Hi All, I'm increasingly being asked for the best ways to build a community, or whether it's worth even building your own community rather than bringing people together on a platform like Linkedin - the core aims are to develop advocacy and in the long term utilise the community as a part of a demand generation strategy. Ironic to bring this up on a non-social community but what does everyone think? Success stories or wipe out's? All opinions greatly received...

Ok, I was looking at this yesterday with our Marketo success coach, and it looked easy peasy. However, now that I'm sitting down to do it by myself I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add program costs to each of my programs. I know it's right in front of my face, but I don't see it and I can't find any Marketo documentation to tell me where it's at. Help! Thank you.

I have a program that has been running using old progression statuses. I'd like to start reporting off our new progression statuses (both in Marketo & SFDC) but don't want to lose old data. Is it best to just start a new program and new SFDC campaign with the correct progression statuses OR is there an easy way to update old progression statuses in both systems?

Hey there, I'd like to implement a process for gathering all details needed to create a marketing campaign in marketo. I think it's pretty simpleto throw together a short brief requesting assets and campaign details, but I just wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone has used  tools or templates that they've found helpful. I have a drop-down list wrapped in a subform in a table cell. Users can pick Green, yellow or red and I want the background colour to change according to their selection.Can you tell me why this script is not working? But the problem is that I have not added any thing in email to make it differentiate. Please suggest what steps I should do now to divide emails on category basis.Thanks in advance.

My team successfully set up GoToWebinar with our Marketo account and we are using the GoToWebinar form, NOT a Marketo form, for registering for an upcoming webinar. Whenever we test run the registration form, the field data (first, last, email) isn't pulled into Marketo. Is there a step I'm missing? Do I HAVE to use a Marketo form instead of GTW?

Quick question to make sure my thinking is correct: We want to send an email to leads who did not receive an email during the first send due to hitting their communication limits.  Is the best filter to use for this: 1. Not Was Sent Emailor 2. Not Was Delivered Email I was planning on using "not was delivered email."  Thank you for your input! Christine

Hi,I'm building a subscription center and would like to have a couple fields on the form available to only certain customers, such as product updates opt-in. I have already created a segmentation that keeps customers away from everyone else, but what's the best way to have those fields only available to customers?I'd rather not create a second form and landing page with hard coded links/making every single email dynamic because then we run into the problem of accidentally linking leads to the customer version, or vice versa. Is there any other option?Is there a way to hide fields on a form/landing page based on a lead segmentation?Thanks,Andy

hi,we're currently trying to customize our marketo LP templates and would really like to use a different information input type. Currently, standart LP layout has blocks with absolute position on a LP.It imposes a lot or restrictions when trying to adapt the page for various mobile devices. Is there a better way to input information in a grig-like way (bootstrap)(getbootstrap.com/css/#grid)Meaning that we create a page grid structure first, and fit in the blocks we need afterwards?
