Dear Good People,I am new in using AEM(Adobe Experience Manager)I have a page that contains 2 or more components in a responsivegrid(wcm/foundation/components/responsivegrid) component area.For example component date_event period that contains only 2 nodes which are :- node start date (datepicker)- node end date (datepicker)in the file date_event.js within in component date_event, i retrieve those both nodes and return it.then I have other component that want to retrieve node start date & end date from date_event component, but i got stuck while working on it.So i need help how to figure it out?

In the recent past, I've successfully setup a few visualizations (line graphs) in Workspace with a weekly aggregation, but I'm struggling to get this to work now (while the data source is aggregated weekly, the visualization refuses to be anything other than daily).  To do so, I created a simple free-form table with the "Week" dimension and then chosen whatever metric I'm interested in (e.g., Visits, Conversion, etc.).  From there, I create the visualization (right-click in the data table and choose Visualize).  This previously gave me a visualization that aligned to whatever time-based aggregation I chose, but not anymore.  If I wanted a daily grain in the visualization, I'd use the "Day" dimension in the data table....  Did something change in Workspace or have I simply lost my mind?Interestingly, if I view the data table for any visualizations that I successfully created with a weekly grain in the past and then click the "gear" icon in the data table section

I have several docx and pptx documents in the DAM.  Each have sub-assets viewable in DAM.  When published to brand portal, only the first page of the document is viewable.  Is there a way to view the sub-assets prior to downloading the full document? 

Hi Everyone,I need to set up permission on the content fragment in such a way that only the MASTER can access and edit it, SLAVE can only access and SUB SLAVE should not even view it.     1)To be more clear, we have parent(company), child(dealers) and sub child(shops) relationship in our requirement. Some of the content should be accessible only to master and not child or sub child.  Some of the content are accessible to parent and child but not sub child. The sub child should not even allowed to view the content either in parent or child.      2)The content should be shared across pages provided the permission matches with otherpage     3)Certain parts of content should be pulled as a summary into other page.Please explain. I'm having an issue where, when you click 'not you' it refreshes the page .... the form I am using is at the BOTTOM, so it's quite a bit of scrolling to back to where you were. Is there any way to control it, whether it's an anchor, or preventing the page from refreshing and just refreshing the form with a new cookie, or what are my options? Anyone have experience doing this?

Hi I understand that I need to move any 'evergreen' campaings from Classic to Standard.  When do I have to complete this action by?Also what happens to these campaigns if I do not move them do they cease to run anymore

I'm following the tutorial "Creating an Adobe Experience Manager project using Lazybones"here https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/aem_lazybones.htmlHowever I'm having problems in the very beginning with installing the Eclipse Experience Manager plugin.After setting up the AEM Developer Tools and checking the boxes for AEM and Sling and clicking next in step 7, the installation breaks and says this:Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.  Software being installed: AEM Developer Tools 1.1.0 (com.adobe.granite.ide.feature.feature.group 1.1.0)  Missing requirement: AEM IDE Tools: UI-Extensions 1.1.0 (com.adobe.granite.ide.eclipse-ui 1.1.0) requires 'bundle org.eclipse.m2e.core 1.4.0' but it could not be found  Cannot satisfy dependency:    From: AEM Developer Tools 1.1.0 (com.adobe.granite.ide.feature.feature.group 1.1.0)    To: com.adobe.granite.ide.eclipse-ui [1.1.0]Any ideas on where to go from here?

I do weekly email campaigns to various segments in my database. Some of these segments are based on job titles and some are based on geo - location (city, state, etc.).Therefor an individual can be part of multiple segments. For example, a person who is an HR Director (Job Title) and lives in Sacramento (Location) would receive content in their email related to the job title HR Director and the location Sacramento. Another person who just falls in the Sacramento segment (and is not an HR Director) would only receive Sacramento related information. Any thoughts on the best way to handle this. Is there a way to do one email that pulls all segment specific information into each email.

I'm running into a issue with a campaign wait step. The campaign runs on the 15th each month (scheduled), then sends an email and waits 30 days before calling a second campaign. The issue is even though more than 30 days have passed, members seem to be stuck in the wait step permanently and the campaign never calls the second campaign. Does anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong here? Dashboard viewHere are the flow steps (Smartlist references the Chronic Non-Responders/Unengaged smartlist built into Marketo)And the campaign that is called. (filters to make sure the member is still part of the non-responder list and has not opened the email sent) No members have passed into this campaign.

Standard behavior seems to be to use email address to determine whether a lead exists so it can be updated or created as appropriate. Is it possible to use any other field such as the Marketo ID to identify which lead the form should update? So for instance, if I have 2 email addresses, and Marketo has email address A, but when I go to a form, I submit it with Email address B, that's going to create two leads for the same person rather than updating the preferred email address in the existing lead. Any way to avoid that if I can know the Marketo ID (or some other unique identifier), and I'm able to pass it into the landing page via a query string parameter?

Currently, our Marketo industry field is a picklist but we would like to change it to free form fill. Is there a specific process to do this and how will this affect the current data in the system? Are there any issues we should anticipate or account for?

We are currently in the process of switching CRM systems, and are not planning on syncing them with Marketo anytime soon. We are new to Marketo, and are just setting everything up. As we are importing data, we have noticed that we are not able to manually upload info into the Sale Owner field and the Account Owner field. To by pass this, I am trying to create all custom field with similar naming, and hide the original Marketo field. However, one of the original fields is not letting me hide it, as it's being used in multiple areas. This is the Sales owner First name field. When I look at the places in which it is used in, I can not figure out how to change it as it is referring to some of the email alert tokens. {{Lead.Owner First name}} to be specific. How can I assign my custom field to be connected to the token {{Lead.Owner First Name}}Perhaps there's a better solution for our problem? any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. PS: Pleas take it easy on me, I am a Marketo newby

First, I wanted to say thanks to Kenny etc at Marketo for shipping the Bulk API, right now you're hearing/dealing with launch issues but I want to step back a moment and say I'm VERY HAPPY there's a Bulk API at all, and I'm hopeful that this will let us take our integrations to a new level.Queuing/processing seems to work reliably now, however as of an hour ago our lead exports all seem to fail for us (I've had one of about 20 work, supplied the same query again that worked and it failed). We will try again tomorrow.I moved on to Activity Export. On this instance, exporting one day of activities (52M) works, exporting a week (should be around 350M) seems to fail. The biggest file we received was 205M of activities for 4 days. Did that 2x and 52M lead export, the next query I submitted I received         {            "code": "1029",            "message": "Export daily quota 500MB exceeded."        }How does that work exactly? If I'm at 463M I can't submit a query that the system thinks

I've come up against a problem when writing a cron script to pull down all activities. I need to keep a copy of all the activities for leads in our CRM as we plan to do quite a bit with like processing unsubscribes or showing an activity log on the lead page of our CRM. There are more use cases and some that haven't been fully defined, so keeping a copy of these activities makes the most sense to avoid being bottlenecked by (and wasting) REST calls.Currently my script pulls down the full list of activity types to make sure nothing changed there. If a new one appears, it adds it to our cache. So that's one call.After that I loop over the types and pull new activities for each type individually. In our sandbox, we're not doing too much just yet aside from testing webhooks and contact syncing, so the new activities are generally limited to about 3 different activities. There's currently a total of 47 activities so that's 47 calls to the API, 3 of which matter so it's terribly inefficient.

Hi,I've gone through Sling and AEM Mocks but none of those seem helpful to test our custom java classes which has services defined by us along with resource, jcr nodes, session etc. Sling and AEM mock only test Sling and JCR apis. Is there any way to test normal java classes as well along with it? Normal Junit with mockito and powermockito requires a lot more effort and we don't want to do that.Any good examples would be helpful.Thanks!

I was looking into Adobe Experience Cloud. I know that Media Optimizer Search supports Google, Bing, Yahoo, and international search engines. Is this just a platform to create models and reports, or can you actually bid on search through Adobe? Any information relevant to this would be a huge help!
