We have a live journey where members were not receiving the email as expected (unitary event/triggered). A day later, they received the email and the message feedback status was equal to "delay". Is there any in depth explanation to why a delay would happen?

We recently implemented Web SDK. We have Analytics, Target and AAM. We will be implementing RTCDP soon. We also recently got OneTrust. We did a OneTrust scan of our website and came up with a list of cookies. In OT, cookies are categorized as Essential, Functional, Targeting, etc. Visitor preferences for each category are stored in a data layer variable. Therefore, we can inspect the variable to see that was opted in and out for each visitor; e.g. Essential opted in, Functional opted in, Targeting opted out, etc. We can have a script that either allows cookies to be created or not based on the category preferences (opted in or out). In Launch, we have a Page View rule. I have a project with tasks that have the status of New, have a start date in the future, but they have a progress status of At risk. If I change the status to In Progress, the progress status changes to ON Time.  I know that the estimate due date is out in July 2026 but I do not know how to change it.Here is a snippet of the tasks from the project.  Any help would be greatly appreciated 

We have two separate pipelines in AEM as a Cloud Service — one for deploying PathFactory packages and another for deploying our main project code. I am unable to find any documentation on this question:Does Proof keep active the PDF page or reference links on a pdf file that has been converted to a Proof? We have a report that includes a Table of Content which includes the link to the respective pdf page; however, when viewed in Proof on Workfront, the links are not working? Is this expected behavior?

Hello - Part of the way we are utilizing Workfront is our users will put in a request which will then be converted to a task or project by a group of Admins. However, when the issue is converted it is saying that the issue was entered by the Admin doing the conversion, not the original requester. Is there a way to fix this? I don't remember that being the case earlier on in our Workfront use. Example in pictures: Original requester was Rosemary, but once converted to a project requester is now Gabriela.

Hi there. Forgive me if this is answered elsewhere.  I'm looking to create a Report that shows the End Date of tasks designated for a specific milestone path for all Active and On Hold projects for a given Portfolio.  So in my specific example, I have 10 projects active and on hold, and each of them have about 25 tasks. Of those tasks, 7 tasks are attributed to milestones on (what we've called) the "Standard Milestones" path, and I would wanna only show those 7 (end) dates.  Thinking of my output, the projects would populate as separate rows on the report, and the columns along the top would each be one of the milestones, with each column as one milestone (so 7 columns total). And then, the data would be the date per project. How would I build this?

We are implementing the AEP Mobile SDK in our mobile app and have configured the app to use the Production environment App ID from Adobe Launch (i.e., configureWithAppId() is correctly set with the Production ID).However, the Launch tag property is still in "Development" status — it has not yet been published to Production.Our main question is:Does having the tag property in an unpublished “Development” state prevent the SDK from successfully sending data to the Production Adobe Analytics report suite — even if the Production environment App ID is used in the app?We are currently seeing "unspecified" or missing data in the Production report suite, and suspect that the unpublished Production environment may be the cause.Please confirm how the Launch publishing status affects mobile SDK behavior and data flow to report suites.

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but it doesn't hurt to ask. So before I flag this as a feature request:  Is there a way to set up the list-unsubscribe header to opt people out by domain, or even better, by email address?  We run several lines of business out of the same Marketo account. For example, we have our main domain for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons - plasticsurgery.org - and another domain for a regional society we manage, the Virginia Society of Plastic Surgeons - vasps.org. One person can be a member of both, so we don't have separate workspaces set up.  If someone gets an email from vasps.org and decides to click the "This message is from a mailing list, unsubscribe?" button at the top if a Gmail or Apple Mail window, it will unsubscribe them from everything coming out of our Marketo account, even if they really only wanted to opt out of VASPS emails.  I do have a followup email that goes out to tell people that t

Hi, We are using Marketo script (for example landing.mycompany.com/js/forms2/js/forms2.min.js) to use Newsletter subscription form on our website, this script takes 2-3 seconds load time which has impact on overall page load time. I am looking for ways to optimize Marketo script, please suggest if there are any alternate approaches. We are using loading this asynchronously. Also, even though we are loading the above script only once, we see a second call in the browser network tab, the 2nd call takes about 1 second time. When checked with Marketo support on 2nd network, support team mentioned that this could not be avoided.

Hi There, I have created a purge scheduler config using local SDK, printed and saved configuration. However in config fields cron or interval field is missing. I deployed it on dev instance, however it did not run since last 4 days. Documentation for same does not specify how frequently does the purge scheduler runs. Some page quotes that it runs once a week. Is there a way to change this schedule to run it more frequently or force trigger it

Hi, we have shadow DOM elements (#shadow-root (open) ) on the site and I have observed that the "click" event type doesn't work in the listener (using plain javaScript). However, substituting it with a "mouseup" event produces the relevant outcome. Namely, I am talking about our custom activity map implementation. Has anyone come across this before? Thanks.

My customer has hybrid mobile app: web view (in mobile app) + native app (kotlin etc) I suppose that some web view needs to use web sdk and native app has to use mobile sdk?Did anybody do something like that recently? How to share the ECID? What might be the risks? 

Hi Team,While creating audience and using "Refresh Estimate" option shows the % of total and qualified audience. With this, we have few profiles displayed at the bottom of the same page. However, we wanted to get the total list of profiles qualified for that particular Audience. Is there a way to find these profiles. Any insights/direction can greatly help us moving forward whilst creating dashboard stitching the profiles with other 3rd party integration systems where the profiles are spread over.Thanks in advance. Kind regards,Kiran Buthpur

I have a scenario were I'd like to remove the change status ability on the issue when its run.  I found the Share object in API Explorer but wasn't clear on how I could remove Change status.  Has anyone done something like this and could provide a bit of guidance (thanks in advance)?

However, when sending the email through C#, the entire output appears with a green background across the whole screen.How can I adjust my C# code to ensure the email renders correctly—just like it does in the browser?For reference, I’ve attached a screenshot below.

Hello, We are trying to create new users using Fusion and setting up their layout templates and resource pool. However, when we try to fetch the custom API module in Fusion, it only allows to read the system generated layout templates and resource pools (default ones) and not user specific or group specific ones. Is there a way this can be achieved?

Does anyone know the list of supported delimiters that Adobe Experience Platform recognizes? My team is trying to ingest a CSV file with broken pipe delimiters; however, the file selection doesn't have broken pipe delimiter as an option. Does anyone know if AEP can ingest a file with a broken pipe delimiter and how? If not, where can I find a list of supported delimiters?

What does the community think is the best way to start off in Fusion?  Did everyone just jump right in and start playing?  I have a good background in various programming languages and also Microsoft Power Automate.  I'm trying to deside if I'll need to purchase consultation hrs.    In trhe meantime I am going through the available tutorials. Any advice on how to begin would be greatly appreciated.
