Hello, I have a question related to Adobe Campaign V8 migration. We have a client that is currently on on-prem V7 and looking forward to migrating to Adobe Cloud V8. They have a hybrid architect. According to our analysis we are looking for the following path:1. Move the V7 marketing server from on-prem server to Adobe Managed cloud service.2. Migrate V7 to V8 on Adobe Managed cloud server.  We do not get the clear answer from Adobe how they migrate the current data of on-prem marketing server to manage cloud. As per my assumption, we might need to do the following step:Steps:1. First we need to configure Adobe Campaign env. on Adobe cloud. For e.g. we need to export all the custom schema, forms, JS, webapp, reports, workflows, campaign, delivery etc. via package from on-prem to Adobe cloud. Step 2. We need to import all the technical and functional data via files. For e.g. data of recipient, broad logs, tracking logs, and other functional data. Can y

Hello, In the course of formulating this problem, I keep thinking that this should not be a challenge after all. Unfortunately, I've been trying around here for ages without success. I do have a Data store containing multiple rows of contacs with multiple columns like name, category, email, ... Now I want to fetch all email addresses of the people who have a specificcategory.So I added a Data store module using the filter category = xy to get those contacts. Afterwards I want to just process the email addresses of those contacts to insert them into an array field in WF. But unfortunately I have no clue to do so. I tried around with array aggregators, text aggregators and so on. Perhaps someone could help me to get back on the correct track. Thanks in advance. RegardsLars

Hi, I have a page with a workflow notifications that keeps being there. When I go to manage workflows, there are no workflows and the workflow history I don't see any too.What could trigger this workflow notification and how to get rid of it ? Thanks !

We have a 4 email journey.   Day 1, Day 4 (3 days) , Day 18 (14 days) and then every 14 days for another 2 emails. We can see that the audience received the 3rd  email but then everyone stopped moving in the journey - they did not unsubscribe and they did not move to the next wait condition?  Anyone have this type of issue?  It raises concerns of multi touchpoint journeys.    Is there a cap on the number of days a journey can last?   Has anyone had success with Adobe helpdesk getting these types of messages unstuck or do we need to abandon the journey?     

Hi, I am promoting an event and would like the LP of registration to show on specific language based on browser language of the user. I understood how dynamic content works on Marketo: it only works with existing segmentation. but here I'm getting new leads and so the language is crutial prior to knowing them (filling the form and having their country. Any idea how I could do that? Thank you 

Workflow properties :History in 30 days menaing? Also we have keep interim checked for aroung 100 workflows and those wkfs we have run one time only........so all the temp tables that are craeted during executions of these wkfs will be there for forever IN ? or when they will be deleted?   

Hi, I'm trying to create a smart campaign to do the following: Add to flow when record becomes a new client Send and email every 6 months Remove lead from flow 6 months prior to the record's 'client end date'. Repeat 10x So far I have the following:       Not too sure how the middle step options work for date so I went with 'in future'.   Would the logic for Remove from Flow work like I am aiming for? Hello,I've encountered an issue with segmenting data using a "Look-Up Table." I've set up an XDM individual profile schema with the following fields:Customer IDAddress IDCustomer First NameCustomer Last NameAdditionally, I've created a look-up schema for customer addresses with the following fields:Address IDStreet NameHouse NumberCity NameThe Address ID in the customer profile schema is linked to the Address ID in the look-up table. Both schemas have been enabled for profiles, and datasets have been created and enabled for both schemas. I've inserted data into both datasets.However, I've encountered an issue when creating a segment for customers who reside in a specific city. I consistently receive a profile count of 0. I've double-checked the IDs and the city name and can confirm that the data is present in the profile-enabled dataset.Could you please assist me in resolving this segmentation issue?Thank you. @arijitg @anil_umachigi @atulchavan @

Hi all,where can I set some constraints up? - so that for a particular field the values suggested are a pre-set list. A person would still be able to manually type in some other value, but it would be impossible to use the Multiple Value Chooser to get those 'unpreapproved' values..Many thanks in advance

Current AEM 6.5.10, we want to continue using all the existing components/pages/templates. But just wondering is it possible to add SPA capability to the current AEM instance?Meaning we could have all the existing components/pages/templates to authoring/create pages as usual, and we also could have SPA components and pages for let's say a campaign page?

Hi everybody.I was trying to increase the coverage threshold on a pipe in AEM Cloud Manager. The current threshold is 50%, which i think is very low. Do you know how to do it? And what level of authorization i need for this? Maybe i missing something because my user does not have permission.Thanks in advance.

I have a user who says in the recent past, a custom form as added to a request when they assigned the request to a person. I'm unaware this is an option. They said all of a sudden it's not working. Before opening a support ticket, I'm asking in the community to see if anyone else has this functionality or can confirm my thinking that maybe they thought it was triggered by the assignment event but in reality, it was automatically attached to the request when it is submitted.

Hi fellow Marketo users,Stumbled on a cookie issue, below are the details.We're testing embedding an iFrame into a landing page and placing a Marketo lightbox form as the gate. The vendor, Navattic is integrated with Marketo via API. Feeding in data such as step completed, project name, etc. When users are already cookied or clicked "accept cookies" from the page, Navattic is able to push user engagement data with the iFrame into Marketo as person custom fields. (Perfect).However, when users don't accept the cookies or ignore the cookie prompt from the web page, the data will not push into Marketo. I am confused by this because if the user fills out a Marketo form, shouldn't the person be cookied? The engagement is after the form fill.Curious if anyone else have experienced this issue before? Are there any workarounds? Thank you very much.

Hi Community! We are facing a challenge where it seems that when we are using dynamic links in emails, the analytics connector (more accurately the JS script in the integration) does not apply the necessary URL parameters for us to track the incoming channel in Analytics. I am thinking about ways to fix this, but not sure which approach would be optimal or if there are any other ways of doing so. Hoping to get some sparring here! I am currently considering 2 possible solutions:  Change the script to look for patterns that looks like https://<%=targetData.xxx%> as well and then apply the parameters.Somehow change the order of when the analytics connector is reviewing the email, so that the dynamic link is resolved before it looks for the pattern and applies the parameters - Just not sure if this is possible?Any other ideas??  Dynamic link:  Analytics Connector:

Hi everyone - I'm hoping someone can help me understand task tracking mode. I'm running a pilot where we're looking to revamp some projects to include "catch-all" tasks. They will not be resolved after finishing one task, but used for multiple needs over the course of a month, to be resolved at month's end. I'm changing some of the task's modes from "user must update" to "auto-complete." From what I understand, the tasks should complete at due date except if it has a predecessor which is incomplete. The tasks I'm using have no predecessors and a due date of last business day of month/ 5:00p.m. For some reason, I cannot get tasks to auto close no matter what I do. Is there something I'm missing?

Hello, I was curious if it is possible to add more than one "namecontains" rule to a filter int text mode. I know I can use OR to add a new set of rules but it would make my life easier if it were possible to add more than one contains rule. For example. I am attempting to pull projects with "Red" in the name but also I want to find projects with "Blue" in the name. I would like to make one rule that says "Project with Red or Blue in the name pull in" rather than make two separate rules. Is this possible in text mode? Thank you

Hello, everyone! I'm having an issue with the integration between Marketo and Salesforce. I won't give you here all the context because it's not relevant, but you should know I'm already talking with the support team from both companies.   But, while the issue is not solved, I need to send information from Marketo to Salesforce.   Basically, I have leads with fields filled out in Marketo, but because of the integration bug, the same fields are empty in Sfdc. When I try to force the sync, both end up empty. So, Sfdc is sending the null value to Marketo instead of the other way around.   Do you know if I can build a Smart Campaign to make this unidirectional sync? The flow step "sync to sfdc" doesn't work in this case. 

I have updated rebranded email templates. I plan to create new email assets using the new email templates. Then copy all the HTML and paste it into the current nurture email assets. Does anyone know if this will still make the email appear to be "new" to those in the nurture? I don't want people to get this email again because the content itself is staying the same, just some elements of the footer is different.

Daily my database cleanup workflow is deleting"Purge of 1 nolonger  useful worktables associated with NmsGroup is completed"can someone please help to let me know what table,,,it is actually deleting what and how>??and how which query?? i see one query in adobe documentation but dont understand what it says,,please help cleanup of orphan work tablesThis task deletes orphan work tables linked to groups. The NmsGroup table stores the groups to be cleansed (with a type different from 0). The prefix of the table names is grp. To identify the groups to be cleansed, the following query is used: when i am running this query it is giving me all records from group tables: SELECT iGroupId FROM NmsGroup WHERE iType>0"
