How this count works? does visitor things is same as adobe analytics here?so once counted will it count again or wait for that visitor to expire? or it counts on visit based?

We had the Marketo activities (Email Sent, Email Opened, etc.) syncing to Salesforce to display there. However, if we had sent an email to multiple people at one Account, it was showing that same activity multiple times in the Activity History of the Salesforce Account. We would like it to display on the Salesforce CONTACT, but NOT the Salesforce Account. Suggestions?

We have two boolean SFDC Custom Fields that are not selectable as fields on a particular form. However, those fields are selectable options in a newly created form.   The form in question is a clone of an existing form, and uses progressive profiling (however, these fields will be placed outside of the progressive profiling).   What is blocking these fields from being selectable on this particular form? I found discussions on fields not being selectable in forms, but I couldn't find any where just one form was impacted.

Hi,  My team is trying to update our email footers to say 2022. We were under the impression any email already created should automatically update with change. We are not seeing that happen. Hey Everyone!  We currently have a Daily Batch file that has around 70 plus fields. We want to add another feild to the file and and update our import workflow to accept the new feild.  The problem we are running into is that we have to update the file structure to add the new column, and doing that causes the column definition it reset. I have to go into every column and fix them. It's really time consuming and a risk of something being missed and either error out or mess the feild up completely.  Do we have a way to add a column to an existing file load activity without having to rest the column definition.  

We are trying to add AEPAssurance framework manually to our iOS project which is mix of objective-c and swift. For that first we cloned the repo: https://github.com/adobe/aepsdk-assurance-iosand then we ran the "Make archive" command to extract the .xcframework file and then we are trying to add that XCFramework file in our project but we are facing this error Symbol not found. we tried adding it in empty swift project also but still the error is same.  We are trying to "publish/activate" an Adaptive Form.  The user is getting a permission denied.   Can somebody tell me what roles are required to create, edit, and publish Adaptive forms?  I can't seem to find the correct documentation and many roles might be old.   Thank you.

Hi!  I've created a Target Activity using experience cloud segments (specifically from Analytics) and I would like to know how can I limit the number of times a visitor sees the activity. This is the segment I've created. Here's the logic: If a visitor sees that page within their visit, them I'll show a specific message to them whenever they return to my home home. But I would like to show the specific message just a certain number of times (for example 5) then, the message should be off for them or they will have to be no longer in the activity. Which is the best way to do it? Taking into consideration that I'm creating segments in Analytics.   Thanks a lot for your help 🙂

I have a use case where i need to restrict the custom group for deleting the page. And also custom group should be able author the pages like adding components and removing the those. I'm using repo init script for this restriction. the issue is when i try to restrict group for deletion its also disabling the modification.

Hi,I have 2 AEM 6.5 Publish instances connected to an Oracle database schema. The schema contains one table that is used for statistical data collection. When an user fills in and saves an  AEM xdp form that is rendered as HTML5 form, the name of the form, title and timestamp is written as a row in a table. This table was successfully adding rows earlier and now it has stopped adding new rows. Nothing has changed in the configuration. I have a requirement where by default one tab will appear on dialog with 1 dropdown(FullWidth(default) and Contained) and 1 RTE  if author select contained he should see another tab in dialog with text Field and image place holder. For default I am clear it should be visble.. how to show only the tab which is selected in dropdown?

We are running a LinkedIn ad campaign that was using a LinkedIn autofill email on the LI form. In an effort to try to collect business emails, we duplicated the Marketo campaign, and created a new campaign on LI that uses a new form with a 'work email' field that must be filled out manually. In this new campaign, our leads are being passed to Salesforce without email information (this never happened with the old program). At first I thought it must have something to do with mapping our LI form fields to our Marketo instance, but the emails are all captured inside Marketo and tagged as 'email', but still not making it to Salesforce. I'm a bit stumped on what could be causing the hiccup as it isn't something I have encountered before.    Thanks in advance- happy to provide any other details that could be useful in identifying the issue.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a way to handle bounce details within smart lists and list views. Do you know any way to do so? I already know that:- You can view the activity details of a position in the leads activity log. If the activity was a bounce the details show the bounce message  - You can filter for bounced and soft bounced messages- You can add conditions to the filter referring to the bounce details. - If an Email Address is Invalid the bounce message is shown in "email invalid reason" - If an Email bounced because of Junk filter the reason is shown in "email suspended reason"BUT in this is just a small part of this bounces. Soft bounces can't be analyzed by that and the soft bounce details aren't visible in the list view. And some Hard bounces reasons seem to be not part of this definitions as well. Even though there is a filter option for bounce details it seems as if there is no option to show them in the list.  Do you have an idea for this? B

I am using eaem font color picker, that is working fine on page level. But if I try to use it at template level I am facing some issue. In console I see this error :- Uncaught TypeError: Handlebars.compile is not a functionUpon checking further, I see there is a version difference.On page level Handlebars version is 4.7.3 but in case of Template it is 4.0.14.I need to know how can I upgrade the Handlebars version getting loaded at template level.

Is there a way to change component's ID when called by data-sly-resource?I have a object list and uses data-sly-resource to iterate each resource.The problem is that the IDs for each component called uses the ID of the parent component, therefore encountering an issue with ID not being unique.

Hi all, I am looking for best practices: we have a simple form for blog subscription, which is standard: you can enter only your email address to subscribe for blog posts. I was hoping to get the rest of the necessary information (name, company, country, etc.) when the person submits a longer form for content or event. However, if the person is cookied, we don't display a long form (at least not for white papers and such), we just give them the asset and add them to the relevant program based on their clicking a certain link to get that content. So, a person may do a lot of activities without ever providing contact information other than the email.    What approaches would work here? How can I display a full form to the person if their first name and other information are missing?    Thank you,  -Milena  

Team,   We need the below clarification on Marketo API documentation. Can someone please advise here?    In the Marketo API documentation, we can see that the Leads endpoint has fields.json using which we can get all the metadata for all fields on the lead object.   But we are not able to see the felds.json for Companies, Opportunities, Named Accounts.   So our question is why is this parity? Is it just not documented in the API docs for now and will be documentation in the future or Marketo team is in process of deprecating them.   Thank you in advance for looking into this.

Currently trying to use exported experience fragments in Target activities, the experience fragments are working, however they include references to the clientlib files that have already been loaded in the page previously. My experience has been that the experience fragment functions basically as an uneditable piece of HTML that can be used in Target activities as is, but I might be missing something related to the configuration piece. Is there a setting or configuration on the Target side that I can use to exclude the clientlibs or is this something that would need to be handled by or configured in AEM? I've searched the community a number of different ways but keep coming up short as far as clear answers are concerned. Any assistance is much appreciated, thank you in advance.
