Hi All,this is rather generic question about how to best handle a high number of search results.The Workfront Search module in Fusion gives you the option to set a limit on the number of search results returned, but what if I need all matching records and the number can be high (several hundreds)? For example, I need to pull a list of all Assignments in a project and process each of them. For a large and complex project with many tasks this list can be extensive.How can I make sure that all matching records are returned and processed, while not risking to reach the 40 minutes runtime limit, etc.Is there a way to obtain and process them in batches?Any ideas are appreciated.Thanks,Tibor

Just came across an issue with the updates area and would love to know how to fix it. When we assign folks to a project and they start to communicate with each other through updates and later another member of the team is assigned, they can't see the previous updates. Is there a way for those added later to see the previous updates commentary? Thanks, Sinead

is there a SQL query i can use to check the profile size in AEP RT-CDP data Lake ?

when there are multiple file present int he GCS bucket (file broken into parts by GCS team due to large size), the dataFlow only show overall status, but there is no way to find total how many file DataFlow has processed already and how many is pending to be processed. is it possible in UI or via API to find this ?

Hi Team, Doubt on AEP SDK IMPLEMENTATION: I have two xdm send events 1. For pageload and 2nd one for Interactions/link clickMy problem is: my link clicks got counted as page view it causing 2 pageviews. I do have proper setup on web details class in schema value of pageview 1 and link click 0 for pageload event.Links click 1 and pageview 0 for link click event. Not sure why link clicks incrementing pageviews. Anyone can help me on this   Note: Custom events are working proper it have exact pageview count but out of the box pageview metrics double counted.

The business need is to identify qualifying items in that array based on eligibility criteria (such as status = active) and then send separate transactional emails - one email per qualifying item.To give an example:A single customer profile contains three accounts.Two of those accounts meet the eligibility criteria.The result should be two separate emails, each containing the details of one qualifying account.The challenge I’m facing is how to design this in AJO so that a single profile can trigger multiple emails when multiple items meet the conditions, instead of just one email listing multiple items.I’d appreciate any insights, guidance, or examples of how others have approached this kind of one-t

Does timeout in that case mean that the user did not open the email?

I created a Viewer Preset of the type Interactive Image for the use of custom hotspot. I am unable to change the presentation mode away from Desktop. The Buttons that should allow me to change are not selectable and disabled. I was looking in the documentation of Viewer Presets but saw nothing that mention that this would be the case. That could be the issue?

Hi Everyone, I ran into an interesting problem where I wanted to trigger AWS lambda from Workfront Fusion which was protected. As far as I can see for now there is an option to create signature but only two are available and there is no AWS4-HMAC-SHA256. Also there are only modules for S3 buckets but none for lambda at the moment.I appreciate any input. Hey everyone,I am trying to clean up the URLs in site by removing the .html extension - basically, I want /content/mysite/about.html to just be /content/mysite/about.I have seen a few things mentioned like using Apache rewrite rules, or sling mappings under /etc/map, and even some custom ResourceResolver configs. But honestly, it’s a bit confusing figuring out what is the right way - especially when it comes to making sure it works across author, publish, and dispatcher. What is the best approach for extensionless URLs that works reliably across environments?  

I had a new user who tried our Workfront link and was denied access. The user was unable to request access. I tried to manually add the user to adobe console and it said that the user was already in the system. Turns out the Workfront product was not assigned. I assigned it, but now the user in Workfront has an Unregistered notification next to their name. I can't seem to find any documentation on what this is and what it means. In the cloud instance, we have seen the timeline feature sometime displays in relative format and sometimes in absolute format. Can you please let me know what's the logic behind showing the timeline in relative vs absolute terms? Is there a specific number of days where the timeline will be shown in relative (ex: 3 days ago, 2 hours ago etc) and beyond that it will be shown in absolute terms (ex: 7/2/25, 2:33 PM etc)

We've been facing major issues with Workfront causing our work to be delayed since 4 July and haven't received much support from Adobe in getting this resolved:1. Setting dates on tasks2. Updating Resource Management (Workload Balancer) 3. Submitting new tasksIs anyone else experiencing similar issues with their Workfront enterprise version?
