I need to create HTTPS request in the workflow and then store results in the table. In the response there would be recommended products for specific customer. In one column there would be customerIds and in the next ones there would be recommended products from Adobe Target. Then I would like to include these recommended products dynamically in the email. Could you give me any hints how such a workflow might look like? Unfortunately I am a newbie into Campaign 

I have a workflow failing because the person who created it does not work any longer with us. I've changed the "assiged to" , in the edit tab, to a current employee. Still the error mentions that the ex employee has no the necesarry permissions to change it. I've found this documentation and it says I need to access the XML of the workflow to fix it. Hi all,    I'm trying to build a smart campaign to alert our Customer Success team when the person score experiences a change of either 20 or more OR -20 or less in a period of a week. Is the setup below correct or does the 'Change' constraint only considers score changes of 20 exactly? If the latter, how would I accomplish my goal with this campaign? Thanks!! 🙂   

Hi Marketo Community,We are trying to figure out a way of reporting on positive changes in lead score - essentially a list of leads whose score has increased over a given time period, for example the last month. We're not interested in specific Previous or New values, but just any leads that have increased by say, at least 20 points in the last month.I'm aware there's the possibility of using the  "Score was Changed" or "Data Value was Changed" - but these only allow you to specify a change value of "is" or "is not" rather than "at least" or "more than" etc (and I've voted up on every suggestion of implementing this functionality that I've found in the community!). So I guess my question is, are there any workarounds that people have found for this that we've overlooked?Thanks,Cassie

Hello everyone, I have a question related with Adobe Target.I am working on an e-commerce website where each product has unique SKU value. Also these products can have different variations (in terms of color, sizes etc.) so these variations are also having unique SKU value and are represented with a square icon in the main SKU page.I want to do an AB Test where my Test experience should run on selected SKUs.I am including these selected SKUs in Audience library. Here is the implementation:When my Test campaign loads on Product page, it checks the current page's SKU in Audience. If the current page's SKU matches with the one listed in Audiences, then it loads the experience (means executes the code written in Adobe offer). If not then it doesn't load the experience. Now here is the problem statement:When we click on any variations, we don't have any way to check if these variation's SKU matches with the ones listed in Audiences or not since on click of these variations, Target

Hi all, I'm trying to build a smart campaign to alert our sales team when the person's score experiences a change of 50 or more in a time period of 6 months. I have made many smart campaigns and tests and none works for me 1. This one only affects people whose score is exactly +49 so if a person's score is +50, +51 etc, it won't work... 2. The problem with this is that works for new leads in the first 6 months, but if a person has a score of 100 and increases to 103, It will be affected because New value is greater than 49The action happened in past 6 monthsIt is the same for trigger campaigns so I don't know what to do, I would appreciate it if someone has a good idea or had handled this problem before!

Hi...We are trying to send multiple message for single customer based on his last day purchase data.All the purchase history related information is stored as events in XDM experience event schema.We need to use the past day purchase related information for personalisation and need to send individual message for all his purchase in single journey......Is there a way to implement this solution in Adobe Journey optimiser?

Hello,  I created a Subscription List and attached it to a LP. The LP is designed to the Opt-In to a service. I subscribed myself to the list. What I'm also trying to do is once I subscribe, I would like the Language field on my profile to update - add value 'FR' or 'French' to that field.  When looking that documentation - I see that I can add an Audience Reaction that would then listen to my Subscription list and (I would choose ENTER since they will be added once they Opt-In) and then I can send a Confirmation email. I also tried to use the Update Profile activity, and that where I get a little lost. When looking at the Schemas to choose, I don't see my main schema, can someone guide me on how to get the Profile field updated on the schema.  Also - how can I view the profiles on the Subscription List. I know I'm on there, but the Profile preview always returns 0. I even tried to query my List and it still returns 0, even though the report has 1 subscrip

I'm curious what budgeting/expense software you all may be using to automatically feed budgets, invoices, expenses into Workfront with. Our expenses software is SAP Concur. We are trying to avoid making Workfront a system of record for the costs associated with a project since that information should be in our Accounts Payable area already. Hi All,  I am trying to enable integration between AEM and Adobe Target. To start with, we have to configure Adobe IMS Technical account using authentication key generated in Adobe I/O. In Adobe I/O, we have two options for API authentication - OAuth and JWT (going to be deprecated). So, I continued with OAuth method and generated Client secret key and required credentials for completing IMS configuration. However, I am stuck at one part, where step 2 and IMS asks for Authentication Server and Payload as mandatory field. We do not get payload in OAuth.  (Attached Screenshot) Has anyone else faced this issue? What should be added in "Authentication Server and Payload " when we are going ahead OAuth method of API authentication.  Many thanks in advance! Best,Rupal 

Curious to see if anyone else has run into this since the switch away from Marketo logins to Adobe ID.  Often, I'll login with my Adobe ID, successfully, but instead of going to Marketo it will return to the login screen. Then, after logging in a second time, it will go through. Doesn't happen every time, but more often than not. I'm using the Adobe Account Access app with the push notifications, but my other users are having the same issue with passwords.  This is at most mildly irritating rather than a critical failure, but I'm curious to see if anyone has experienced this and has found a fix or a workaround. 

Our image upload process (OOTB I think) includes the creation of a few thumbnails specifically required for use on AEM screens only. But they appear as static renditions for each image, and are also options for download. I've read that the display of these can be limited by using the 'image preset listing' and 'image preset datasource ' nodes. Couple of questions 1/  Are these renditions actually needed just for AEM internal use ?If they are - it seems crazy that the default is to display them to users and to show them as download options when they have no relevance to users. 2/ Does changing the node setting also remove these renditions from being download options ?I assume not. Also presumably changing the number of static renditions displayed would include limiting any user generated image presets being displayed too.These are likely to be always needed as they are user generated. Thanks

Hey y'all,  My team is running into an issue with our SFDC and Marketo Sync / Database. We were recently over compliance and deleted a lumpsum of records, however the next morning we discovered that they have all re-uploaded. We want to be able to sync records that interact with our marketing content but delete records that we have been wanting to delete and not have them re-sync through our systems. Has anyone ran into something like this? Seems like a vicious cycle we are trying to get out of. 

Hi team,We are working on a solution to extract all the audience metadata (name, description, tags, creation date etc) from AEP and share a list to the client. However, we are not able to find any REST API which shares the total number of profiles in every audience. Could you please share how we can achieve this.

 Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with this.  I have a task-based email calendar report to show when an email is scheduled to be sent. The send date task is connected by a predecessor to the design approval task.  I'm researching whether using text mode the field on the report can change color based on the status of the predecessor task.  For example, If incomplete the color is greenIf complete the color is red. Has anyone created anything similar?  I'm not great using text mode so any help is appreciated.  thank you  Peggy 

Hi All,I am looking for an info regarding AEM Community sites on AEM as a Cloud Service.Does AEM as a Cloud Service support AEM Community sites ? I am not able to find anything on helpx docs. Though I can't see the communities options in AEM as a Cloud service instance. We want to create a report in workfront which should only show issues which haven't been actioned in the last 5 days ( here haven't been actioned means, the issue status has not been changed from 'Awaiting Approval' to 'Ready to Delivery' in the last 5 days)Example: If issue status = Awaiting approval on 27th march 2024 and there has been no status change for 5 days since then, this issue should be listed in the report and flaged. I am facing difficulty finding the most accurate field to pull into filter to show the last status update date? How to do this filter config in standard mode or in text mode if someone can share the syntax please?

Hi experts, We are trying to deploy personalization through Adobe Target leveraging the Edge segmentation capability of AEP and ran into issues. While the segment is getting qualified in AEP, Target is not able to qualify for the segment and hence not delivering the experience. I have followed all steps mentioned in the document: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/platform-learn/implement-web-sdk/applications-setup/setup-target.html?lang=en and can't figure out why the qualification is not happening in Target?Below is the screenshot of the Target activity with the segment id: "platformSegment":"509b9e02-4f9b-457a-abe8-fe5316af2632"When I check for the profile id through Postman (for my ECID), I am seen qualifying to the same segment in AEP: Has anyone faced similar issue of the segment not qualifying in Target though the ECID qualifies for the segment in AEP? When we try to activate an audience to LinkedIn, the audience builds for over 2 weeks - and we can't push the ads until the audience is done building.  Has anyone experienced this?  Or figured out a work-around.  Any advice would be appreciated

In our use case,Authors Group- Have create/write/modify access to content pages.Reviewers Group- Doesn't have create/write/modify access to content pages . Only read access given as they are restricted to change any authoring content.A reviewer can only add comments using annotation on an already authored page.Since annotations are stored under component / page node (jcr:content/cq:annotations) in the repository ,In Annotation Mode, Write Operation fails as CQ:Page is not given write/modify access for Reviewers Group.Reviewers not able to annotate.Is there any solution? Can we store the annotations in a different content structure and still able to refer in a page.Thanks.

I am currently trying to get the my GraphQL endpoint set up for my Preview service. I have gone to Deployment -> Distribution -> preview -> Distribute and added my endpoint and models with successful responses from the logs. I have also publish out the content to the Preview service and the GraphQL persisted Query to Preview. However, I keep getting the following error:*ERROR*  GET /graphql/execute.json/xxxxx/persistedQuery;pathVariable=/content/dam/xxx/xx/xx/xxx HTTP/1.1] com.adobe.aem.graphql.impl.servlet.PersistedQueryServlet Error processing persisted query: status code - 500, details - "errors":"errorType":"QueryValidationError","message":"Persisted Query Validation Error","details":"invalid schema:\n\"QueryType\" must define one or more fields." I have tried deleting and re-adding with no success. Hello   when the following field is present upon a schema, I am facing an issue when attempting to write data into the field. "sampleField": { "title": "Sample Array Field", "description": "An example array field using a primitive type.", "type": "array", "items": { "type": "string" } }  The field is defined as field[], which is just an array based field.   I have attempted to use collect_set to insert data into the field, but getting an error message of object is not compatible of target type string.
