One feature that I miss from some of the other services is the ability to get reports on things such as new subscribers within certain periods of time.  I can generate reports or workflows to tell me this info, but my goal would be automate it into an email.    My question is, whether there is a way to somehow grab the result of a workflow step (the number that appears above the arrow after the step executes), and then include it in a delivery as enrichment data?   It'd be interesting to be able to use this as a way to give quick stats on List Growth or the number of people currently receiving a drip campaign, etc.    

Hi, This is almost a philosophical question on the origin of things...I have a Smart Campaign that looks something like this: Smart listTrigger: Person is createdFilter: Country is xxxx Filter: Person is NOT member of "Smart List yyyy"FlowSend email zzzzMy question would be: when a person is created, does it get added to my "Smart List yyyy" fast enough to NOT qualify? My intended behavior is that they don't qualify. I want to use this method to handle exceptions but I need to know if it works and if so, it it is reliable. I could always let them qualify and remove them from the flow if they belong to the list, but I have a feeling its more convenient, better for MKTO performance and perhaps more maintainable to do this in the smart list rather than inside the flowsteps. How to configure the page-template property for the community site. Example: For we retail the /libs/social/console/components/hbs/sitepage/sitepage.hbs choose to display the content for wereatil.hbs in /apps/social/console/components/hbs/sitepage/weretail.hbs rather than its content. Hi,I need to build a backend to manage the data POST'ed from different web forms and I have made a POC using a jssp page. It's only to receive the action of the forms and return the error management (in JSON), not the actual HTML, etc. It works as expected and gives me the required flexibility and functionality. My question is if you can think of any reason why you would recommend not to use this approach.Thank in acvanceGuillermo

Our current website is not on AEM. We are replacing the current website with AEM based website. We have created all new pages. We don't want to redirect old urls to error page. We wish to permanently redirect old urls to similar pages. We have around 100 such urls. I am thinking of writing permanent redirect rules on apache web server. But as per my current logic I will have to write 100 redirection rules.Is this a good solution and Is there any other more feasible approach for the above requirement?

I have been having weird issues and found out that the app measurement library is loading twice when our web pages load. You can see this anywhere on bankofthewest.com. I'm not sure how to get to the source of why? Any ideas or advice would be appreciated!

Hello,I had a case where I had to import lists into Marketo because our data filters aren't all the way setup in SFDC. Some of the contacts synced while others now have two records. Will these automatically merge at some point?If not, what steps do I need to take to merge?I only uploaded the email address in the list in hopes that it would feed over to the contact. It looks like this:The issue with this is that it's not showing marketo insights in SFDC for my sales execs.

Every time I click the Download button in the tool I get a "This site can't be reached" error message (I get this in regular Chrome and incognito). I have a client with 10 Engagement Programs and most of them have multiple streams. The total number of streams (in all the Engagement Programs combined) is 27-30. There are a total of just over 161K people active (cadence = normal) in all the Engagement Programs combined.Currently the different streams send once per week on a variety of different days and times - mostly in the sending time zone. My client would like to change this so that all the streams send on the same day/time each week using the recipient time zone. Is there reason for concern that this change might have problematic performance implications?

I am able to capture click data when attempting to serve up Target content in emails deployed via Campaign Classic; however, when I run tests focused on impressions for the Target content, nothing comes back via A4T.Is it possible to capture those impressions?

Hi teamI am using rich text editor in one our components. When I add a hyperlink to a word that has a punctuation after it say comma(,) or dot(.), the RTE adds a space. Could you please let me know the reason for this and a way to fix this.In the above image betwee 'Workato' and dot(). a space is showing up. Hello,We have a standard digitalData. datalayer which collects values throughout a checkout funnel. With ever increasing security issues we’re looking to encrypt the field values and push to the datalayer. The plan is to then use DTM/Launch to run a script maybe within each data Element/custom code to decrypt and pass on into Analytics.Has anyone had any experience with doing anything like this and how from a development (on page) and DTM perspective did you achieve?Many thanks for any help

Hi,I have a query regarding detaching/removing traits linked to a visitor's profile during her online visit?Eg: If a visitor has visited a subscription page for student, link the "student" trait to the visitor. As soon as the visitor goes to professional subscription page, remove the "student" trait and link the "professional" trait.

Our team currently has (2) Marketo instances and (1) GoTo Webinar account. Can this GTW account be connected to both Marketo instances?
