How does library download  works in DTM?

Hello,I've uploaded a number of SAINT classifications and then, a few days later, downloaded the full list of classifications in my report suite but noticed that many rows has only the Key Field but that the rest of the fields in the row were blank. Of course they weren't when I uploaded them. Does anyone have any idea what might have caused that? Very weird issue.

Can Marketo create contacts in SFDC rather than leads? I don't mean converting a lead into a contact, I mean Marketo recognizing that an account already existing and placing a new contact there directly. Is that possible?

My company uses SFDC events, but they do not use SFDC campaigns. Events is an additional module purchase and ours has been heavily customized and tied into too many of our executive's reports.Consequently, I do not want to sync my programs to Campaigns, I want to sync them to Events. I tried to find documentation on this, but couldn't. Does anyone know if this is possible???

Hi Everyone, I just have a quick question about soft bounces. In our Marketo instance we have a large collection of users who seem to regularly soft bounce... the numbers are relatively consistent between emails in the same list so I think these may be roughly the same people.Should I be setting these soft bounces to unsubscribe? I don't want to hurt my deliverability because I keep sending to bouncing emails.Any thoughts?Thanks!

Is there an easy way to move a program and its child assets to a different work space?I built out a series of programs prior to work spaces being defined.It's been identified that several of these programs need to be moved in to a particular work space to ensure lead attribution and any automation runs correctly.I've tried drag and drop and cloning, but both present errors of either not allows or assets are currently in use by the programs smart campaign, even thought the smart campaign is disabled.Thanks

Hello,I have currently the following non-progressive form:I would like to make the First Name / Last Name / Industry / Phone fields as progressive.I want to keep the Business Email / Company / Download Options / T&Cs.I know how to make fields progressive. My question is: is it possible to change the position of the progressive fields?Currently all the always show fields are showing up first and all the progressive fields are showing up second.As a result, I have Business Email, Company, Download Options, T&Cs and then eventually First Name, Last Name etc... this really looks spooky.What I would like is keep the exact same order as above but only display the progressive fields where data is not already in Marketo.Does that make sense? Is that possible?Cécile @ Talend

Since AEM 6.0 there is "Granite HTTP Cache - Core Bundle" which I guess can work as an outer cache.Unfortunately I cannot find any documentation on this topic. Does anybody know more about this or can share some link/details ?Moreover Is HTTP Cache Filter production ready and officially supported ?

Hi, I know I can define the settings for the delimiter under Components>Report Settings. Unfortunately this doesn't affect reports generated by DWH. This is especially annoying since the default delimiter is a comma which is annoying because it conflicts with the date format.

Hello,Using: AEM 6.1.0 We are in middle on the developing of our first website. The content and code is transferred correctly to the publish instance.Trying to render a page on publish, does not work as anonymous, but works as admin.  So I guess it is a permissions problem for the user anonymous, who has only (standard) access to /content and /bin. I could not find any documentation, which permissions to give to the anonymous user except for an article on stack overflow.Here it was suggested to give him read on everything and let the dispatcher deny any direct access to /apps, /etc and other folders...This seems like a bad security concept, letting a web server handle the security. Is this the only possible way to do this? Kind regards,Jerry

I'm running CC15 build 11.2.0.99. I've created a document that I would like to export to an article, but when I go to File > Export... and select DPS Article, InDesign will crash every time. I've even created a very basic layout with just a couple of shapes and it will still crash. I've also deleted InDesign preference files. Does anyone else experience this issue or have a suggestion?I'm running on Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

When I use PT or L flag, my URL shortening is not working. It only works with R flag. R flag is for URL redirecting, but I need internal rewrite. I am using apache 2.2 on Linux. Hello dear community,I was wondering if it was possible to create a lead scoring rule that adding points when a lead spent more than 5 minutes (for instance) on my website ?I've tried to create a rule on visited the web page / whatever the page, and add a constraint on date but it is only on the date he visited my website, not the duration.Any tips ?Thanx a lot

when I try installing a package or a bundle from maven to publish instance, I am seeing a below error[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.sling:maven-sling-plugin:2.1.0:install (default) on project testsite.core: Installation on http://localhost:4503/crx/repository/crx.default/apps/testsite/install/ failed, cause: Installation failed, cause: Method Not Allowed -> [Help 1]where as it works fine if I install it on author instance. Note: I have the project and the install folder under /appsI was able to build the same in AEM 5.6.1. Am I missing anything here ??

We purchased AtEvent, one of Marketo's LaunchPoint partners for lead tracking at events and the SFDC team integrated it directly into the CRM. We have only used it for 1-2 events at this time. Now that I'm implementing Marketo, I'm not sure which is a better practice - to integrate the lead tracking app with Marketo and have leads flow up into SFDC or to keep it integrated with SFDC and let leads / information flow down into Marketo.One thing to consider is that 100% of the leads scanned with this app need to go to SFDC (although not all of my leads from Marketo sync with SFDC) because my sales reps would be VERY confused if they were scanning people and then could not find them in the system later.So should I waterfall down from SFDC and push leads into Marketo, or should I connect AtEvent with Marketo and push all leads from it up into SFDC?
