I have a scenario that deactivated and now it has 110 records in the queue. It seems to be only processing new records that come in. How do I get it to run the records in the queue?

I am trying to build a report that shows all Templates where a specific Job Role placeholder appears. Not a listing of all Projects that use the Templates, just a listing of all Templates that contain the Job Roles. As an example: Product Manager Job Role appears on the New Product Template and the Artwork Update Request Template I am not finding a report filter for Job Role so I'm unsure if this is possible.

Hi again, trying to figure out if its possible to change the filename of the file being attached as an email when using the following function?event.target.submitForm({cURL: cEmailURL,cSubmitAs:"PDF",cCharSet:"utf-8"}); Im not getting anywhere with the "documentFileName" function, i can get the name but i cant change it. So using that email event, could i change the name to a field value instead?? Just wondering if thats possible at all.  thx Patrick    

I am a bit confused, trying to add the mirror link on email designer, the mirror links are not available under fragments? but if I go and check on resources, I can see them there?  What I am doing to overcome this is to add a new column then add text, then remove the text and then click on insert content block, and I can see the fragments that way?? is this correct? shouldn't they appear under fragments to begin with?    

We need to send to many customers (business customers) with the same email address in the same campaign. The data is coming from various APIs going to a single list but Marketo de-dupes and only one of the business accounts. We have several instances and many partitions. ideally, we would like to be able to send dupes in only one partition.

Hi,  I've been encountering a significant uptick in traffic labeled as "Bookmarked/Typed" within Adobe Analytics, and it's proving to be quite wrong. I'm seeking guidance on how to make sense of this situation. At the moment, the data seems rather unreliable, which is causing challenges in providing accurate reports to stakeholders and effectively addressing crucial internal projects. I'd greatly appreciate your best recommendations. Having been accustomed to the user-friendly and seamless nature of Google Analytics, I now find myself repeatedly investigating issues with Adobe Analytics. Any insights you could provide would be very helpful!  

I'm setting up an XT on our checkout which is built on React. My XT changes a bit of copy that appears on every page, so I'm adding additional pages to the experience. I have included to include the base URL in the page delivery for the first page in the experience. I've experimented with the first 3 pages of the journey just to see what's possible. The change on the 1st page renders ok, but when you click through to the 2nd page the change isn't there until I refresh my page. Same for the 3rd page. We use the VEC, and we have version 2.10.0 of the at.js. Help!!!!!!

Hello!   I am working on a project where a client has two instances of Marketo and one is brand new and I am working on the admin set up tasks. They would like to use the same From Domain across both instances, example.company.com. My understanding is that this is not advised as an alias value is only allowed to appear once per DNS zone. Is my understanding correct? Would the best course of action be to have them establish a different domain for the new instance? Thank you.

Hi Team, Currently we have taken Adobe Asset License for only for Adaptive forms (AEM Forms add-on Package). Our requirement is rendering the forms external sites (which is not running AEM) but each new adaptive form required change external site to render the form, This leads additional work from external site team complexity involved deployment and more effort . To avoid the dependency with External site team ,we advised to redirects Adaptive Forms to AEM Server instead of redirect but here we facing issues with authenticated forms redirects same user to AEM even though we implemented SAML integration . These are daily files sent through FTP.There were few days when this file was not received and I did resend them which are still not received. Here is the error I received in data warehouse Request failed to send. Please check send parameters and destination connectivity. Since past few days this files are processing as expected. Please advice on what could be the error and How can I resend them now.

Objective: I need to create a campaign which accepts future date in "Marketing Consent Event Date" and "Privacy Notice Given Date" fields. Problem: There is one trigger campaign created at the operational level which triggers when the Privacy Notice value gets updated and it changes the Privacy Notice date to be {{system.date}}. However, I created my trigger campaign (which includes the triggers for Marketing Consent, Marketing Consent Event date, Privacy Notice, Privacy Notice Given date triggers and filters) and set the priority as "High" so that I can override the already created trigger, and set the dates to be {{system.date}} + 1days in the flow step as can be seen in the snapshot below:   The issue is my campaign is overriding the operational trigger campaign and setting the dates to be 1 day in future but after a couple of seconds, the operational campaign runs and changes the Privacy Notive Given date back to {{system.date}}. Hi Team, We have a Streaming Data source connection of Adobe Analytics into CDP. Data has been ingesting in CDP every hour since last year (no WebSDK). But today the data has stopped ingesting. There seems to be no error message in UI, in workflows > Target Dataset is also correctly mapped, in Adobe Analytics, the required report suite is also showing the data for the day.  I checked in CDP > Monitoring, selected streaming header > there I could see the Batch IDs and Record count of Batch of every hour for today, but the same is not populating in Dataset. Please suggest. Thanks.

Hi,   I am reaching out regarding an issue we are experiencing with sending assets via email. Unfortunately, we are encountering a CORS problem in console, which prevents us from successfully mailing the assets. We are using asset share commons for assets management but in author email service is working on but on publisher it is giving CORS issue. We have already updated all the necessary configurations and dispatcher updates but still getting same error. Interestingly, we faced the same problem on both the DEV and QA environments. However, we managed to resolve the issue on the DEV environment, yet the problem persists on the QA environment, even though the code remains consistent across both environments. I have extensively referred to relevant documentation to find a solution, but so far, it hasn't led to the desired outcome. I created a report to show projects/tasks for each of our freelancers. It works like a charm, only one specific portfolio will not show up in the results. I have the portfolio shared system-wide and set up like every other portfolio. I'm probably overlooking something very simple. Any ideas?

Hope you are doing fine. I am facing some difficulties while attempting to create a new server-to-server DV360 destination, and I hope someone could help me.Step 1 - I received an Excel sheet from the client which contains data about the Advertiser ID and some Partner IDs. However, I can't find the Account ID. Does anyone know where I could find the Account ID? Because of this, I am encountering issues in this step: I've tried inputting the Advertiser ID and some of the Partner IDs there, but I could not create it. The previous screen looks like this:On this screen, I can only see the Google Customer Match Rate. The thing is, shouldn't I also see the icon for DV360 there? Best regards.
