Hi,I'm looking at options to send an alert possibly to admin when the database count reaches a certain limit. We will need to monitor the count regularly and if we have an alert it will avoid the manual efforts of someone checking the count daily. Any ideas?

I am running AEM as cloud service and have the default dispatcher setup for venia, and when I request a product details page I get the following"GET /products/product-page.html/carina-cardigan.html" -0ms [publishfarm/-] [actionblocked] publish-?????????????.adobeaemcloud.comseems like the publish farm is just denying it, but I can't find the issue. I am using aem-cif-guides-venia as my compare. Any help?

wondering if anyone is experiencing issues with flickering reports within a dashboard.  We have done some troubleshooting including clearing cache, logging off and back on,etc but the issue still exists.  Also, VPN doesnt appear to be the cause.  A few members of the team, including me has had the issue before but normally goes away quickly  but I have a user who has been experiencing it for days.    Any insights would be appreciated jb

Hi,When I'm uploading a CSV list into Marketo and in the list I have a few members that already exist in the system (Marketo/SF), Marketo create a new member or update the existing member (can be lead or contact)?In addition to that, how Marketo define new members? Hello! Is there a way to add the start dat4e of the first task in a project to a program level report? There might be different tasks that start our the project each time? I would also only want to see the first project's task start on date in the that program. We tried using the projects planned start date but that date does not always match the start on date of the first task in the project.

Why does my projects planned start date not match the start date of the first task in the project? In theory they should be the same thing! But in the project details field, the planned start date is often not the same as the date the first task has documented as a start date.

When editing assets (specifically files) in AEM, will the changes be synced to every page that the asset is located on?

I am trying to add custom forms to a project template, I am creating. For some reason not all the forms that are available, are showing up under the drop down to select them; even though they are designated as a project form and they are shared with me as well. Am I missing something? Thanks,-marcus

Hello, Our marketing department has identified our 2024 goals and I'm looking for a way we can utilize Workfront to track and report on the progress of those goals. That would include a way for leadership to get a view into progress and ways to identify bandwidth/workloads. Also, we'd need a way to highlight progress including if we are behind or not. Ultimately, I'm just looking to see if anyone has any recommendations for this? Is there a tool in Workfront we could utilize or would it all be a reporting basis? I'm stuck on how we can track these goals and also keep track of workloads at the same time. Thanks!Shannon

Hi all,I open this thread to report a malfunction (or so it seems), of a velocity token.Before I explain the malfunction though, it is necessary to put the problem in context.   Due to the integration with CRM (D365), I have a token that is written via API.Within this token are multiple links. Hello, I know, that this is a bit past the path that Workfront had in mind, but would it be possible to keep an issue after conversion, but do not update it's status depending on the task status? Also, the reference to the corresponding object should be still visible and available without using an extra custom field. For a specific workflow this would be really helpful as it is as follows:A requestor fills out a custom form, which belongs to a queue. The request has the status NEW. Someone responsible checks the issue and sets the status to the custom status Approved which corresponds to the system status Closed.This status triggers a Fusion scenario which converts the request to a task which gets the status NEW as well. As during conversion the option preserveIssue is set, both objects are connected ("This resolves" / "Resolving Task"). This leads to the fact, that the issue gets the status NEW again, what possibly can confuse the original requestor. Thanks in adva

Besides Fusion, does anyone know of a way to bulk edit the planned start date on Tasks?I have tried in the timeline and in a report. In both places only the actual dates are on option to edit.Thanks!

Hello! Marketo Engage has a prebuilt global form validation rule called “Consumer Email Domain Blocklist” that I'd like to activate. In addition to the domains listed in this prebuilt rule, I'd like to add more custom email domains to also blocklist. The challenge with this is - it seems I'm not able to add more domains to the prebuilt rule. I also tried creating a new global form validation rule to add all the email domains I want blocklisted but there's a 2000 limit. I also tried distributing all the email domains across multiple global form validation rules and activating them but Marketo flagged that I can only have one rule active at once. Any suggestions on how I can blocklist more email domains in the global form validation rule?

Hello. I noticed that Adobe has added 'lifecycle status' to audiences, but I cannot figured out how to set it. Right now, all of my audiences are in the 'Published' status, but I want to know how to change them to 'Inactive' or 'Archived' when the times comes. Has anyone had success with 'lifecycle status'?

We are in need of removing Oracle Java. We can use the exported Javasoft reg key after the Oracle Java uninstall, modify to the Java paths' reg keys for open source we've installed to make this work. But will this jeopardize support?

Hi! We are struggling to get our marketing channels right. First, we fixed the behaviour after accepting cookies, which reloaded the page and, as a result, set the referrer to our site, no matter what. That made Refresh Session extremely high. Now, our IT team has made a modification, and Adobe Debugger captures under Referrer ('r') the right referral (Google.com, for instance). However, after the first hit (let's say, a click), that Referrer changes to our site again. So, what we have now is an external Referral (Google) on first page load, first click, but then it switches to our site for the rest of the Visit. Is this the right behaviour? We know that Referral captures "where the visitor comes from", but we are concerned this will set all Visits' marketing channel to Typed/Bookmarked (which, indeed, is like 40% of our traffic now).  We thought the referral should remain for the Visit (unless the Visitor, within the same Visit time, comes from a different external site
