HelloMy IMAC needs a total reinstall. I am a member of Creative Cloud but I also have CS5.5 on my IMAC. To do a reinstall I need the serial number of CS5.5 but cannot find it.  I only need to use my  INDESIGN files that were created in CS5.5. What can I do to solve this problem? I REALLY NEED TO ACCESS MY OLD CS5.5 files! Can anyone offer a solution??

in the Adobe Admin console for the experience cloud I am trying to setup a group of users that I can assign to various projects.  i just need a simple 1 group with read-only access setup.under "user management" I have created a user groupI have read Manage products and configurations and I think the remaining process is to1) create a new project configuration,2) assign the user group to this project configuration3) set permissions on this project configurationProblems:1) when i drop down the "groups" dropbox on a new project configuration, I do not see the group (mcom_students) that I created2) i do not see any options or tabs to set permissions on project configuration as outlined in this help document Enterprise Help | Manage product permissions and roles in the Admin Console how does one go about setting permissions for groups and products?thanks

An application introduced an OSGiConfig node that has a mixinType of ReplicationStatus.  This broke the inheritance/merge model for the settings found in apps/system/config.  I wonder if someone in the community could help explain how mixinTypes might be used for an OSGiConfig node?  Are there certain mixinTypes that would apply to OSGiConfig or is this simply some oversight on the properties of the OSGiConfig node-type?

For instance if you have a form going thru several approval steps that requires signatures, and then one step happened to reject, it would be nice to remove the previous signatures so that they could be re-signed.   2) And finally is there a simpler way to combine digital signatures and rights management then what was listed in the pdf provided by Duane (second post from the bottom of the thread)? When creating a policy there is a checkbox for "Filling in form fields and signing". Is this forsomething else?   Thanks! Billy

Hi all,Trying to align this checkbox but having difficulties. I am using a label as I need to be able to link out to the privacy policy. I try different label widths but nothing seems to be working. Hi All,We have security requirement, where we need to mask the recipient PII fields/attributes for specific group. For example First Name Last name and Email address should not be visible for Administrator and Support team.Can anyone have thought to achieve this, as these attributes under NMS schema.Thanks.

Our SMS gateway provider CLX, is reporting that our Adobe Campaign instance is issuing SMS messages with the DCS value 241, and that this explains a high level of soft bounces and communication delays. They recommend using a different DCS value. Checking 'https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC6.1/en/DLV_Creating_deliveries_Mobile_channel.html#Creating_an_SMPP_external_account' and noting that we have declared no mappings of encoding, the default DCS value is typically 0, but can depend on the particular SMSC. Does anyone know if the CLX SMSC deliberately use 241 as its default DCS? Is this something previously agreed with CLX that I can refer CLX back to? Do we perhaps need to introduce an explicit mapping to set the DCS value back to 0?Thank you for any suggestions!Jim

Hi All,I am facing an interesting issue where OSGI bundles when deployed on author are always in installed mode but all hunky dory on publish. Some pointers1. I am using Jenkins to push these bundles to both author and publish, no manual deployment2. My bundles have dependency e.g. A->B->C and follow sequence3. Nothing doubtful in logs4. Even when manually trying to make them active does not workAny idea?

Hi ,I want to notify to the workflow initiator who started the workflow via a message in his AEM inbox.In the workflow process step I am activating page through different replication agent (after some conditions applied like if user has priviledges).So I wanted to send a message like "replication success"  if success , else "you are not a priviledge user for replication" to his inbox.Thanks,Pallavi

We've been anticipating the bulk API for retrieving Lead and Activity information. Can't wait.I've looked over the documentation for the Activity bulk download at http://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/bulk-extract/bulk-activity-extract/ I have a question, I see that I can specify fields and in the documentation it says:Default fields are: marketoGUID, leadId, activityDate, activityTypeId, campaignId, primaryAttributeValueId, primaryAttributeValue, attributes.  Fields may only be filtered out when exporting activitiesThat's cool, but where will we get the the attributes we currently get when we download activities? Like on a change value, there's Old Value, New Value, etc, each activity type has specific additional attributes. What field do we specify to get those attributes, and how will they be represented in the resulting CSV, SSV, TSV file? Json in a single column? HiYou have 1000 leads in an engagement program, 100 of which have exhausted all the content. You recently added new content into the program at the top of the only stream in the program. How many leads will receive the new white paper at the next cast, assuming there are no deliverability issues and no additional people will be added to the program?Many of them saying 1000 but I feel 900. which one is correct?If 1000 is answer  then please explain why?

I am trying to find a way to hide this SUBMIT button but have not found anything applicable in the case of this form located here:Become A Customer If I select option 3 "I need additional access...", then I would like the SUBMIT button to vanish.Now I have asked this question before and the solution worked, but I cannot find it since the Marketo Community forum move.  In fact, quite a few of my posts have vanished as well!  Oh well. I remember it was a simple solution.  Since this page went corrupt, and I had to quickly rebuild, I lost the code, in the meantime, I put a silly solution in place that just add's tons of spaces to shoot the submit button down below visibility.  LOL!Your help is definitely appreciated.

I created a custom editable template type following this structure:/conf/myproject/settings/wcm/templates-type/basetype, I can see the basetype under the myproject folder when creating the template.Now I create another folder under the Configuration Browser and enable the editable template, I only see three default templates from adobe: Core Component Page, HTML5 Page and Adaptive Form Template.What and where do I have to change to make my basetype template available under the another folder?Per documentation, I should put my basetype template under the /apps/settings/wcm/template-type which where Core Component Page is, but since HTML5 Page is not under the /apps/, just wonder what magic to make HTML 5 page template type available for another folder (globally)?Thanks.
