Hello, is it possible to test a flow of a smart campaign without having to clone the whole program and run a test list through it? I'm experimenting with some new flows and it would give me peace of mind to be able to test them with a single email address. Thanks, Louise

How do you manage customers that may be on leave, so their out of office response is sent to 'noreply" marketo email address.Supposedly an auto- response should go to the customer saying something like, 'this is a noreply email address, please call for any assistance". Where do we setup this auto-response email in Marketo?

I'm trying to set up a new Experience in Target Premium that uses an HTML offer. However, the script tag and javascript is being escaped. How can I prevent this? Is there any way to kick a visitor out of an experience if their cookie changes (based on mbox parameter) after they've entered the campaign? It seems like once you're locked into an experience you will always get that experience even if you no longer qualify for the mbox parameter designated in the audience for campaign entry.

Hello all,I have a case with a bunch of pdf's and they have sub folders with various years. Within the years are pdf files.Now on ingestion AEM creates sub assets of each page within the PDF. For my use case I need my queryto just return the pdf file path. How can I get query results that exclude the sub assets?

Hi,When i am trying to update the title of asset [from image1 to image2] in DAM then the title first time its not updated and second time it will shown as a string [] like image1, image2.when i investigated this further i found that <dc:title> property of metadata node is first time string and if we update this property then it will convert as string[].Could anyone please suggest how can we get the last updated title as string? Do we need to update the DAM Update Asset Workflow or modify any process in the workflow?For e.g: image1, image2 where title[0] = image1 and title[1] = image2Thanks in Advance!

Hi all!We have implemented product recommendations on our product details pages across all of our sites.  I'm already capturing (as an event) all instances where visitors are clicking on a recommendation.  I'm also able to capture the Product SKU for the item which they have clicked.I'm now trying to determine the best way to track what they are actually purchasing AFTER they have clicked on a recommendation.  More specifically, I need to know if they are actually purchasing a recommendation they have clicked on.  Any suggestions?Thanks!Randy

Hi guys,I noticed the translation framework will create a new copy of the original content under the target language folder. So my data size increases by whatever size the original content was every time I use the translation framework to add a new language. Even though all languages use the same binary file and it's only the metadata that gets translated, the translation framework makes a new copy of the binary for each of the translated languages.This is not a problem when the size of the original content is small, but when you are dealing with petabytes, adding a few more petabytes every time a new language is added is expensive.I know in some other systems, when dealing with multilingual asset metadata, the binary is unique and it's only the metadata that gets translated.My question to you guys is, what are the reasons why AEM needs/wants to create a copy of the asset binaries every time a new language is added?Thanks in advance for all your help.

I sent an outbound email campaign, and only a fraction are showing as sent. Some of that undelivered is from invalid emails, unsubscribed, suspended, etc., but the majority of leads' activity logs cite "skipped status unchanged", with no more information. I created smartlists for "not was sent email" and "not was delivered email", but these give me the "who" more than the "why".The campaign was cloned from a previous campaign that didn't have issues, and the smartlist was pulling from a smartlist and static list.What else should I be looking for?

I have a record whose email went invalid. I have since fixed to the correct email, how do I reverse the fact that it's invalid? Do I have to create a new record and merge the history? Thanks!

In trying to do so I get an error as seen in attachment.Is a folder not suppose to separate files from each other regardless of the respective folders containing files with the same name?Thanks.

Hi,I am stuck in a specific scenario where I need to pass some parameters from AEM to Target. The problem is that those parameters are populated after an Ajax call, and I can't find the way to pass them. As they are only populated after Ajax success, I think that the only way those parameters will be populated is calling the function targetPageParams after the success.I tried defining a function that contains targetPageParams, and calling it in the Ajax success event. My TargetPageParams function stopped working then (even thought it was working perfectly fine before the change). The parameters won't even appear in the Adobe Marketing Cloud Debugger. Is there any way to make this work?Thanks in advance

Hi There,We are using Marketo Rest API to pull data from Marketo. For extracting activities we have to first generate a token(nextpagetoken) which can be used to fetch Activity from the date that user has provided.For generating initial token as per marketo documentation we have to use pagingtoken API? . When a user fills out the form, it populates two hidden fields with some URL-passed information we need. Then an automatic email goes to the user, providing a link to the white paper.If somebody returns to the form for another request, already cookied, they get the form's "custom html for known leads", instead. This html provides a link direct to the white paper. No email is sent.Challenge:We want to create an Interesting Moment that passes this info into Salesforce. It seems to work for first time visitors, but we want it to also work when a returning visitor shows up - getting the custom html rather than the form.I thought I'd read somewhere that when a visitor returns and gets the custom html this should still register as a form fill, but it didn't seem to do so. When enabling the email 2.0, it you edit a draft of an email or email template, this draft is automatically updated to 2.0. But what are the changes that are really made to this asset ?-Greg
