level" of a task (ex. task=1, parent=2, grandparent=3, greatgrandparent=4). I'm fairly comfortable with text mode and API basics but just can't figure this one out 😞Extra credit portion: Ideally I'd like to flip parent+ task rows into white text on dark backgrounds, but rich text fields don't change color. Hi there, My understanding is that any newly created segments will need to wait for the next segment evaluation time in order to be used for activation/AJO. Is there a minimal time that the segment need to be created prior to the evaluation time in order to be used? For example, the new segment need to be created at least 3-4 hours before global segment evaluation time to be used. Second, there are always urgent/last minute requests from marketing teams to create and target a segment asap, say in the next few hours. If the segment wasn't planned and wasn't created, how do we handle those situations? Regardless if the segment is batch/streaming/edge, sounds like to me it still needs to wait for the segment evaluation time (typically tomorrow), which is extremely inconvenient at critical times. Is there an emergency process we can follow (e.g call this and that api) and the new segment can be used in the new few hours. Thanks.

How do I set 2 default policies for an Experience Fragments in AEM? Hi All,I'm calling for Black Belt Fusion experts, hoping for help with resolving this mystery. I have a custom form (with loads of fields) on the Issue object in WF. I have a Fusion Scenario that I need to run when one of these fields (FIELD2) is updated on an existing issue, or a new issue is created with this field populated.The filters defined for the webhook look like this:Record type: Issue State: New state Filters: DE:FIELD1 EQUAL Yes AND DE:FIELD2 Changed AND connection updates included Record Origin: New and Updated Records When I CREATE a new issue that matches the filters, 2 events are fired: one "CREATE" and one "UPDATE" event. So my scenario runs twice and I can't figure out why.The Fusion scenario does not update FIELD2, so the 2nd event is not triggered by Fusion itself. I checked the data in the output bundle of the "Watch event" Fusion module in both runs and found the following:- The "newState" data is exactly the same in the CREATE event and in th

Whenever we have an error, we call a webhook to store the error in Workfront, so we can track the errors. However, if we use the retry error handler, we get duplicate errors. We would like to identify these duplicates and ignore them. The execution ID increments, so we can't use that value to see if an error is a duplicate. We don't know of any other ID variable to tie these executions together. We need some way to know if an execution is a RETRY of a previous execution. Any ideas welcome! 

Hi, I was checking my data on campaign server, using advanced filter on data schema.And there is a table with fields that some of values are set as Null and others as an empty string, "".I was trying to differentiate these two types, so tried filtering with condition as below,[field A] is equal to ""and[filed A] is emptyBut for both cases, query is generated as "[fieldA] is NULL"But when I filtered with [filter A] is not empty, I still see the empty values, and when I exported it as a .csv file those values are marked as an empty cells. Does anyone know a way to resolve this issue? or do any of you know how AC save empty string values?
