Hi, We have a group of Users that are requesting creating a Version of page on each page save of the changes in AEM sites? Is this even possible to version page on save OOTB ? If so what are the implications other than the obvious increase in repository size very quickly?  

Hello AEM Heads!   I have been wracking my brain on this for well over a week now and figured I'd reach out and try to see what I am doing wrong. I have set-up a multi-field in my cq:dialog for this component and, as you can see, they are being are stored correctly in crxdelite, but when I have tried to pull them out and into the HTML, I am not seeing them being displayed. You can see the code below, where it is being called, the Model I have created, and how it's being stored. I did check the logs and see that I was receiving an Error from the Model and that the multi-field size was 0, however, since I am getting the "cards" item in my model, I'm not sure why it's not counting those?   Just not really sure what to do as I've tried a lot of tweaking to no luck. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!   Edit: Removing third party code

I was updating our QA environment with a service pack and it worked perfectly, I checked the new AEM version on the landing page and it had been updated correctly, so I then went on to upload a config package for some services and installing that but the instance just got stuck in the installing screen. After a while I reloaded and no matter where I go (logs, crx, console) I get a white screen with the error in the title, so my question is. Now what?

HI, We are facing a issue where same client library is getting loaded twice on the page through the content Added from Target on the page. This leads to breaking of few functionalities on the page. Below I have explained the scenario in details.  AEM page has one client library. (/etc.clientlibs/mysite/component.js)One component is authored inside Experience fragment and that is exported to target. Same is included on a page as a Target offer.That component also has same clientlibrary inclusion. (/etc.clientlibs/mysite/component.js)When the Target offer is added on the page same client libraries gets loaded twice on the page. First One directly from AEM page itself and second one through target. In normal use case if same client library is included twice as part of 2 different components on AEM page then it gets included only once. Same doesn't happen in the use case mentioned above. Has anyone faced similar issues? Can you please guide me how to deal with this

In AEM , say we have two projects within Aem instance where there are two sling event handlers with the same replication action chosen as topic , how would one ensure that both run and don't overlap/override and can coexist for the two projects ? I could think of filtering by path for the two projects but is it wise ? any concerns we could encounter ? 

Hi Team,We have huge dataset with TBs of data in AEP . In order to fetch data from project firefly , we are using query service api calls. Seems like it is very slow in performance. Is there any other way to fetch AEP dataset's data very faster or to boost up query performance? @dbenge.

We have a Custom Form - Media Metadata - the info goes along with ALL videos produced by our internal Agency. Producers add Links, Business area info, Duration, Media Library info, etc... This form is an archive record. We are trying to set this process up in WF and use this Media Metadata custom form as an attachment to the projects that have Video as a deliverable. Once the Project is almost complete, one of the last steps is for Producers to fill out the Media Metadata form. Once they start to fill these out, we need to be able create a report of all Video Projects that have this form attached and be able to show all of the data the custom form captured. Tried Custom form Report, but that only reports on the custom forms we have created. In a Project Report, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to filter on that form. I don't want to see other projects that don't have that custom form. I feel like this is an easy thing and I'm missing the right menu option or s

I am trying to create a button in AEM page (custom page not aem admin console's), As a BE I wanted to leverage AEM coral-button component to get same look and feel. I have tried using clientlibs embed option like below. though I see coral js and css loading in page source. My button still looking without any css applied example blue color. any pointer would be helpfull. embed="[coralui3,granite.ui.coral.foundation]" 

We've got a need for a member of a QA team to identify if certain email addresses/contacts are getting funnelled into specific automations and nurture flows. But that person does not have access to Marketo.    They need to make their checks weekly. So my initial thought was to send them weekly reports of members in certain programs. However, they need to also know specifically which emails were sent to the contacts in their weekly QA checks.    Any suggestions on how to approach this?

One more question about using Marketo and Zoom. This time we also have Constant Contact involved.   We have a different group (Outreach team) communicating with our customers using Constant Contact and they have been responsible for handling webinars. For previous webinars, the Constant Contact email that went out to prospective attendees included a link to a registration landing page built in Zoom. All registration data, including what level of schooling, any questions they had in advance, etc. was collected there. Any reports that needed to be generated (registration, attendance, etc.) were pulled from Zoom.   We (Marketing ) now have Marketo and will integrate Zoom with Marketo. We have a webinar planned in November and the teams want to use Constant Contact (email) and Marketo (LP) together before fully transitioning  to Marketo in near future. Hi,We currently do SMS PURL (personalized URL), through a bitly(shortens URL) way. An email delivery creates the HTML(not being sent) and we use the "View online" link and convert it into a shorter link (through bitly) and send a SMS out. For a customer receiving the SMS each HTML page is unique i.e. has got personalization logic done based on fields in the different tables or data coming from an input file. I am not sure if this is possible using the Web App functionality we have as we do have a lot of personalization based on fields coming from different tables - Right now on what I can see it joins only on the recipient table and don't see an easy option to join other tables. Appreciate if anyone can advice on how best to do it 🙂 Thanks   

I have a requirement where I can take time-stamp as input in page properties for scheduled_activation/deactivation. Not able to pass the time-stamp date taken from user to scheduled_activation workflow. I am able to hit it by wfsession.getModel(""). If anyone can guide me for how I can pass this time-stamp for scheduling, to the scheduled_activation workflow from my custom servlet. Thanks.

Hi Everyone, Recently I have migrated Teamsite content into AEM(6.5) and programmatically create pages using sling api. Here, I have simple multitab dialog which is not loading the migrated data but if I author and save the values it was working. After AEM upgrade to 6.5, we are seeing new metadata property dam:scene7publishpending getting added to all assets and versions when assets are created. How do we turn off this property as this is not needed by business. Is this added by any specific workflow in 6.5, confirm.Please suggest.

Hi, We are storing some sensitive user information in the HTTPSession, and we would like to clear them when the login token expires.  We implemented AuthenticationHandler, and used its dropCredentials() method to invalidate the HTTPSession. But this only works when user clicks logout button explicitly. However, we also want to invalidate the HTTPSession whenever the login token expires. Is there any way event that is emitted whenever the login token expires, or any specific filter to implement invalidate the HTTPSession on token expiration.  Thanks.

Hi all I'm trying to see how many leads moved from Cold to Warm in Q1 and Q2 this year. I did some interim reporting in May for Q2 and had 311 leads move from Cold to Warm .  The same smart list for all of Q2 is now giving me 102 leads . When changing the smart list to Q1, the result is 0. I was expecting around 103 from previous reporting.   Am I doing something wrong with my smart list, or am I misunderstanding how data is captured/stored, which is impacting my results? Thanks

We're beginning to mess around with Web Personalization, and I couldn't quite find the answer I was looking for.    Say I want to put a widget or a dialog box on my blog that pops up and asks if you would like to subscribe to our emails. Because people are coming into individual posts from search, I want this to show up on any blog page. So I'm going to set the campaign to *blog* so it shows up on any of our pages with "blog" in the URL. And my segment, just to keep it simple, is going to be anonymous visitors. So far so good.   So let's say our anonymous visitor comes to one of our blog posts from Google, and the dialog box (or widget) pops up with the CTA. They decide they are not interested and close/collapse the box. Then, in the same session, they click a link to another one of our blog posts. Since this second page also meets the criteria, does the box/widget pop up a second time? If so, is there a way to make this not happen, so we don't end up harassing visi
