I am trying to install Brightcove AEM connector brightcove_connector.ui.apps-5.5.1.zip. I have uploaded the package and trying installing in author using admin account and installation is failing due to ConstraintViolationException. Below is the complete exception message. Any idea why its happening? do we need to open up firewall rule for brightcove for installation? We are using 6.3. We were using Classic UI, and we are making the transition to Touch UI.One of our static templates uses a thumbnail file. In Touch UI, on the sites.html page to select content (http://localhost:4502/sites.html/content), all the pages using that template automatically show up with that template's thumbnail. We changed the thumbnail.png file for that template. The change is reflected with the content creation, when selecting the template, but all the pages using that template still have the old thumbnail image show on the sites page.How can the old thumbnails be cleared out so the page use the new one?

Hi,using embedded 2.0 forms I've run into a problem with having multiple copies of the same form on the same page - I'd guess because they all have the same form ID.My coworker - who runs our email marketing process - is looking to simplify how many forms he has to maintain and I'm investigating ways to help him do that We want to have a form with the same set of fields appear multiple times on our product pages, in a popup, in a sidebar, inline in the content etc...What I'm seeing is:the first form loads correctlywhen the second instance loads it inserts a duplicate set of form fields into the first instance. every further instance adds another copy of the fields to all other instances which have the the same ID  - eg  "mktoForm_1234".Is there an easy way to work around this? Or should I just make multiple copies of the same form in the backend of Marketo, and he will have to update them all separately when a change is needed?I'm aware I could be using the API to send and receive info

Hi Experts,I understand there's an OOTB workflow step in AEM Assets where a workflow can be configured to add a watermark to the asset in subject. However, I'm trying to investigate if there's a way to customize and remove the same watermark at a later step. Use case could be - A watermark is added to an asset while ingestion & the same is removed once it is approved by the reviewer at a later step of workflow. This is to quickly identify and eliminate the use of unapproved assets. I understand there are better ways to handle this, but that's just an example.Thanks.

I am working on a requirement where user will see a  modal with list of records and selected records from the modal needs to be listed as table records.  User should have an option to delete selected records from the table  ( But user should not be able to add new records ) .I would like avoid table run time controls which will come in run time when we mention repeat settings for table row. I am thinking to keep Delete button on each row with rule editor script to delete particular row in the table. When user clicked on Delete when there is only one record the data will be cleared and table will be hidden. Can anyone help me in customizing table appearance to remove(+ and -) run time controls.

Hello,At the moment I am working on case for extracting hourly a data using Analytics API 2.0. The idea is to extract 3 dimensions with several metrics. My first dimension has around 1300 rows, second around 10 rows, third around 100 rows.  Following the documentation  the ETL is making a breakdown for the over the 3  dimensions  and in average I need to execute around 3000 request. When running the requests consecutively the whole process is taking more than 20 minutes. I have the possibility to run the requests in parallel ( 2,4,10, 16) but in this case I am receiving  the error "too many requests" in more than 50 % of the calls.My questions consists in the following:- What are the max limits of parallel requests?- Are there any limits for requests per hour or per minute and are they configurable?I really appreciate your help.Best regards,Pavel

Good morning-I have two SFDC custom objects that I am pulling into MKTO. These two SFDC objects reference the same data field (date/time field). Is it possible for MKTO to pull this data regardless of which object I reference or does it confuse the logic? Basically my data isn't pulling the date/time field for either object so I was wondering if this was a downside to the MKTO/SFDC Sync. Thanks and I hope this wasn't too confusing!Monica

We have made a number of simple web forms using core form container component in our project and storing data under the user-generated node.But do we have any OTTB functionality using which the author can view this data in tabular form or download this data in CSV?Like for AEM forms, we have forms portal.

I have a question on using subdomains and getting the branded links set up with a customer. Just using coffee as an example....my client is coffee.com. They want to use quick.coffee.com as their email send/reply to. As such, I've sent instructions to their IT team to create 2 CNAME records (one for email and one for the landing pages) in the DNS for the subdomain quick.coffee.com for go.quick.coffee.com and go2.quick.coffee.com pointing to the appropriate information from Marketo for each. Will this present an issue at all when setting it up in Marketo by having multiple "dots" in there? Sorry I don't have the correct terminology here.I've also asked them to create 2 TXT records for SPF and DKIM with the appropriate information from Marketo for quick.coffee.com since this will be where the email is sent from. There seems to be a ton of confusion on their end in getting this set up. Is there a better way to communicate these pieces? Thanks!Chelsey---

I have an OSGI service/service implementation combo to store the GTM codes.I have some passwords that's stored in .java files at the moment. To make it more secure, I followed the same technique used on the GTM codes to create an OSGI config (acessible via configMgr). Hi,I have one form where we are asking known leads/contacts for their mailing address. However, if the lead/contact already has a mailing address in SFDC then we do not want to override that information with a new address. Is there a way to do this on only this form? We don't want to impact any other forms that collect address information. Thanks!Reanna

i am not sure where to start but how can i create a global footer that would be added automatically to all emails and templates. This footer would only be editable by Admins - not standard users. We need it required and SUs would not be able to delete it.

Hi, I've got a use case where I need to store and serve static html, js, css, images, flash videos, and etc from the JCR. The only suggestions I could find on how to do this come from this article. http://blogs.adobe.com/dekesmith/2012/05/22/place-simple-html-and-image-files-online-with-crx-and-cq/I've tried all methods of uploading my static content as described in the article and have been able to consistently upload my static content to the JCR. However, the problem that I'm facing is actually trying to render the content. In AEM 6.2, when I attempt to hit the static content, such as: /content/some-site/some-static-page.html, it is treated like a binary download. It does the same for all the other filetypes that I've uploaded. It seems that the latest iOS Heartbeat library releases are targeting iOS 10 and up. Is there any particular reason for dropping support for iOS 9? Or is the linker warning ("...was built for new iOS version (10)...") something that can be ignored, i.e. the library has incorrect deployment target set?Br,Mikko

I recently installed 6.4 from 6.2 as a fresh install, and I did not had any history with rendering issues with 6.2, but I am unable to find what might be causing this:This is the home page of the author dashboard; not only do I have this, but none of the tools are clickable to navigate around the other parts of AEM.This is the editor page and the toolbar had been reduced to just a few broken buttons.
