Hello, I'm currently facing some difficulties with the form-based composer and would greatly appreciate the community's guidance and expertise in resolving this matter. Goal -- to update the hero section of my website's homepage using the form-based composer.  I'm specifically interested in hearing success stories from others who have achieved similar updates and would greatly appreciate any guidelines you can provide regarding the tagging and activity setup process. To provide some context, I attempted to implement an activity targeting "Location 1" with the value 'hphero'. I ran a script in the console, and it successfully fetched and rendered the new hero experience as expected. However, when I added the same script to the tag manager (both sync and async versions) and tested it, the hero section flickered, which was not the desired outcome. At this point, I'm struggling to fully comprehend the solution. Hi all,Has anyone linked Outlook and Workfront profiles so that when the Outlook one is deleted the Workfront one is automatically deactivated? I'm looking to see if it's possible to help save some time combing through and deactivating profiles in Workfront for past employees.

For the most part, values are as expected and I can find a matching Browser. However, some rows in my data feed are tagged as 0. Does that mean this value was missing from that hit and Excel is simply inserting a 0? (I know Excel does some strange things such as with the Event_List that do not appear when pulled into a SQL database).

In our current Workfront workflow,  we set up Campaigns by creating one Project for each segment of the campaign. So if a campaign includesan email componenta social componentand a print component,then I have 4 WF projects. Project 1 is a Master Project and then one project each for each of the components. This drives the Design team nuts because the designer must open 3, if not 4 projects to find requirements and timelines, then upload creative to 3 different places, work through feedback in 3 different places, etc.  Is there a better way? 

Hi everyone,Quick question, I have a new email campaign that I want to send to members, we will call it Summer Email. Now, we have another current ongoing campaign that launches an email to our new members, we will call this the Spring email. Now, I want to add a suppression to the Spring email to not send if the members in the Spring email campaign received the Summer email at any point.The current setup (smart list and flow) for the ongoing Spring email is as follows: My first thought is to add the following smart list filter and flow step to the Spring email campaign: First and foremost, is adding this to the existing Spring campaign the right approach?Second, would I need to adjust the filter options in the smart list to make this work properly?

Hi there,I have noticed an unexplained sudden drop in bounce rate for (see image attached):https://www.blackberry.com/us/en/solutions/endpoint-security/zero-trust-securityWe had bounce rate at about 80% for this page. On April 12, 2023 the bounced rate drop to 2.10% and even hit 0% on April 14, 2023. After April 12 the bounce rate for this page stayed has been about 2% or lower.There were no updates / changes made to our site around April 12. There is only one tracking script on the page. There are no redirects on this page.Any thoughts on what is causing this issue? ThanksNeil   

Wondering if it's possible to configure AEM so you can search for multiple items in the search field. Hi all,I'm trying to understand the billing impact of using the Merge ID to update a given page view with data generated after the page view was logged. For example, when the page loads we fire a page view event. Then as the user scrolls, a third party provider dynamically populates elements on the page. We want to capture the impression ID for these elements in the original page view. So if we fire two more events with the same Merge ID, will that count as three hits against our contract? Thanks!

Hello Marketo Community I have a question about Salesforce sync of previously deleted Marketo leads. We are running a data cleanup management program in Marketo where we periodically delete leads from Marketo but we do retain them in Salesforce. We use the sync filter to prevent Salesforce synching them back to Marketo. The issue we have is that if any of those deleted leads comes back ie. by filling out a form we want them to sync back to an existing record in Salesforce but when Marketo tries to sync the lead to Salesforce we get a sync error saying {FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION: Cannot create the Lead or Contact as a Lead or Contact with email ... already exists} Has anyone had similar issue to overcome? I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to fix the problem. Thank you Mirek

Hi Experts,  Good Morning, Recently I got to learn about the AEM cloud environment variable, I understood how we can add a custom environment variable to an AEM cloud environment and use it on the OSGI services configuration. But I was wondering if we can somehow use the domain name, set for the AEM cloud instance. I did not find any reference about if there is any existing environment variable available for the domain name. Please guide me if this is possible. Thanks.

We have a business requirement where there's a need to add plugins to Markdown editor within the Multitext (RTE) when used in a content fragment. Could you please confirm if this is possible to achieve in AEM 6.4 or even 6.5 version ? If it is possible then request you to please advise on how can we add custom or even out of box plugins to Markdown editor (see attached screen caps) in a similar way it is available in Rich text editor.  Since business users have a specific need to use only Markdown editor (and not rich text) so request you to kindly share the steps on how this can be done (if possible). Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.14.0

In building dashboards, when I try to measure visits for a group of pages, I have noticeably higher counts if I use "Page equals any of (list all the page names separate by comma)" compared to creating a definition row for each page name and separating them with boolean "OR".  What is the reason for this variance - my assumption is that they would be same visit count and using "equals any of" just helps cut down time of having to create a row for each page name.  Is it better to create a line/row for each page name separate with "OR" to get a more accurate count? Thank you.

Hi All,I have a question regarding storing excel file in crxde by uploading thru onClick of a new button which I have already added under 'More..' option in DAM.After clicking on a folder, under 'More..' option, I have added a new button as "Upload File"..To achieve this, I have added /apps/mytest/clientlibs/dam-gui-admin/js/importFile.js file.Default functionality in DAM is any selected file to upload will get uploaded to DAM current folder, after clicking on this button...I am looking for option to:1. On click of this button 'Upload File' under 'More..' option, user should be able to select the file to upload... (I tried this in javascript, but uploaded file always gets shown in current folder which I do not want).And2. The uploaded file should get stored into some node (For example, to store it somewhere under /content/abc/)  in crxde And NOT TO BE SHOWN in current folder in DAM to User...How to override the default behavior in DAM, so that uploaded file do not gets stored in curren

AEM Community,   Hoping someone can point in the direction of some sort of tool within AEM (6.5) that can assist our team with bulk scheduling assets (images, documents) and site pages for future activations.  We do use the activate later feature and can set that up asset by asset, page by page, but looking to see if there is a way to do this but at a bulk level.     Not sure if this can be done by using Projects in AEM, or Launches (though can't seem to figure out how to add assets to a Launch).     Appreciate any insights the community can provide! Brian

Hi, How could I set up an API call from our website where we have a signup form with email address and then match the email address with a profile and subscribe the profile to a specific service? Or if a profile is not found on the email a new profile is created. Is this possible? I tried to check the documentation but had a hard time understanding the logic.
