I ran the Natural Keywords report on a segment and it spit out a report that has a list of keywords with a varying page views, but in the searches column, there is a 0. If these are the natural keywords for this segment, don't they have to have a search volume by definition? For example, this is what my results look like:DogPage views: 10Searches: 0CatPage Views: 20Searches: 5FoodPage views: 15Searches: 0 HELP!!!

We do several email marketing campaigns and some of them include links to download PDFs, is there a way to trigger SC tracking when you know the scode will not be loaded because I am not taking them to a page?I can't load custom link tracking because of javascript.  Is there actionscript you can embed in a PDF?  Any ideas?

In the Sitecatalyst Mobile Report > Operating system, there is no iOS anymore.  Moreover it seems that the data provided for Android seems to be the ones for iOS.see also attached screenshot 

We want to track our desktop application but I don't see any means of doing this? Any suggestions?

Hi there,We are getting different results between our Doubleclick advertising "clicks" and Omniture's "click-throughs".  We are tracking this via Campaign tracking keys and the differences in some cases are significantly different +80%.I know methodology-wise it can be different, but this is a huge discrepancy. Have you come across this before and can you confirm why this is? ThanksKaren

Where Can I found the user manual for Adobe Insight?

I have a technical need within SiteCatalyst to identify which mobile OS version that is reaching our corporate website. Currently, within "Mobile > Operating System" it will only display: iOS, Android, etc with no version number to be found.For example, within a user agent contains a lot of information that SiteCatalyst could technically slice, but it currently doesn't out of box. I validated if Google Analytics provides this type of data and I was able to prove that it does therefore I would suspect SiteCatalyst would have a method. I reached out to Client Care and I was told SiteCatalyst does not provide this data, because their third party partner Device Atlas doesn't provide it.It would be most appreciative if there was existing knowledge how I could at least capture the user agent data and slice it to identify the specific OS version number even if I have to write a custom plug-in. Dearest Forum,I have my GAIQ, but new to SiteCat.I have a couple question about this report.How do I interpret the page icons with the letter designations? I have a path that goes G>F>B>C>D.  If the letter represents the order in which pages are viewed, why are the letters not always sequential?  I have read documentation, but still confused:Letters indicate the order in which the pages were viewed.For example, the first page name in the report has a green arrow next to it, and is assigned the letter “A.” The second page name in the report is assigned the letter “B,” and so on. These labels make it easier to detect a pattern than if you had to read the complete URL of a page.Please see the second site path in the attached image.[img]sucesspath5.jpg[/img]Also, if a path includes over 8 steps, is it not included in the "Full Paths Report"?  Or, do they include the path minus the less visited pages?Finally, I was told Adobe charges per hit or ping to the SiteCat server.  How d

I'm learning Adobe Marketing Cloud on my own and have been asked to create a report for one of the sites i manage (a total of 3 in this family) to see which browsers are accessing the site. I have a report already that tells me which browsers are accessing all three sites. How do i create a browser report for JUST the one site?

Hi, I'm trying to find out whether traffic to my page is running on a Windows 8 Surface device with an x86 or ARM processor. I thought that processor architecture might be a good way to determine this, but I was thinking that there might be other ways to tell. For instance, the Surface RT has a different screen resolution than the Surface RT Pro, but I couldn't find a way to do this.

Hello there, I've been working on analytics for our WinRT Windows 8 application using this : http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/sc/appmeasurement/winrt/index.htmlNow, I've upgraded our application to 8.1 (because, that's one of our requirements for this release), and this tracking library no longer works - it can no longer parse the Appxmanifest and throws an exception. Is there any work around for this or will there be an update release of the library coming soon? Thanks,

Hello:I am working on an ios and android app, the developers for the ios app have successfully implemented most of our metrics, but we're having a problem with android that I don't know how to fix.  Pageviews are not populating for Android.  When I create a segment for Android Pageviews there isn't any data.  Also, when I go to the pageviews report under site metrics there isn't any data either.  Does anyone have any advice for me to tell my android developers?   Thank you in advance for any help you can provide! 🙂

When I go to the " Launch AD HOC ANALYSIS" button, all I get is a "discover.jnlp" file. What do I do with it? How come I don't get the client in the browser?

Hi all,In the previous 14 version there was a comprehensive list of video tutorials on Adobe TV (see f.ex. http://tv.adobe.com/watch/learn-adobe-digital-marketing/sitecatalyst-interface-part-one/ ). How do I track links without inflating page views?

I want to show total visits of several categories in my site with Report Builder in excel.and they are distinguished with prop.I can see total visits without overlapped values in site catalyst in web service.But I can't see right values by Report Builder because it doesn't provide total visits of particular props.Can I draw a right data without using segmentation?I don't think I can use segmentation because there are many sites that I should see in and I pick the particular props with filtering rule. Please find me a solution.Thank you!

I have a question.I want to see Unique Visitors data, and to see data on Ver. 14, I have to see it with Monthly Unique Visitors.But when I approach the data with Custom Conversion (this time, Sub Section which I allocate eVar4), I can't find Monthly Unique Visitors but Daily Unique Visitors. and the values are different from Unique Visitors and Monthly Unique Visitors.Please let me know the solution.

Hi all -Is anyone else having problems with segments built prior to the Discover/Ad-Hoc Analysis rebrand/relaunch (July 19, 2013)?  I think it may have to do with some container-within-container logic changing but I can't figure out exactly what is different. Any ideas?ThanksPhil
