Hi there, Does ACS have device information in the tracking logs (that can be seen in the UI / used for filtering etc). It's easily accessible in campaign classic:  I can't see that the same is accessible in the ACS data model. I assume the data is tracked because there are reports that give device breakdowns. But can it be accessed when filtering tracking logs in workflows?Can anyone confirm? Thanks David

I need to create a component with an image hotspot functionality and found this video. At around the 51 second mark it says that it is required for Dynamic Media to be enabled in order to use the hotspot feature. I looked for how to enable Dynamic Media and found this link, which says that scene7 must be activated by way of the command line as a runmode option, which I did. However, after adding the dynamicmedia_scene7 run mode option I am still not able to see the hotspot icon in asset editor. Is there more I need to do to activate the asset hotspot functionality other than activating scene7 runmode? There is a field I have that I believe was created in Salesforce called: "Lead Owner Profile (L)". Something is triggering this field to make changes to records in our Marketo instance but I have looked everywhere and cannot solve it. Is Salesforce actually making the change and it is just being recorded in Marketo? I've included a screenshot example below:   Thanks in advance for any insight!

When using the Omnisearch feature in 6.5.5, I can see results from Assets and Sites. Does Omnisearch also include results from the Tag libraries? You can search for tags from the tag dialog when applying tags to assets and pages, but it doesn't seem I can search for Tags through the OmniSearch. Is this by design?

I feel certain I've done this before but now I can't. I need to reassign 100 tasks across 10 projects from Isabella to Anna. I've run task report and assignment report but there is no way to edit in bulk and I can't even edit inline in the report. What am I doing wrong?

Hi there, I set up a rule for page link click, when rule fired, pass the element innertext to eVar33. I also added console.log(s.eVar33, "eVar33") to print out to make sure it has value.However during debugging, I found that rule was fired and console log shows value for eVar33, but in Omnibug there is no eVar33.In the rule I set to send beacon to Analytics, but somehow it did not send, but in this rule I have other eVars and they are populating corrent values in Omnibug. Only missing eVar33, how strange!Has anybody ever encountered same issue? anyone know how to fix this? 1. rule setting value for eVar54 and eVar33. 2. In console, shows rule was fired and console log printed eVar33 has value. 3. however in Omnibug (also in report), there is no eVar33.

Hello all,   I'm seeing that the "Recipient Time Zone" checkbox when scheduling an Email program is not available when running an A/B Subject Line test (possibly not when running any A/B test?).   Our test is going out globally. Is there a backdoor workaround to trigger Recipient Time Zone to function on the test, or do we have to set up individual tests for each geo region segment?

Based on the cq:lastReplicatedDate  of one page we are doing a sorting and showing up the details on another page.If cq:lastReplicated is not there , then the values will not be sorted and we will not get details on another page.We need the cq:lastReplicatedDate in publish environment also.How can we achieve this. We know cq:lastReplicatedDAte will not available in publish,but how can we resolve this issue?Thanks

Recently we upgraded to aem 6.5 post that AEM & Salesforce connection is not happening using cloud services getting error as "Error in Getting Access Token: invalid_grant". Followed the steps mentioned in adobe https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/administering/integration/salesforce.html?lang=en In 6.4 we are able to re-establish the connection. 

Hi, I'm leveraging an API to retreive a user's opt-in status in Adobe Campaign Classic.  See below How does this work if I'm retreiving a user's status who has an email with multiple profile IDs? I can see last touch channel report having 15 conversion under channel Email. But when I drill down "Email" with UTM Campaign it given an unspecified result. although all links have UTM parameter added properly. I suspect both UTM tracking and Channel tracking are bit different but don't have any concrete statement/explanation to support this. Please help me to understand the same.

Hi, Does anyone know how to view the request body when submitting a form using the "Submit using Form Data Model" submit action? It seems the form submits the form data, to {formUrl}/jcr:content/guideContainer.af.internalsubmit.jsp then it must get restructured in the back end before it gets sent to the destination end point. It would be helpful for debugging if I could view the web request body (ie: the JSON data) either at the point of submission or a log somehow? Any ideas?Thanks.

We had a recent requirement to select multiple selections, instead of single selection . Since pathbrowser does not support multiple selection and is a coral2/deprecated component , we decided to move to pathfield . 2 main features that are missing are hover over the column item does not give the column name and selecting it does not give a preview option .. Is there any reason why this 2 critical feature were removed from pathfield .. And is there an easy way to set them up for pathfield by just adding some property?

Existing tools like grabbit or VLT are  not supporting to migrate assets in between environments in AEM as a cloud services. Can anyone suggest me what is the best approach/tools to migrate assets in AEMAsaCS?
