In troubleshooting issues with an existing SFTP connection, we attempted to setup an alternative host and reconnect our workflows to this host. Integration Scenario: We are pushing files from Adobe Analytics into an intermediate SFTP host and then pulling the files with Adobe Campaign. Issue: We noticed that our current SFTP host is reporting issues with Adobe Campaign deleting the file after; thus, the workflow is marked as failed or does not continue moving files. Workaround: We set up an alternative SFTP host since we're troubleshooting multiple issues with this provider and are migrating away.  New Issue: We have verified all connectivity to the new host and all permissions, attempted with no IP whitelist as well, with only a generic error in Adobe Campaign: "Quote Command Return Error" Possible Solution: Add a public key to our new SFTP account, but don't know where to find this in the ACS admin.  (we had to do this for Analytics)

All workflows are showing an updated 'Finished' date at the same time since I tried to send a proof with the 'alternate routing account'. I then stopped a workflow which started called 'Notification of validations of marketing campaigns' as this was processing and attempting to send to 6k.  If anyone can provide me any insight into how or what I've done wrong and if I need to rectify anything.  Thanks in advance.

We'd like to personalize the email by only presenting the app link associated with the mobile device they are currently on: iOS or Android (with a default for those who open on desktop).  When adding dynamic content conditions, where would we find the condition in Context tree to select device type? Hello, checking to see if anyone has ever run across this issue with external links not working in mobile instances of Safari. We have an external link (i.e. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpd2v5gp5pccmGDRZyZXE5qFa29J70vyg) in an email, and the attached appears when clicking on the external link in the email from an iPhone; gets stuck on our sending domain. However, the link works as expected in Safari when using a Mac.  Thanks in advance!

We have enabled Adobe Target experience targeting activities on our website (say www.abc.com). When loading the site directly from browser the activities are working fine.When our site is been been loaded in another portal(/website) in an iframe say:<iframe id="frame" src="www.abc.com"></iframe>, the target activity is not working.  Could you please help in resolving the issue, what could be the cause of issue.

Why is the Reset button for the RDE environment disabled? with the error message 'a user in the developer role must be logged in to do this operation'? If using aio-cli, the operation runs successfully and returns 'Environment reset.' However, the environment remains unchanged.By the way, my User Role is User, Business Owner, and Deployment Manager.  

Hi, Within my email campaign, I usually use the 'email address is' smart list and copy the emails in that way. However, this time I would like to personalise it using the first name token in the email.   Is it possible to personalise the email with a first name without uploading the email list/first names as 'members' of the campaign. I don't want to upload a list to the campaign as it will automatically add the email contacts to my welcome email series, because of the trigger 'new contact'.   Thanks,

I'm trying to sync a custom object in Salesforce to Marketo that has a custom junction/MtM object in between it and the Contact but the object isn't available in the list of objects to sync. The entity relationship looks like this: Contact < MtM__c > Membership__c. This can be read as as "a Contact can be associated to many Memberships and a Membership can be associated to many Contacts. Is this type of relationship supported in the Salesforce Custom Object sync?I see the MtM object is available for syncing, but I would also expect to see the Membership object under that MtM object if supported. I believe permissions are configured correctly. Marketo has the disclaimer "Marketo only supports custom entities that are linked to standard entities one or two levels deep. " That statement isn't clear if a custom entity linked to another custom entity is supported.Any thoughts? Do I have to use the non-Salesforce custom object to pull in this relationship?Thanks!Ben Neal

Hi, I could need some help with the following. Our Marketo instance is linked to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  Now we have more than 18000 contacts coming from CRM, but without the company (account) data. The company details page is empty. However in CRM the contact is linked correctly to the account (company). Before, most of these CRM accounts had the SyncToMkto set to FALSE. This has been updated for all to TRUE. Yet this change did not trigger the sync of the company data to Marketo again. Is there a way that I force the account data to sync again? With that I mean automatically for all 18000 contacts that are missing the company data. A manual change of the linked account on the contact level in MSD triggers the sync back to Marketo, but seen the big number of contacts, this needs to be in bulk.

Hi Everyone,My team was previously using a calc that looked like WEEKDAYDIFF({lastUpdateDate}, $$TODAY) to see when the last time a request/issue/project was updated.  However, as the use of the platform and the complexity of our systems has started to increase, we noticed that this calc was picking up some undesired system updates driven by some added calculations to custom forms (Namely: a set of status timestamp fields coupled with a tracking field to check when a project goes from "Open" to "Closed"). Now, I've switched to this calc: ROUND(DATEDIFF($$TODAY, {lastNote}.{entryDate}),1) However I'm not entirely sure I like it as I will see if the most recent update is made within the same business day, I actually get a negative number for the day E.g. (-0.5).Anyone have an idea on how to only show whole positive numbers here? Whether it be here in the custom form calc, or an additional edit to the textmode that displays this column?
