Hi Experts,  We are using design importer for one of our landing pages. Whenever author imports a zip file the page gets painted with contents of zip file which is as expected.It also creates the script files under /etc/designs. The challenge is when author activates the page the contents of /etc/designs is not getting replicated. This means every time author wants to replicate a landing page created through design importer then he has to activate the /etc/designs separately which is not advisable.Is my understanding correct?If yes, Is there any workaround to activate the /etc/designs as well?Regards,Jai.

Looking at the AEM 6.3, creating a touch ui dialog, you can use either anything under the /libs/granite/ui/components/foundation/formor/libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/formJust wonder which one we should use.Also in the /libs/granite/ui/components/foundation/form, it has the radio group and radio and under the /libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form, it has only radio group without radio, so how the radio works under the coral?Thanks.

We discover huge discrepancies for our registration metric for the Facebook Ad campaigns in Adobe Analytics when comparing it to reports from Facebook Ads.Facebook overreports by roughly 300% comapred to Adobe Analytics and compared to our database.We tagged the links from our ads with some identifier, so when user reaches registration event, he will be attributed to this campaign tracker in Adobe.I did some research and found that the attribution models from Facebook vary for clicks and the like. However when using custom events, shouldn't they match?When user registers an event is triggered which is tracked in Adobe and Facebook (fbq('track', 'CompleteRegistration')Any suggestions where this discrepancy could come from and on how to make both tools comparable?

Hi All,I'm using AEM6.4 and for a particular case I have to display custom information for assets under dam probably in list view(refer screenshot below) for a specific folder/application.I have a couple of doubts also not sure if this is the best approach to implement it. Hence, seeking appropriate references.I have introduced a custom property in the default schema(refer screenshot below).Challenge 01: Its applied across all application and I'm not sure if I can restrict it to a particular folder(application) in the dam as its done in default schema?Challenge 02: Even if I create a new tab in the default schema can it be restricted only to an application/dam folder..?Or Do I need to create a new schema itself I want to display custom properties on the home screen of list view(as in below image)?If Yes, then need some reference. Hi All - Due to overeager sales reps, we've decided to prevent leads from syncing into Salesforce until they've become MQLs. We thought this would be fine, until we realized as a result of this change we would not be able to use Salesforce UTM campaigns to track attributed revenue/opportunities to specific campaign activities. Prior to this change, adding a lead to a SFDC campaign would be a step in the campaign flow, using UTM tracking source.  More times than not, that lead is not an MQL.Is there a way to add a lead to a specific SFDC campaign only after they have become an MQL? I wish there was a two point flow step that I could use like :If Lifecycle status is MQL and UTM tracking source is empty = Add to x SFDC campaign

Hi All,I am trying to create a text component similar to a core component available in AEM 6.4 at "/apps/core/wcm/components/text/v2/text" I am creating the same named as "mytext" at  "/apps/myapp/components/mytext".I see that in the node at "/apps/core/wcm/components/text/v2/text/cq:editConfig/cq:inplaceEditing" I need to use property 'editorType' as 'text' only. However since my component name is './mytext' the node created saves the authored text with property name 'mytext'. But if I try to save a text using in place editor in authoring mode the authored text is now saved with property name 'text'. Ideally I would wish it to be 'mytext' so that if I author the component using configure button or edit button, in both cases, I should see same text on the page. Hi,We are just starting to use Adobe and one of the main objectives is to leverage external APIs from Adobe. There are 2 scenarios mainly, 1. Calling an endpoint per recipient in a campaign and modify the email content based on the response. E.g - If the audience size is 1m, then we will call an endpoint 1m times. Is this doable from Adobe and how scalable is it?2. Calling an endpoint once per campaign send. E.g. - a campaign which is sent out based on the price drop of a particular item. Doesn't matter how much is the audience size, the endpoint will be called once. What would be the best way to implement this?Thanks,Abi

Hi all,I'm noticing that emails Marketo is sending are showing up in the activity history of Sales Insights in SFDC. For these emails, the Sales Insight option is not checked in the Email Settings within Marketo; My sync options in Marketo aren't set to track these items either (see screen shot). We prohibited the system from tracking these activities back in May and it worked but now I am seeing the information flow through again.Has anyone run into this? Am I missing another place where Sales Insight tracking can be enabled?Thank you,Alexis

Hi All,We are facing an issue with WorkflowStatus api to get current wf status of a resource.It works fine when we start a workflow and get running status it return true but when we deploy our code again even though workflow still in running condition ,the api returns us as false.resource.adaptTo(WorkflowStatus.class).IsInRunningWorkflow(true);This issue only happening if we redeploy our code.Any idea what can cause this issue ?? What is happening during bundle deployment which makes this api return status as false even though workflow still running ??Thanks

Can I create a custom template and use it in creating an experience fragment? Hello Marketo Community, We are working on a campaign and would like to A/B test 2 journeys. We have the journeys set up as two different streams in our nurture program but aren't sure what the best way would be to randomly add users to one stream vs another and automate the process. Right now the idea we are going off is to have 1 stream get feed contacts for one week's time, and then have another be feed contacts for the week that follows. Then we analyze both of these sets of users and see what journey performed best. I'm curious to see how others have accomplished this in the past and want to know if there are other, more effective or fully automated, ways to do this that we haven't thought of yet.

Are variables (in this case an array) created within a rule only local in scope to that time the rule fires? Is there a way to create a persistent array within Launch?I have a page with a list of documents and a checkbox next to each. A user can select what they want, then press a button at the bottom which basically shares these documents. What I'm trying to do in Launch is each time the user clicks a checkbox, it adds (or removes) the doc item from the array. I'm creating the array in the rule but checking for its existence. So the rule fires, I got the document name and I can push it into the array. The problem is the array keeps getting created despite checking for it. Hi everyone, from what I have been able to gather that when you use a form with the known user custom html field, Marketo uses a session cookie to store whether the user is known or unknown.  Can someone confirm this is the case, it is not clear in the documentation?  I have tested it locally and it seems that this cookie only persists for a browser session, is it possible to create a cookie that would not expire or at least, last longer than a session?  We are using a form on a static site using the forms 2.0 api to embed on a landing page.  I have been tasked to essentially gate a nongated landing page depending if a user is known or not and if they come through an adwords campaign with certain utm parameters.   Not sure if the known user field could be used for something like this.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated, maybe @Sanford Whiteman could weigh in?  Thanks!-John

I have tried to use auto fill forms in the past and it worked, but that was because I was not embedding the form on the web site.EnvironmentRight now I am working with a WordPress site, and have discovered that my predecessor really mucked it up. There were 3 outdated Marketo Plug-ins, the wrong Munchkin code and lots of additional things that brought the site performance down. On top of that all the forms were Iframed. The site also has lots of mixed content HTTP, and HTTPS, right now we are working to move to HTTPS which has issues with the Iframes, because the Marketo instance is not secured with the SSL certificate. (There is an additional cost to adding the certificate in Marketo and there is a small amount of down time.)Embedding the forms is the solution I came up with, but they don't auto fill. Hi Community!At our project we use Granite fileupload widget ('granite/ui/components/foundation/form/fileupload') to work with images and videos. To specify the family of assets supported to upload we use configuration's property 'mimeTypes' that is simply passes on the value to 'accept' attribute of 'input' html tag. We use regexp as the attribute's value (say, image/.* -- HTML input accept Attribute) and it works fine for the first time, however when a user simply opens dialog again the validation blocks the dialog from submitting because it thinks that the field of the asset is empty when it's 100% still there. If we change the property to 'image' value -- everything works great.Could you please help me find out what's wrong?Thanks in advance!

I noticed, the core components (v2) do not let author define the placement (left right or center alignments) of the component on the page and they do not even let author define width, not through the dialog authoring nor through the style system, both the alignment and sizing can well be I assume this is because of the availability of the powerful layout container. Is this philosophy of using responsive grid to achieve the desired layout of the components always recommended? even for the custom components I create for my site?  Are there any other key points/criteria I should consider before following the similar philosophy?
