Is there a way to populate a form drop down list with all emails in a certain campaign? for example I want to build a Landing Page that would allow a sales person to enter a leads name, email address and campaign code, (when he enters the campaign code, a list of emails within that campaign would appear as a selection option). Once all information is entered, the campaign will send a email to that specific lead. This enabling a sales rep to send a new customer a copy of a previously sent sales email easily.

Hi there!In creating a smart list/campaign, if I use the filter "Member of List: Person *NOT* in ..." and I select multiple values, am I creating an AND logic or OR, among those values? So if a person is on one of those lists but not another, will they be included or excluded?Thanks!James

I'm crafting a webinar invitation which looks just fine in preview, but when I send myself a sample email the "Register" button is squished up against the text above it no matter how much vertical space I add.Any tips on how to adjust the spacing so the final product looks like the preview?  Thanks!

Hi,I am tracking user name while logging in to the site.I am using an eVar to store it once logged in and I have selected to remember its value for Visitor level in Dynamic Tag Management.Now I am confused when seeing report what to consider as "no of logins" - Instance or Visits.Both seem to show incorrect values.I want to know how many times the user has logged in and the Avg Time Spent on the site.Kindly help.

Hi,I am evaluating a migration from mbox.js to at.js and have encountered an issue. I have replaced mbox.js to at.js with an auto create mbox setting.When I try to setup an experience using form based setup: any javascript in the HTML offer works perfectly but if I add some html for e.g.:" <div> hiii </div> " , it does not appear anywhere on the page.With mbox.js I was able to view the HTML offer in the target-global-mbox div on the page. Where exactly does at.js create an mbox, and why is this mbox not visible in the generated html of the page?

Hi,Is it possible to exclude internal visitors that are going through a proxy? Our internal traffic is routed through a third party proxy service so the external IP will be that of that company and not our own. We can't exclude traffic from their IPs as many other companies use their services. Is there a way of considering the original IP by using the XFF header or some other means in the exclude by IP feature?Thanks

Doing a little research, I came across Sanford's suggestion for a .js & css solution to toggle a submit button, based on a select field. It seems to be a pretty straightforward drop-in, but now I need to figure out what's preventing it from working for me. I just discovered one difference between his example and my form sitting on a Marketo Landing page, that might be causing some of the problem. In his example, the submit button's "mktoButtonRow" is sitting inside a "mktoFormCol" field. Mine is not inside the mktoFormCol, it seems. I'm wondering what the difference might be. Is it possible to use a token in a hidden field within a form? For example, instead of having to type in the webinar's name it would be awesome if the info could be piped in from the token we have at the program level. I know I can test this, but #lazy

Hi Everyone,Relatively new to Marketo and someone on my team encountered a strange issue.We set up an email to deploy with a subject line test, defined the test audience, criteria, and timing of the test.  The test emails deployed no problem, but the remainder of the list who were supposed to receive the winner never got an email deployed to them.My thought is that perhaps the settings in the campaign did not have it setup to automatically declare the winner and deploy, but I can't seem to find where that is located.  Would I be able to see that if I was not the one who setup the campaign?Assistance is very much appreciated!----EDIT: Thanks for all of the responses!  Turns out, there was an issue with the subject lines themselves and the remainder of the audience deploy was manually aborted. 

Hi, we would like to view the full workflow history for a page. For example, we'd like a record of who/when our legal dept. approved a page for publishing.I found the Workflow History, but it is a huge list, and doesn't show the page's complete history, only the history of the individual workflow. Our history goes back a couple of weeks, and there are over 10,000 entries with no easy way to search for a page (that I could find).Any suggestions or solutions to help us track a page's complete workflow history? Hello - We have a issue that keeps coming up. Lead Source. Currently we have a list which is used for original lead source which pulls into SFDC. We are finding that when the lead is converted to a opp the lead source is not carried over and changed by the Sales Rep. We want to add in original and most recent lead source into SFDC eventually however we do not have admin rights to do so. We are now finding that our lead source on the lead is over writing in some cases and cannot figure out why? Here is a example of a lead source that has changed. We assumed that it was only changing it if lead source was empty but it seems it is overwriting it all together?Any ideas how we can lock it down, through Marketo?

Hi!Anyone have ideas on the best solution to opt out users from non marketing emails?We have a Salesforce sync and a field indicating whether or not the user is opted in to marketing emails only.When we get a request to keep a user in marketing emails but opt them out of service/transactional ones, what's the best way to handle this?Create another field for non marketing emails opt out?Maintain a separate opt out list for non marketing emails?etc.Thank you for your help!Emily

In the csv downloads, numbers are formatted to use a comma as a thousand separator, and my Excel (on European settings, so with a decimal comma and a dot as a thousands separator) this gives trouble: a number like "12,340" will be read as "12,34" and changing the comma to a dot results in 1234 instead of 12340.I suppose this would be easily solved by removing number formatting.

Hi All,We are trying to use DTM integration framework to get header and footer code into our websites. We are successful in the integration and now looking into OOTB way to make sure that1) DEV/Staging/UAT author and publish instances (including PROD author) should use staging header and footer2) PROD publish instance should use prod header and footer snippets. Can you guys let me know if there is any OOTB way to achieve this, or do i need to do customizations based on runmodes?Thanks,Veera

Specifically thinking about progressive profiling, is there a way that once we know a lead value on a form (i.e. someone has already filled it out), that we can hide that field, and just show 'email' for example and the new progressive profiling fields when someone revisits?

Hi all,my situation is: RS1 > Prop1 > label: countryRS2 > Prop3 > label: countryRequisite: I need to create a shared segment (let's say country = "US") for RS1 and RS2. I don't want the segment on each RS, I just want it to work on both of them without changing the implementation. I don't want to lose historical data or create a mess on one of the two RS.Is it possibile to use the label as the query id instead of the Prop number? The lead can select how many passengers there will be, up to 6. And enters their detailsDepending on what value they put in for 'how many passengers do you have?', different text shows in an alert email to a sales consultant. If they select 3 adults, then the details of those 3 passengers will show in the alert email. If 6, then 6.
