We are trying to add emoji icon in Subject Line, when we try to  Approve and close displaying  error. We are unable to save the email. Do we have any settings to be enabled for accepting the icon this in Subject Line.

I have a data scenario, where my primary Identity has multiple secondary identities in the source data. There is a MDM system which is generating the Primary Identity - Customer IdThe subscription system is a standalone system which is managing various subscriptions and also generate an identitifer for each customer "Subscriber Id". Now the problem is, because of not havign strong matching engine and varity of data, alsmost for 20% of cases, for same person, this system ends up creating multiple "Subscriber Id" for a person. Illustration:MDMThomas Cook and Tom Cook are identified as same customer and ends up having one Customer Id (12345679) Subscription SystemDue to the different first name, this platform generated 2 separate Subscriber Ids Thomas Cook : Subscriber Id: 50001Tom Cook : Subscriber Id: 60001Subscription system also sends various events to AEP and shares the Subscriber Id (Primary Identity) as event data (subscrition related call data etc) MDM Sys

Hi Everyone, I have a usecase where I want to implement certain functionalities for the first time user visiting to a certain page. I have adobe target which is used to create that audience to implement this. I want to show a popup and do other stuffs for the first time users visiting the page. challenge is how I will get to know that my user its a first time user. Can I use Mbox cookie to understand if the user is new or repeated user. Does mbox cookie have such information. Or is there any other way to do this?

I am migrating from static templates to editable templates using AEM Modernization Tool but  my static template code is in JSP. So, do I need to create a new code base for editable templates or is it compatible to JSP as well? Please guide me, how I can proceed on this.

Hi Team - I am trying to understand why a dispatcher cannot cache the PDF documents uploaded into Forms and Documents section, /content/dam/formsanddocuments . I uploaded a PDF documents into forms and documents and tried accessing it with Publisher by appending the content dam path of the PDF and made sure it opened the PDF with extension (as this a requirement for dispatcher to cache). However i do not see it being cached. But it caches the same PDF uploaded under /content/dam. What is controlling this, my cache.any file has "allow" to glob "*".

I have had a few marketers raise questions about the New reporting tool. When measuring email click-through rates (CTR) in the industry, the standard practice is to use "unique clicks,"  meaning each recipient is only counted once even if they click multiple times on the same link within the email; this provides a more accurate representation of engagement with an email campaign. This raises a few questions, and I was wondering if there are documented answers/rational from Adobe:In AJO, the CTR indicates to be Total Clicks / Total Delivered, instead of using unique click / unique delivered. Is there a documented reason/rationale why Adobe uses total clicksSimilar issues with CTOR. In our instance, Delivered appears to be lower than Unique Delivered.  How is this possibleWhere is there a clear breakdown that can be shared with marketing teams? Need to get answer for marketing teams.

Hi,  I have created Individual Profile Schema. Then I have create a dataset which I have successfuly ingested the data into the dataset. Then I checked in the profile and the profile have been successfully created. However, when I try to create audince using attributes using my custom fields as a (schingDeviceID = Exists) the audience shows there are no data associated with having this attributes. However, as the image displays in profiles, it shows that there are records that attributes schingDeviceID exists. Does know how I could resolve this issue so that I am able to create audience? Hi, When I try to create an audience in AEP audience manager, it appears I cannot leverage on the OOTB Page URL dimension (xdm.web.webPageDetails.URL). The only available URL attribute in Audience Manager is the web referrer URL (see screenshot). Is there a way I can create an audience based on the page URL the user visited on our site? Thanks! 

Hi, is there a limit to the number of fields you can select in the Workfront 'Read a Record' module within a Fusion flow? I've seen cases where selecting too many fields causes Fusion to throw an error, but I’d like to confirm if there’s an official limit. Thank you!

My team currently utilizes a fusion between Workfront and AEM Assets, but we’re exploring the possibility of connecting AEM Sites with Workfront. Our goal is to create a seamless workflow where page creation initiated in Workfront transitions smoothly into AEM Sites, allowing the process to continue within AEM’s workflow. Is there an existing integration or fusion between AEM Sites and Workfront to enable this functionality? If so, where can I find more information about it?

Anyone been able to figure out how to remove/delete/change commit dates using Fusion. WF has/had an annoying habit of setting the commit date to the planned CPL date when a user self-assigns themselves to a task and it's PITA to clean up.......

Hi! I feel like there must be an easy solution for this but I am coming up short so I'm hopeful someone here might have a suggestion for me. I am building new dashboards for a group of users from the individual, team lead and group lead perspective. I am trying to make it so that the filters don't have to be manually edited any time we have a change in reporting lines, by using the wildcard filters.  Here's my challenge. If I use the assignment users home team ID equals = $$USER.homeTeamID that is assuming that the user viewing the report has the same home team as their direct reports that I want them to see data for. That's not the case, they may have a different home team than their direct reports, because they report to someone else. How do I go about making it such that in this scenario, they can still see work for their direct reports without having to use the assigned to ID equals filter and having versions for each team lead? We have an onboarding journey with multiple email steps. A series of 6 emails are sent after some delay times between them which we have set up already.We also want to include one more email that can be sent anytime they receive their offers during this onboarding phase. For that we made an audience to check if they have offers.But we want to make sure this email is sent only once(as a user can reach this step multiple times) and write a condition such that if they have already received this email dont send to them. Is there a way in the journey we can add a step that can achieve the above?Or please let us know if you have any better approaches to do it.

Hi all, I was trying to understand few details about Form Bridge API. When we render an XDP form as HTML5 form and need an external application that is hosting this form to interact with it, it is suggested to use FormBridgeAPI.  To have these APIs embedded in the form, should we include the Form Bridge API object that is available under custom object library in AEM Forms designer ? I did not find more information on the flow. What is the pre-requisite to start using FormBrdige APIs on a HTML5 Form ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Abhishek

Hello all! We would like to create a whole page and then move it to the existing place and URL in our sites structure at the same live site. In other words, we would like to change out an existing live site with one we have built in a different AEM location.  Is there an existing workflow around this? Any advice or potential pitfalls experienced authors can see here? (we don't want the existing site down at any point, we are concerned about impacting references of existing site, etc.) Thanks in advance!Nichole

We have users who are unable to see the Risks tab on projects. After some experimentation it seems that the Risks tab is tied to view access on Financial Data (which the access level for these users doesn't have).Can this be right? If so, this makes no sense to me.We definitely don't want these users (engineers) to be able to view financials, but they need to have access to Risks. Is there a way around this?

My colleagues are having trouble and I can't figure out what is going wrong. When I convert to Project, I am always named the owner of the project. For some reason, when they convert them, they are NOT recorded as the owner, the person who loaded the Issues/Requests to Workfront is recorded as the owner and they need to manually change it each time. Is there something I am missing??
