I am building out an Interactive Webinar and have everything setup, I have a Smart Campaign that triggers to set "Registered" status and then send a notification email that contains the webinar link. I ran a test and the link is not populating. I see my record in the Members section with a URL, but the email is not populating it using the {{member.webinar url:default=edit me}} token. I even set a wait step before sending the email to make sure the URL populated in the webinar program.

Hi Community, I have a question about a time difference calculation in Planning. I have a field called End Date and i want to calculate the weeks until this End Date in T-weeks. I used this formula with the intend to receive the following results: T-6, T-4, T-0 etc., but for some reason the $$TODAY makes issues in the formula field for Planning, since I am either getting T-0 for all calculations/data variations or no results at all.Any thoughts? Workarounds? And not the last update note, but for example, if someone changes the status of a project or something similar. We are trying to capture what the last update made was to a project. I'm working on an EDS site using Universal Editor and need to offer authors a dropdown with dynamic list. This list can be sourced from either an ACS Commons list or a JSON feed from an API. I'm looking for an out-of-the-box (OOB) solution for this functionality to avoid developing a custom Universal Editor extension.

Is this something new? I don't recall seeing it mentioned in quarterly updates.  

Hello, I need to be able to display the offer content in the email body and the associated terms & conditions of the offer at the bottom of the email, in the footer section. The terms & conditions are very specific to the offer and vary from offer to offer. How can I achieve this through offer decision? Please tell me if I am going in the wrong direction but I am thinking of using 2 offer decision with exactly the same thing (offer collection, decision rules etc) but just different placement. Does this guarantee that the content and terms & conditions will be of the same offer? There might be another way to achieve but thought will share my logic. Any help on this would be much appreciated.  Thank you!

We have several request queues that route requests to the correct project manager. Each queue is for a different project scope. We want to keep the name of the original queue in converted projects and in projects duplicated from the converted projects.The standard converted request fields are deleted when a project is copied which makes sense. Can I add some kind of calculated field to hold the name of the queue when the project is duplicated? 

Hi, Is it possible to capture personalization/conditional content in a typology rule? Take the following typology rule code which executes "at the end of analysis" for the alertAssignee delivery template.logInfo(delivery.content.text.source) This will return the following, which is the content of the alertAssignee delivery template."<%= dataSource.message %>"However, when an alert is sent out, this <%= dataSource.message %> can become many different things. How can we capture this in the typology rule?

Hello,When a project is completed in Workfront but then moved back to "current" (re-opened) again, the completion date remains. Is there a way to turn that off so that the completion date is removed when the project is re-opened?

We're currently working on a refresh of our WF training.  Some users have expressed a desire to track personal work tasks.  I thought I'd make them a guide for entering these tasks on the Priorities tab.  Some users have explored Priorities while others have not--the latter still have the intro message and the 'Discover the new work list 🎉' task in a personal project ('FirstName LastName's Tasks').Is there anyway to locate these projects in the system?  I can log in as individual users and navigate to the projects (if the discover task is still in Priorities); as an admin I can still view the project while I'm no longer logged in as the user.  However, I've been unable to run a report that lists these individual projects (I even added myself as a user for one of the projects in the sandbox preview, but I still can't report on the project).

I am "trying" to create a calculated field to concat fields based on multiselect fields. I can get my statement to work if there is just one criteria. but how do I/is it possible to get the and statement to work between 2 fields. I found some examples that are kind of looking like what I want, but when I try and add the && into the text the wheels fall off. Here is where I ended up around the time I was pulling my hair out. Hi,  I have a project report that is pulling in the tasks for each project, and I'd like to show the percent complete of each task. Right now I can only get the percent complete of the entire project.  Any tips appreciated!
