Hi everyone,I'm working on a project where I need to programmatically create and update custom forms in Workfront using the API. I've been successful in creating the form and its fields, but I'm facing a challenge with the conditional logic.In the Workfront UI, there's an option to set up "skip logic" where the visibility of certain fields depends on the selection made in another field (e.g., a radio button or a dropdown menu). For instance, if a user selects "Yes," a new set of fields appears, but if they select "No," those fields remain hidden.My question is: Is it possible to configure this conditional logic directly through the Workfront API?I've reviewed the API documentation and haven't found any specific parameters or endpoints that allow for the creation of these rules. The current process seems to be confined to the UI's form designer.If this functionality isn't available, I'd appreciate it if you could confirm it. I tried creating an HTML Offer in Adobe Target, which contained HTML <div>...</div>, a style block <style>...</style>, as well as a script blocks <script>...</script>, but when I tried to insert the offer into an activity, it gave the following hard stop error message: "Offer content must contain exactly one HTML element".  I wasn't sure what that means, but I could only assume for now that it's because I'm trying to include a style block and/or a script block in the offer, though the language of the error message focuses on there being more than "one" HTML element.... Any clarification here would be great. I would like to create a report that will show the sum of record counts for multiple fields in a custom form. Specifically, something like this: If Field A or Field B = Choice 1, then show the total count of Field 1 plus Field 2. If Field A or Field B = Choice 2, show the total count of Field 3 plus Field 4, and so on. I'm terrible anything except the very simplest calculated fields. Is this something can can be done, and if so, can you give me the actual text to do it? Thanks for any help!!!

I am looking to create project templates where certain tasks have restrictions on when they can be completed.For example, I can only book studio recording time on Tuesdays;  orCross functional teams can only submit deliverables on Wednesday afternoons; orMy client only works Monday-Wednesady. Any client dependent tasks need to programmed to be due on in office days

I am the admin for our company. Our PM's have been asked by a client to use WorkFront in conjunction with their company who holds the licensing. One of my users can not access the web based access to Workfront on her computer (MacBook Pro) but I, using her credentials on a different computer, login without issue. The IT Team on the client side of this has a ticket but thus far nobody has an answer. It was suggested that there could be an issue with the Federated license and a reset could solve this issue. Another suggestion is fully removing all adobe applications / caches from the computer and start fresh?  Any help would be appreciated

Hi,  We're currently only using the Workload Balancer portion of  Resource Management and would like to hide some of the other tools showing on the left panel. I didn't find anything in layouts to do this. Is there any way to hide Resource Pools and Utilization in the left panel? We have multiple departments using our instance and all users are showing up in the utilization view and filters don't seem to stay. The departments update each other so companies isn't an option to hide the other department users from view. Thanks

I can't figure out how to copy a formula we use for a reference number into a different custom field. When I copy and update the custom names it tells me that "Packaging Request Type is not a valid field in your system".  I'm not sure what that means? Hello, We have people post their travel time on projects to a task on their task list. We don't bill our clients for travel time. I have a custom form that lists total budget hours, then a field that subtracts the actual hours posted to the project to show their remaining budget on their dashboard, but I cannot figure out how to pull out or separate/remove the hours posted to a task where the "source" is Travel Time. Task List Hour Type = Task TimeSource = Travel Time Just need a way to have a field that takes Actual Hours Posted to the project minus any Travel Time Hours posted so that I can show actual budget hours remaining. Hoping someone can help? ...and unfortunately no, I don't have fusion. Thank you!

I've got a report that shows how long it's taking our account managers to convert a request to a project. The "Time to Convert" column was created in text mode:displayname=Time to Convert linkedname=direct querysort=entryDate valueexpression=ROUND(DATEDIFF({entryDate},{actualStartDate}),2) valueformat=HTMLI don't get an "average" option for the column, like I do if I use a standard column selected from the drop down. Is there any way to display the average for the column other than exporting to Excel? I'm using groupings based on the different account managers, if that makes any difference. Thanks.

Hi ,We have a huge where we will have around 100 activities . But i am concerned about performance of the journey. Can any one please let me know that what and all performance issues we have if we have such a big journey apart from troubleshooting and readability issue.Also please let me know is there any possibility to split the journey .Thought of jump activity but as per the documentation we can't use jump if we have read audience.Please let us know your thoughts. Thanks Usha

Hello - One of our users is trying to drag and drop documents into their request and each time they try to do it the document tries to download instead of being uploaded into Workfront.  I tired to drag and drop the same document into the same request and it worked for me, but when she tries it will not drag and drop but tries to download the document.  Any thoughts on why this might be happening for this user when we have not changed any settings? Also, this feature was working earlier in the week and not sure why it's not working now.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

I've been looking and found a few older posts that had text code that was supposedly going to work in achieving this, but I have had no luck. At the moment they only wish to see these projects, so that they are aware of what is going on in their team. I don't know that they will want to manage these at any time, and I know that a project can be updated for that purpose. right now, I just want to build a report, or even a filter, that allows this user to see only what is shared with them. Thank you for your help.

Hello. I am making a report that needs to list how many of each job role is attached to a project.The problem is that one project can have multiple tasks assigned to the same person that has a job role. So is there any way to count unique job roles per project? 

I have a doubt referring to the function nowWithDelta. Can I use nowWithDelta(0, "days"), i.e, using the first parameter with the value "0"? 

Hello folks! Can the Stage settings options be displayed, when creating New proof version, by default instead of having to click > to display?Users want to be able to see the Deadline options dates easily.These dates are not integrated with the Workfront project deadline.Please see pics.

Hi Community,I have a proof where two of the users have marked the stage as not relevant to them, but their proof status shows that they've commented, which they haven't. Is that normal? I've never noticed that before. Thanks! 

Hi All, I have a project created with a set of tasks. I had updated duration, planned hours and assigned the tasks to an agile team. Once the tasks were assigned to the agile team, those tasks were showing up in the team's backlog. When I added few tasks from the backlog to one of the iterations, the duration of the tasks in the tasks list in the Project page got updated to very large numbers (57 days) whereas the original duration i had updated is very less ( 1 Day). Not sure why this is happening. How to retain the original duration of the task after it is getting assigned to an iteration. Please provide your inputs. Thanks in advance.

Hi,  We are in the process of building comma separated values calculated fields to map to AEM tags. Currently there are multiple fields from Workfront that need to be mapped to one AEM Tags.  In Workfront we have multiple fields for Audience, Channel & Social Identity but in AEM, those values are combined in tags. Hello community! I am hoping to create a report that shows the Oldest task in a project (i.e. the FIRST task). We would like to track projects that take more than one sprint to complete and currently, we track the sprint ID on each task with a custom field.It would be okay if this is 2 reports but ideally it would be: Project Names | Oldest Task Name | Oldest Task Due Date | Oldest Task custom field | Newest Task Name | Newest Task Dues Date | Newest Task Custom field the tasks could also be on 2 lines for each project, I don't mind.

I have the same multi-select dropdown field on request, project and task forms that only wants to populate the field on the project form when converting a request to a project using a project template. The project form is in the project details section and the task form is in the task details on the project template. I was hoping that the task field would auto-populate just like the field on the project form does, but I have to manually set the selection. Is it not possible to have the selection synced on the same filed in the three different forms?

Should I put different offers into one Offer Collection?As an example:1. 5% discount - Collection 12. Free delivery - Collection 2  And then in evaluation Criteria put them in specific order1. Collection 22. Collection 1  On the other I can put everything into one Collection and then in Evaluation Criteria every offer would be evaluated based on the priority??

Is there a way to check, either via API or UI, the specific times at which my streaming segments were evaluated within the last 24 hours? I could not locate in Monitoring Dashboard also didn't find any API.

Is there any way that we can use directly to calculate the Customer Life Time Value through AEP-RTCDP, which Marketeer can directly use to find their customer's Lifer Time Value using AEP UI, I found a way using Data Distiller, but I don't think that Marketer can write so much SQL queries. So Just looking for any way that can help me to draw some business decision based on my customer's LTV.
