I have a large amount of assets that have quite a bit of metadata tags assigned to each one. I am needing to modify each file and re-upload them. Is there a way to do so and keep the metadata tags assigned to the new file? When I try to upload a new version and have it replace the old version it wipes out all the metadata tags. If I upload it and create a version it keeps the metadata intact but then im wasting storage housing an old file i dont want and i cant see how to delete the old version. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated! Thnaks!

Hello,   I am asking a developer question because, while we have developers, it takes months to have changes made and things built. So our small technical team works to try and get things built faster.   I am trying to set up webhooks in Marketo that will 1. Get data from the Vibes sms/mobile wallet platform and 2. Update Marketo records with that data.   I've been reading through the API documentation for both Marketo and Vibes and am still unsure of how to accomplish this.   I've created a webhook to accomplish the first part, to Get the Vibes data, which would be the External Person ID circled in the second screenshot below.   First, I'm not sure that the webhook is set up correctly, and second I don't know how to update the field below in Marketo with the External Person ID that resides in Vibes.   Is it possible to update this field using the same webhook or would I need to create a Post webhook to update that field?     Thank you, LK

EDIT FOR MORE DETAILS: - form in question can be accessed when email sub clicks 'communication preferences' in email footer - once ''communication preferences' clicked, email sub is redirected to LP that includes this form - only component on form that is email sub facing is the CTA (screenshot 1)   ------ Happy Friday!   Anyone have knowledge on how I can possibly have leads with empty email addresses entering Marketo after 'filing' out this form? The form only hosts a CTA.         Reccos on how to prevent this?

Hi, I set up Adobe Analytics alerts with the following configuration:Visits + "anomanly below expected" + "99.75% threshold" Now I am receiving ten emails per day saying that my visits were 30% below expected.In my opinion, these are false positives.However, I only want to be notified when the visits are 99.75% below expected. Can you help or clarify how anomaly and threshold play together?Thank you!

I am working on login event and login error table, most of the traffic is on weekdays. I would like to hide/remove the weekend data from my table and the visualization. How do i achieve that? I created one segment pqr using the dimension xyz where xyz=monday or tuesday or etc... However breakdown of pqr followed by dates still display the weekend data(though count is zero) after using pqr breakdown.

The total orders says 47,923 but when I add mobile web, mobile app, and desktop visits the total orders come to 47,093. Is it because of segment overlap? I guess a few orders fall in both mobile app and web devices. How to prevent this and whats the best way to break down device wise?  

Hello all!Have a ticket in with Support but curious on any thoughts on this strange situation. We've got an email that pulls in custom object record data for a certain type of account and had an instance where someone met the criteria (Smart List-wise and Velocity-wise) to receive the email BUT the script output table did not appear.Here's where it gets weird - initially when I pulled up the object in the database in Edge and Chrome, the object loads but after the first 3 entries it looks like this:MicrosoftTeams-image.pngThe page then stalls and eventually crashes without loading. This Lead should have about 13-15 records so it's obviously not loading them in.My initial Support response was that it was possible a cache/cookie issue and when I open that Lead in an incognito window it loads as it should.What I'm confused by is when I do a specific "Preview by List" and replicate the list and Velocity parameters - why does my Velocity script seem to fail when previewing in standard Edge

Hello everyone, We want to create a new sender email address, including the same in Administration > Channels > Email > Configuration > Authorized masks for the sender address. The other sender emails that we have created were creating a subdomain and have the following structure "*@email.company.com" because reading the documentation we understood that we shouldn't use "*@company.com" The problem is that this time we need to use the email "info@company.com" instead of "info@email.company.com", how can we do that? Thanks

Is there a proper way to control the workflow models? For example, let's say I have workflow model and I want to make sure its stored somewhere so that if something happens, an author doesn't have to recreate it. However, it also needs to be easy to make edits if needed, and the files in crx for workflows are extremely difficult to work with. I can think of a few options:1. Store all workflow model files in codeEverything is controlledMakes it difficult to make edits2. Create a content package and store the .zip in our repositoryEasy to make editsI have to remember to rebuild the package when an edit is madeWhat if another author makes an edit and doesn't tell me?3. What part of a page build do I need to populate to ensure that there is a thumbnail image available for a link preview on social media (such as LinkedIn)? In the "Images" tab of a page template, I see "Featured image" and "Thumbnail" - do these both need to have an image in them?

Hello All, Core button component Link field is of type: granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/include When we author button path it only shows content pages like below: We have a requirement to show both content and DAM path here. I tried adding jcr property nodeTypes="dam:Asset, nt:file, cq:Page" to link field but its not working. I saw Richtext component pathfield shows both content and DAM path as below: We want something like this. Is this possible in Core Button v2 component?

I'm trying to use the AEM Core Form container using a proxy component. I am able to author the container in AEM, and when I check CRXDE's content for the page, all of my entered info is in the JCR as it should be.  However, the values in the JCR are not being passed to my Angular component. When I log all the values that should be getting passed through, I just get undefined for all of them. Not a single value is passed.   I've tried multiple things, making sure angular component is mapping to the right path using MapTo in the Angular component, full re-install of AEM, checked the template and component policies, re-installed the core components in the package manager, etc.   As a test, I created proxy components of the AEM Core Form Text and Core Form Button without defining my own Java class, similar to the container component that isn't working, and that stores values in the JCR and passes them to Angular and logs them in the console no problem.  However, when I
