Hi! I'm building an online ad that has one form to start with, then an additional link at the bottom if a person chooses to click will send them to another form to get that different asset. When I'm building the smart list the "fills out form" is a trigger so I wanted to make sure it would pick up on the lead if I build the ad with both forms so seeing it as an "or" function and not an "and" function and not flow the lead through the system if they don't fill out both forms. Does anyone know?

In error, I removed a set of leads from Stream 1 to Stream 2. If I move them all back to Stream 1, will I risk those leads receiving emails they were already sent?

Hi all,I work in Higher Ed and we're attempting to use Marketo forms to manage our campus tour bookings. I have created a form with a date field but the issue is that we do not offer tours on Saturday or Sunday. Would any of you know a way to either restrict Saturday or Sunday from being chosen OR sending an email notifying them we do not offer tours on that day if they do choose a Saturday or Sunday?Thanks for your help!

Hello! We are hoping to run a report on the number of people who attended one of our webinars (live or on-demand) during a certain time period (like current week). I have a Program Performance report set up for the Webinar channel, but I don't see an option to change the time period on the report setup tab, even though the preview of the list of filters says "all time." Is there something I'm missing? Or would another type or report be better for this?Both live and on-demand attendees are counted as successes, so the report could be based on program success or program status.Thanks in advance!

Is there a way for Users in Salesforce to adjust who the Sales Insight email comes from? Our employees work in teams, and would benefit from Admin Assistants being able to send Sales Insight emails for another user, or it would be great if we could set all Sales Insight emails to come from the Lead Owner.We set up all of our Sales Insight emails with Lead Owner as the "from" email, but when they get added to Sales Insight, it ignores that rule and sends from the specific user who presses send. There is this drop-down in the admin section which seems like it would give us the option to specify who the "From" name is on Sales Insight emails, but the drop-down only has one option and we can't figure out how that drop-down gets populated:Admin > Sales Insight > Edit Settings:

Is there a way to pull a report in Salesforce that doesn't just pull the "Last Interesting Moment" but rather all interesting moments?I tried using the "History" reports but it doesn't seem like Salesforce keeps track of changes in that field. I suppose I have no choice but to run a report in Marketo? If so, what report would be best?

When using Layout Templates, I am having an issue where the last collection I had opened automatically appears rather than the selection "Import Collection". So I am unable to select the correct collection I need to view or change. This first happened when I was using Safari. So I logged out and wen to Chrome. The issue didn't happen in Chrome until after a few times of editing a couple collections.

Recently I discovered that my Marketo user in Salesforce is also updating accounts. The product docs for crm set up says that account syncs are always from SFDC -> Marketo. Then why is my org getting updated by Marketo?

I inherited my company's Marketo instance from a coworker a while ago and just discovered through Facebook that she had set up a landing page with form on Facebook. The problem is, I cannot find the form or page anywhere in Marketo. I created a new page to override the one she had set up, but I can't seem to get the Thank You page to work. When I submit the form, I get redirected to the company's Contact Us page on our main website. I've tried multiple times to set the Thank You page through both the form and the landing page, but it won't work. I had a coworker try it out on her computer, but the screen just froze for her. The information she inputted in the form went through to Marketo like it should have, but she would not have known that. Any ideas?

Hello, is it possible to test a flow of a smart campaign without having to clone the whole program and run a test list through it? I'm experimenting with some new flows and it would give me peace of mind to be able to test them with a single email address. Thanks, Louise

How do you manage customers that may be on leave, so their out of office response is sent to 'noreply" marketo email address.Supposedly an auto- response should go to the customer saying something like, 'this is a noreply email address, please call for any assistance". Where do we setup this auto-response email in Marketo?

I'm trying to set up a new Experience in Target Premium that uses an HTML offer. However, the script tag and javascript is being escaped. How can I prevent this? Is there any way to kick a visitor out of an experience if their cookie changes (based on mbox parameter) after they've entered the campaign? It seems like once you're locked into an experience you will always get that experience even if you no longer qualify for the mbox parameter designated in the audience for campaign entry.

Hi,When i am trying to update the title of asset [from image1 to image2] in DAM then the title first time its not updated and second time it will shown as a string [] like image1, image2.when i investigated this further i found that <dc:title> property of metadata node is first time string and if we update this property then it will convert as string[].Could anyone please suggest how can we get the last updated title as string? Do we need to update the DAM Update Asset Workflow or modify any process in the workflow?For e.g: image1, image2 where title[0] = image1 and title[1] = image2Thanks in Advance!
