Hi,    I´m currently doing an Experience Target Acivity in Adobe Target making available an Exit Intent Pop-Up on a especific page, to my website users.     The experience is triggering well, but I would like to establish a combined Goal Metric that gives me the number of users that click on the pop-up and also view a success page.    When I´m creating a "Primary Goal" > "Conversion" in Adobe Target I only can choose: "Viewed a page" or "Viewed an Mbox" or "Clicked an element".    Instead of choosing one isolated Primary Goal, I want to choose a combined conversion goal - i.e.. "Click an element and Viewed a page".    Can anyone help me how can i set up a combined goal like this in Adobe Target?    Thank you all.     João

Hi I have a business case when a user clicks on a button we need to track the same product sku for three different category in the same eVar. What is the best way to store it in same eVar and later on how to pull reports for this. Currently, like product sku we have more than 20 similar variables coming from three different part of the website to be tracked in the single abode hit call. tracking them in different eVars will result in 20*3 = 60 distinct eVars and the call will be large. please suggest.

Hi All,I know, to track the same user while navigating from mobile to the web we need to use Identity.getUrlVariables or Identity.appendVisitorInfoForUrl and open the web by modifying the URLs.But, is there a way to handle the opposite scenario?In my case, a user who might be using my website on their laptop or mobile device can navigate to the android app through some deep links. In this case, how shall I keep the visitor Id the same?

We are trying to understand the difference we are seeing here just by transposing the table.    The "Time spent per visit" is the same when we have the table transposed however the "Average time on site" changes. Why is that?   From adobe - the delta between the two metrics is: "Time spent per visit (seconds) metric and Average time spent on site are similar, but have several key differences. Both metrics use ‘Total seconds spent’ as the numerator. However, ‘Average time on site’ uses the sequences that include a dimension item as its denominator. Time spent per visit uses visit count as its denominator. As a result, these metrics yield similar results at a visit level, but are different at a hit level." But it does not explain why transposing the table is changing the numbers for "Average time on site" from 1:40 -> 1:29

Hi, Hoping someone can help us with a problem we are having. We are syncing Sales activities into touchpoints.  We have set up basic qualifiers within the logic to ensure that we are only counting successful conversations (email responses or phone conversations -- we don't include OOO messages, voicemails, etc.)    The issue is that if a prospect responds multiple times to the same thread, every response logs an activity on the contract record and thus every individual response counts as an individual touchpoint, as opposed to the conversation counting as a single touchpoint.    Is there a way to group activities, or to further qualify which touchpoints count?    I was hoping I could suppress based on the combination of the last touchpoint channel + last touchpoint date to exclude same-day sales activities from counting as duplicate touchpoints but that doesn't seem to be possible. Is there anything I can do with a calculated field? Anything I'm not t

It appears that tasks can be started and completed without completing the applicable task's predecessor.   How can I configure Workfront to prevent this type of behavior and enforce a user to first complete the Task's predecessor?   Or, is this a bug?

Does anyone know how/if I can create a filter on a report that would show me only projects who's group (groupID) does not match the group for the portfolio (portfolio:groupID) the project is part of?

Hi! I'm trying to create a report of all conversions from emails in Q4-Q1 with columns for industry, seniority, DLS, etc. Does anyone know what type of report this would be? Is it possible to create a report like this?

We are using Adobe Analytics and for campaigns Adform.   Adform reporting to us that thought it we have got 40 000 clicks on specific landing page. However Adobe Analytics reporting to us all traffic 7000.   Large part of Refferer Type we have Typed/Bookmarked and UTM sources Unspecified large part of traffic too.   Like 95% of traffic from some UTM sources is missing.   Where can be problem? Can be in implementation, or in website or what we should check to minimalize this traffic difference.Thanks

Every time I edit a user who is not on SSO, or who is being set up for the first time and the Federation ID is blank, it automatically populates with MY email address. If I don't remember to fix this every time I edit someone, they can't login  properly. Does anybody else have this -- ie is it only me and I should put in a ticket, or is this a universal thing and I have to live with it?   Thanks for info, before I open a ticket on this thing that has been haunting me for years that I've been too lazy to address (until today when my boss couldn't login because his Federation ID had my email  address in it)

Hi, As per my understanding, profile attribute will replace the old value and keep only the most recent ones. Is there any way to append old with new values. for eg:day1, we display banner1 and user not interested then captures the value in new profile attribute profile.exclusion = "banner1clicked"on day2, we display banner and user not interested then captures the banner 2 value in new profile attribute profile.exclusion = "banner2clicked". With this, it will replace the day1 value instead of appending. But, i'm looking profile.exclusion = "banner1clicked,banner2clicked" so that we can apply this profile attribute in the exclusion to avoid showing these banner when user logs in next time. Any thoughts? 

Hello,    We have ran into an issue where older pages that have been deleted, removed, or forward to another page now are still showing up in the products collections. I thought I could exclude based on thumbnail being broken but the old thumbnail URL is still present. Any other ideas on how to get these old missing pages out of Target Rec's? 

I am trying to set up an A/B activity to move a form higher on the page. I am selecting the section with the form -> layout -> rearrange and moving it to the new position. Everything looks good in the Experience editor, but when I go to QA, the form shows up twice in the new location (screengrab below.) Has anyone experienced a similar issue and been able to fix it?  I have tried using the move tool and adding the form code to the page, but both have the same issue. Thanks,Erin 

Hi All,In my current project, we are using publication template and GA for analytics purpose. Previously, the business users used to put the exact url (https://www.google.com/?utm_campaign=abc...) in all the <a> tags. However, as per the new design the utm tags will be outside the delivery template and via option and js template. For this reason, we are creating a one time workflow which will read these delivery templates and will remove all the utm tags from the hyperlinks.When I am opening the delivery xml (right click on delivery and right click to look into the xml code-behind), I am able to do it. However, I am using javascript code by loading the delivery object via nms.delivery.load(pk), I am able to read the corresponding xml nodes (as created by the content schema/form), however, delivery.save() is not saving the resulting xml neither gives any error. I have also tried to update the delivery subject in the same code which is working. I know using the delivery script

I have installed version 2.8.1  AT.js script  (not using Launch). The error I am getting is:  "request failed Error: Errors: sessionId query parameter is required" When I check the network request I can see that the sessionId is empty.
