Hi Guys, I was wondering if someone can help me.  I have updated some of the email templates in my Design Studio but when I go into Marketing Activities I do not see the updates reflected.  Does Marketo not push these changes into emails that are using these templates?

I was so excited to get the Release notes email from Marketo indicating the new feature - Smart List Subscriptions! I was ready to start using that feature right away. But as I dug for information on how to implement this new feature, I discovered the Release Notes Schedule page that lets me know the release isn't for another week! (Oct. 23, 2015)I feel like a kid waiting for my birthday to come.If you're interested in seeing how this will work, check out this little snippet. In the meantime, I guess I'll just keep waiting!

We have created a custom object in marketo (call it "Sample - M"). A similar object exists in Salesforce (call it "Sample - S"). For some marketing processes, the records for these objects will be created in marketo. Now, the requirement is: whenever a Sample - M record is created or updated in marketo, it needs to flow in to Salesforce to insert or update a corresponding Sample - S record. This can be done via Salesforce APIs but I am unable to find a way to code the functionality in Marketo which could then be triggered every time a record is updated/inserted in Marketo.Does marketo not support any custom code (Javascript code will also work) to be executed on record? If not, is there any workaround to obtain the above requirements?

Saw a similar article https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1175413, but on trying that , it doesn't seem to be working correctly.#2] Also, an additional query : what should be done if we have to restrict 3 tags per namespace.if you can let me know the changes that have to be made to the dialog structure/reference articles, it would be helpful.

Has anyone been able to renew their AEM Mobile account? I have been in contact with various Adobe personnel since April trying to get a renewal quote and all I have been getting in return is "someone will contact you shortly". Our license is due July 10, 2016. We have been a customer since 2012 starting with Digital Publishing Suite then Digital Publishing Solutions and now AEM Mobile. We previously signed up with a reseller but I had heard that resellers could not sell this new product.I am assuming there will be added costs involved to go along with the added features. This increase (which could be significant) will need to go through a process of approvals on my end which could take some time...time that is quickly running out. I initially contacted an Account Development Manager who conferenced me in with a sales person. The sales person was suppose to get back to me with costs but never did. I reached out again via email to the Account Developement Manager who said she would get b

I am having trouble with the naming conventions when it comes to filtering my Smart Lists. For instance, in one of my Smart Lists, I want to exclude contacts with a specific owner, Roger. So I found out that Marketo looks at Leads and Contacts the same.If I want to exclude contacts that are owned by Roger, but not leads owned by Roger, is there a way to do this? If I use Lead owner not contains Roger, then I'm excluding both leads and contacts owned by Roger, and I do not want that as I stated before. Is there a way around this?

Hi everyone,I am currently trying to improve my assignment according to the filter "Sync to SFDC" in my Smart Campaign's flow, in order to assign a lead or a contact to the right Account owner.In fact, my goal is that when someone downloads one of our contents and, he or she is one of our Customers, I would like to assign him/her to the right Account owner, plus the programed email won't be sent to the customer as well.Throughtout the testing phase the process seemed working well.; beforehand I created a fake account with the status "Customer", assigned to one of our Account executive. Then I created a fake contact belonging to the fake account and assigned him to the right Account owner;  Here are the filters :However, when a new lead (even if he or she is from a customer's company), gets assigned to myself instead of the right account owner, thereby the email is sent to him whereas I don't want.Does anyone know how to fix it please ?Thank you Best- Etienne

I have a Transformer rewrite some URKs based heavily on the Helpx article, but mine looks at all elements and all attributes and rewrites urls like /content/uc/news/articles/2016/06/n200000.html to /content/uc/news/articles/n200000.html It works as expected on the rewrite part, but isn't hitting all the elements, namely, elements that are in my template (in customheaderlibs.html -- at a page component with resourceSuperType=wcm/foundation/components/page). Hi, We are implementing tagging onto a new site using DTM & Data Layer, and with 2 analytics setups. The analytics partner also wants us to add context variables so they can populate evars, props etc.. with processing rules for their report suite.  Can we use DTM to create the context variables rather than hard coding? If so how do we do this?

After moving the catalogue and photos from my backup drive to my new mac, none of my recent photos from the last month or two are appearing in the lightroom library. I backed up my previous computer (which was stolen) a week ago. The recent photos do appear in my "Lightroom Photos" folder and my recently retouched, exported photos are there, but the recent photos are not to be found in the Lightroom library catalogue. I've deleted Lightroom and reinstalled it. I also deleted and re-transferred the Lightroom catalogue files. No luck getting these photos to appear in the library.  The old laptop was a mid 2011 mac and the new laptop is a mid 2010 (so the new computer is actually older). Both computers are/were running OS El Capitan and Lightroom 5. I want to get this resolved, because I've done a lot of retouching in the last few months, which I don't want to redo. 

Our team is in process of converting PDFs into HTML pages.The question stands, Is it possible to create redirects from a Marketo PDF URL to the newly created HTML page hosted on our website?Trying to get around having to update 40x3 fulfillment email URLs.

We noticed last week that it looks like progressive profiling isn't working for Windows 8 or Mobile (both iPhone and Android) on our website. We don't know exactly when this behavior started, but we think it aligns with our recent website redesign where we launched quite a few CSS changes the week prior.I've flagged to our web team and we're all at a loss. We're not sure how or why any CSS changes would affect the functionality of our progressive profiling. Has anyone else had issues? Are there recommendations on ways to troubleshoot or test in different clients/browsers as it requires multiple form submissions?Thanks in advance!

Hi,I am making changes to the English pages programatically and live copy will copy those changes to Spanish. I would like to know when the live copy is completed copying the changes to Spanish. So I can make changes on top of them in Spanish. Is there anyway to get the live copy synchronization status in Java?Thanks.

Just curious if anyone has a generic template they would be willing to share that is used by their team to request campaign development in Marketo.  I'm trying to streamline campaign development with our team and don't want to recreate the wheel if someone has a good resource for this. I wanted to get a feel for how others are addressing building scalable lead routing processes in their Marketo and/or SFDC instances.Currently we have a 20 person territory-based SDR team, however we are constantly adding people and/or shuffling territories to react to the market. This becomes very painful to deal with when leads are owned by individuals as you now have to update the lead routing rules and also lead ownerships. We're considering switching to managing lead ownership by queues so that we have a queue for each territory (e.g. PacNW Queue, Midwest Queue, etc) and can assign people to a queue so that when someone moves from one territory to another, we just update the queue they're in without needing to update the lead routing rules.However, this presents a problem where Marketo doesn't lead owner details if a lead is owned by a queue regardless of how much detail we have for the queue itself.How have others who have gone through this addressed this issue?Thanks,Andy

Can someone pick up something wrong here? This is a GoToWebinar event program. I have a Fills out form trigger with a Change Program Status flow step. The flow step either changes someone to "Registered" or "Not in Program".I have a second campaign that is a "Program Status is Changed" trigger, with the constraint New Value: "Registered". I cannot for the life of me figure out how people who have been changed to "Not in Program" have entered my registration campaign?

We are updating our website and other web properties, and after styling the new layout for out forms, which are embedded into our Drupal pages, it looks like the button is not moving to the left under the form fields on a mobile device.  I have tried adding the styling from other suggestions, and it doesn't work.  This is what it looks like when responsive...Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks in advance!
