Hi, I am using Marketo forms on a Marketo LP. I designed the form with a few fields to prefill. The form is being embedded into the LP using the embed code provided once the form is approved. We're sending the LP to recipients through a Marketo email with a mkt_tok enabled. I tested the LP and the form multiple times and they don't seem to be prefilling. I know that form prefills need a cookie, but i know that when a recipient clicks on a link from the email, they will be cookied. What is it making the form NOT to prefill? Marketo LP exists, munchkin is initializing, and the form is loading correctly. I tried the links from an incognito window, and I also tried the link after I cleared ALL cookies. It might be worth mentioning that I do not have an SSL certificate on website. Can anyone help me please? Thanks, Hussam

When I try to preview my DPS 2015 document the buttons work okay, but the scrollable frames do not work. They do work in DPS2014. How can I make them work in the latest version of the software?

We have an already published collection that we'd like to change the collection image for. We are able to change the image in the Collection Properties Images tab, but once we click DONE, the change doesn't stick. For what it's worth, we've also tried to change an image for an unpublished collection as well...same thing happens.Any suggestions?

When you deactivate a trigger campaign that has members in the middle of the flow, do they continue to receive emails, or do all emails cease?I'm wondering if the deactivation only affects new members from being added or if it stop everything in the campaign, including the remaining emails. Okay - there seems to be a bit of a bug with the Image upload process - for backgrounds. Once you upload the new image and watch it load in the portal, you click DONE, and the collection you were editing doesn't say 'Out of date'. Stays on 'published'. I've signed out, and also refreshed the page - and also gone back through the menu and back in to the article. No joy!Any magic spells would be appreciated...

Hi Marketo Community,I have a question regarding how Munchkin tracks leads who click on social media sharing buttons on your website. If a user say visits a page that has these buttons with the sharing functionality, will the Munchkin code be able to track this behaviour?Alos, is the social media sharing functionality only available on landing pages, or are you able to take the code and use it on your non Marketo pages?Thanks!James

I understand that activity logs are archived after 90 days and once they are archived, they will not available thru Smart Lists.  - Source: https://nation.marketo.com/docs/DOC-1294 But there is a way to opt out of the archiving.1-What are the ramifications for opting out, other than the increased time to build smart lists? 2- Will this be retroactive?

We are considering a transition from http to https during our site overhaul. Will we be able to use files and images hosted in Marketo on these non-Marketo pages? Can we wholesale convert all Marketo-hosted files to https, and make https the default for new files?

HelloMy APP's don't install in Android 4.1.1.Work's fine in Android 4.4.2.I´m using DROPBOX to install the application in the  development version.Using USB cable and a file manager application results in the same problem.The download process works fine. In the android 4.1.1, in the installation process a message says: "There was a problem parsing the package."Thanks for any information.Leo

Hi - we currently use 10+ dynamic fields in our alert emails to sales for their lead activity. Fields include lead name, company name, email address, phone number, behavior and demographic scores, most recent interesting moment, etc... and a link to open the lead record in SFDC.I'm reading about using the SP_Send_Alert_Info token in the Marketo product doc (Use the Send Alert Info Token {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} - Marketo Docs - Product Docs​) and trying to understand the benefit of using this vs. our current setup. I can see that it would make it easier to update fields in our alerts, if we ever need to add or remove a field we could do it in one place vs. in multiple different alert emails (we have a few different ones set up based on the lead activity type). Are there any other advantages that I'm missing? Are most people using this?Thanks for any insight you can share.Megan

Hi,Does DPS2015 apps created with "Enable Entitlement" option checked and "Integrator_Id" completed works with an entitlement service server ?If yes, does it mean a "login" button should appear somewhere in the UI ? and how to tag content(article, collection?) to be restricted?If no, when will such features be available ? Corporate customers of DPS absolutely need this for private distribution.

I am trying to set up an Interesting Moment for certain forms that get filled out. They are Marketo forms. One example is to create an Interesting Moment when someone downloads a whitepaper. So I use the trigger for Fills Out Form and select the Whitepaper Download Form. However, I use this same form for all my whitepaper downloads. The same form lives on different landing pages, so the landing page is how we can track which exact whitepapers are being downloaded. I want my Interesting Moment to say something like: Downloaded "Title of Whitepaper" but instead it is just saying: Downloaded Whitepaper Download Form. This isn't helpful since I use that form for all the whitepapers. How can I get it to tell me which exact whitepaper has been downloaded (the name of the landing page)?Here is my current flow: Interesting Moment:Viewed Recorded Webinar: {{trigger.Name}}

Having to open each Article to change the Access Status is VERY TEDIOUS.  Some scripting or functionality where all or a group of Articles are selected to make this change would be very helpful.  I migrated about 1000 pages and all of them need to have an Access Status changed from the Migrated content.  Thanks.

Hello community,Is there a way/best practice to track leads sent via an email to another site that does not have the munchkin tracking code on it?I know that we can track the click of the link in the email, but nothing after that.I know we can put the munchkin code on the site, but then risk 'untagging' (if that is even a word) from our primary site.I know we can use UTM variables on the links (but we do not have access to GA)Is there a 3rd party vendor that we can use that provides a tracking code (similar to what online advertisers use) to track a conversion?I am open to any suggestions.Thanks,Jason

We are currently using MSI only on lead and contact objects in SFDC, but according to documentation it seems to be possible to add it to Account and Opportunity as well. MSI was installed in our SFDC about 5 years ago, and no changes to how it works were introduced ever since, perhaps at that time MSI wasn't available on Opp and Account objects, or the company didn't find it necessary to add it to those objects. However, now I would really like to use MSI to it's full potential, so I wonder how does MSI work on Account and Opp exactly? does it show activity of all the contacts in an account and an opp? and what about stars and flames would they still appear in MSI on those objects? Moreover, to add MSI to an object layout according to documentation one has to add the following fields below to the MSI layout, but we have those fields only on lead and contact objects, so how would I add them to Opp and Account(I actually tried to add MSI to account layout on our sandbox to see how it wou

Is there a limit on the size of an article? I have made a section of my DPS that is 370MB due to there being many video resources in it. The article is created and I can puplish it, but when I try to load it on the ipad it download starts and gets about half way then  a grey bar pops up that says "Content Not Found" and a button that says "Tap to Refresh"

I need to understand which data type will be archived to judge I must archive the activity log or not.Additionaly, could you tell me how to archive activity log?Thanks

I have an animated button I created using 4 states in an MSO. Each state has a slightly different color background and the same button that will launch the in app browser to a specified url. It's set to autoplay on page load and loop. If I close the app and reopen it or swipe away and back the animation doesn't resume.Thoughts?Android OS 4.4.2Samsung Galaxy Tab 3On another note, the Android preview app will not display an update button since the new version. I have to quit the app and re-launch it to see any updates. Is this normal?Jeff

I would like to link from an article to a different collection.  Is that possible?

I assume that syncing Marketo programs with Salesforce campaigns is best practice, but I don't want leads syncing to Salesforce through these campaigns that have been marked as unqualified. Thanks in advance for any help!
