Hi Everyone,Relatively new to Marketo and someone on my team encountered a strange issue.We set up an email to deploy with a subject line test, defined the test audience, criteria, and timing of the test.  The test emails deployed no problem, but the remainder of the list who were supposed to receive the winner never got an email deployed to them.My thought is that perhaps the settings in the campaign did not have it setup to automatically declare the winner and deploy, but I can't seem to find where that is located.  Would I be able to see that if I was not the one who setup the campaign?Assistance is very much appreciated!----EDIT: Thanks for all of the responses!  Turns out, there was an issue with the subject lines themselves and the remainder of the audience deploy was manually aborted. 

Hi, we would like to view the full workflow history for a page. For example, we'd like a record of who/when our legal dept. approved a page for publishing.I found the Workflow History, but it is a huge list, and doesn't show the page's complete history, only the history of the individual workflow. Our history goes back a couple of weeks, and there are over 10,000 entries with no easy way to search for a page (that I could find).Any suggestions or solutions to help us track a page's complete workflow history? Hello - We have a issue that keeps coming up. Lead Source. Currently we have a list which is used for original lead source which pulls into SFDC. We are finding that when the lead is converted to a opp the lead source is not carried over and changed by the Sales Rep. We want to add in original and most recent lead source into SFDC eventually however we do not have admin rights to do so. We are now finding that our lead source on the lead is over writing in some cases and cannot figure out why? Here is a example of a lead source that has changed. We assumed that it was only changing it if lead source was empty but it seems it is overwriting it all together?Any ideas how we can lock it down, through Marketo?

Hi!Anyone have ideas on the best solution to opt out users from non marketing emails?We have a Salesforce sync and a field indicating whether or not the user is opted in to marketing emails only.When we get a request to keep a user in marketing emails but opt them out of service/transactional ones, what's the best way to handle this?Create another field for non marketing emails opt out?Maintain a separate opt out list for non marketing emails?etc.Thank you for your help!Emily

In the csv downloads, numbers are formatted to use a comma as a thousand separator, and my Excel (on European settings, so with a decimal comma and a dot as a thousands separator) this gives trouble: a number like "12,340" will be read as "12,34" and changing the comma to a dot results in 1234 instead of 12340.I suppose this would be easily solved by removing number formatting.

Hi All,We are trying to use DTM integration framework to get header and footer code into our websites. We are successful in the integration and now looking into OOTB way to make sure that1) DEV/Staging/UAT author and publish instances (including PROD author) should use staging header and footer2) PROD publish instance should use prod header and footer snippets. Can you guys let me know if there is any OOTB way to achieve this, or do i need to do customizations based on runmodes?Thanks,Veera

Specifically thinking about progressive profiling, is there a way that once we know a lead value on a form (i.e. someone has already filled it out), that we can hide that field, and just show 'email' for example and the new progressive profiling fields when someone revisits?

Hi all,my situation is: RS1 > Prop1 > label: countryRS2 > Prop3 > label: countryRequisite: I need to create a shared segment (let's say country = "US") for RS1 and RS2. I don't want the segment on each RS, I just want it to work on both of them without changing the implementation. I don't want to lose historical data or create a mess on one of the two RS.Is it possibile to use the label as the query id instead of the Prop number? Hey there, This is my first try at Velocity scripting so don't laugh if I've made a simple error but just can't see it.Ok so the situation is that we will have a 'faux booking' form on a website. The lead can select how many passengers there will be, up to 6. And enters their detailsDepending on what value they put in for 'how many passengers do you have?', different text shows in an alert email to a sales consultant. If they select 3 adults, then the details of those 3 passengers will show in the alert email. If 6, then 6. Hi,    I am facing issue in catching status details of SMS going out.    the delivery log doesn't display the status of sms    It doesn't update from 'Sent to SMS provider'  to  'Sent', 'failed' ,etc.    SMPP connector is being used to send SMS.     Can anyone tell me how to configure this so that proper status of SMS will be updated in to delivery logs.  Thanks,Ketan Pardeshi

I have a component where its baked in and have mandatory fields.when component is authored and later if  the components needs to be un authored  . It is not switching back to default state and displays previously authored content.solutions I thought of1.having a delete can  be an option (but it might drive into wrong direction for authors)2. making fields not required ( it's against business rules ).Any suggestions apart from what I have mentioned.  

If I had an overlay of of the AntiSamy config file at /apps/cq/xssprotection/config.xml, could I adjust it to allow random data attributes specified by authors? I see it uses regular expressions to validate attribute values, but can I use a regular expression to validate an attribute name? For example, say an author wanted a div to have a data attribute with a name that ended in random letters like:<div data-author-xbqmuwzkcsa="somevalue"></div>Is there a way to allow random attribute names like that in the AntiSamy config?

HelloI want to fulfil a software download via a form fill out and provide a license key in the follow up email.  The license key is just a text string that is provided from a list.  Once the key is entered it cannot be reused so its essentially providing the one off value in the email response.I can token the value into the email easily enough but wanted to see if anyone has any best practice on how to get the license key value into the Marketo side.Essentially on the form fill out that contact will need a value for the license key.  The question is where to store, or how to get that value into Marketo.Any suggestions.ThanksMark
