Within an email tracking we only see email clicks and opens Tracking: We don't receive optouts, web, transact, etc. How do I include these types within the mail tracking?  

Hi Experience League Community, I have a case where fragments of event data are stored in two databases, and I am seeking a way to unify this data into a single event. I tested creating a relationship field and was able to reference the schema fields in segmentation. I would like to know:Is this the only implication of implementing a schema relationship?Is there a way to visibly see the merged event data in the UI? Hi there,  I wonder what's the best solution to update a dataflow, here is the background: We have a existing dataflow, which will ingest data every day, and there are mapping, dataset, schema associate with this dataflow. If we need to add a new field to the schema, and would like to use this dataflow as well, what changes we need to make? Please correct me if I'm wrong:1. Update the schema with new field2. Update the mapping with new field After I finish the changes above, the dataflow didn't ingest the new field, and when I query the dataset, no new field either. Do I miss something? Or in this case, I can only setup a new dataflow, mapping, dataset, etc,. Thanks

Hi,I have a question. Currently we want to track a customer clicking on the banner from our app and landing on the website get converted or not? Like % of customer who started their journey from the app and completed/converted on the website. So how do we do that by appending the URL through ECID( external campaign ID). Will that ECID stay through the user journey until completion? Is there any other best practise?@jennifer_dungan 

Trying to set the time of projects converted from issues using automation to 9:00am. We have an Update Record Module > Record Type Project > Planned Start Date Field. setHour(35.plannedStartDate;9)   This works and changes the hours but the minutes still use whatever minute it was when the project was created. We tried to add setHour(35.plannedStartDate;9),setMinute(35.plannedStartDate;0) but it fails.   Anyone know how I can accomplish this?    

Hello everyone, According to the documentation, it is mentioned that IP Pools can be created separately for Marketing and Transactional messages to avoid issues like spam or others. Hi,jcr:lastModifiedBy and jcr:lastModified is not getting updated on the original/jcr:content node whenever we update the json file of DAM Asset. I checked all the permissions also JCR Observation Listeners are correctly configured, Verfied Resource Type, Getting the correct user id from session, also verified mixinType of the node and i dont see any issue. Having an issue with AEM Forms where elements that are configured to be hidden are still showing up on the page. Customer is testing the site on slower network speeds by using Chrome's dev tools to throttle the browser connection to 3G and disabling the cache.  This causes the page to load very slowly (which is expected).  However, when the page finishes loading there are blue and red alert boxes that are displayed when they should be hidden.When the page is viewed after the slow page load completes, I notice that the alert boxes don't have the "hidden" or "active" classes on their field elements.  Those classes are something AEM adds based on whether the Hide Object option is checked or not in the component configuration.  Since they don't have the classes, they display.  So it seems like there is an AEM event or process that doesn't fire to add the appropriate class on slower connections.

Hi,  We are working on a migration project fom AMS to ACS. Our current project heavily relies on static template that are build using JSP. Could you please clarify the following question with respect to migration -1. Is there any way to retain JSP as-is and still migrate from static template to editable template?2. Is it necessary to migrate JSP to HTL3. Are there any Adobe recommened migration guide for converting JSP based template to HTL4. Is it necessary to convert components using JSP to HTLWe are looking for the best practices and any possible workarounds that would allow us to efficiently transition to ACS without a complete rewrite.Any insight, recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks,

Does the system recognize that an audience is a component of an another audience before you delete it? For example, if I have an activated audience (Audience X) that's made up of Attribute 2, Audience B, and Event 1, and I go to delete Audience B, will the system give a warning? What happens if I do delete Audience B?

Hi team,I wanted to fully understand if we should use a visitor level container or a hit level for the case here- I want to capture the number of unique visitors over a period of time/months who have done a custom click events (e74 in the pic below). So, should i use visitor level segmentation container or a hit level- i am very sure it is visitor level but am being challenged here by a colleague so asking the experts here :). Also, any video/document which clarifies the difference between the segmentation containers with examples will be helpful. Thanks! 

I'm interested in seeing what is the first clicked item when user lands on a page (at an aggregate level). Is there a way to set up a segment for this? To follow up, I would be curious what users are clicking on first, then what's the top 2nd clicked button on the page, top 3rd etc. I'm trying to build out the user journey to understand what users are clicking on (1st, 2nd,3rd, etc) when they're on a specific page.  For example, I would like to be able to understand whether most users are clicking on the nav first or are they clicking on body then clicking on nav?

While creating audience in AEP, we have a option called "in last week". So want to know the start of the week is Sunday or Mondays. 

Hi, I have an AEM workflow which creates lots of groups when run on a folder, but when i am assigning user to the created group i can just see an error page once i login. how can i give basic set of permission to a group so that  the assigned user can login and view /content/dam/assets page.(not the folders) because folders will be assigned on some condition.  I am planning to create on main group manually/programatically and assign all the workflow created groups to it, so all the basic permissions will be part of that main group.

I have a data scenario, where my primary Identity has multiple secondary identities in the source data. There is a MDM system which is generating the Primary Identity - Customer IdThe subscription system is a standalone system which is managing various subscriptions and also generate an identitifer for each customer "Subscriber Id". Now the problem is, because of not havign strong matching engine and varity of data, alsmost for 20% of cases, for same person, this system ends up creating multiple "Subscriber Id" for a person. Illustration:MDMThomas Cook and Tom Cook are identified as same customer and ends up having one Customer Id (12345679) Subscription SystemDue to the different first name, this platform generated 2 separate Subscriber Ids Thomas Cook : Subscriber Id: 50001Tom Cook : Subscriber Id: 60001Subscription system also sends various events to AEP and shares the Subscriber Id (Primary Identity) as event data (subscrition related call data etc) MDM Sys

Hi Everyone, I have a usecase where I want to implement certain functionalities for the first time user visiting to a certain page. I have adobe target which is used to create that audience to implement this. I want to show a popup and do other stuffs for the first time users visiting the page. challenge is how I will get to know that my user its a first time user. Can I use Mbox cookie to understand if the user is new or repeated user. Does mbox cookie have such information. Or is there any other way to do this?

I am migrating from static templates to editable templates using AEM Modernization Tool but  my static template code is in JSP. So, do I need to create a new code base for editable templates or is it compatible to JSP as well? Please guide me, how I can proceed on this.
