Hi,   I'm noticing that in my Marketo instance there are a number of duplicates that are created. There are three sources a lead can enter our Marketo instance. An API integration to our backend data from our signup flow, a Marketo form fill, and a lead that is uploaded to Salesforce and then syncs to Marketo. There are cases where three leads are created with the same email as they entered from all three of those sources.   Does anyone have suggestions on campaigns or way to catch a duplicate and marry it to an existing lead. Additionally, does anyone have suggestions on how to properly remove duplicates that are taking up database storage currently?   Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Everyone,In Marketo, there is an option to upload the contact level and custom object level fields under List Import. Is there a way to upload Custom activities in a similar way please? Currently we are performing this only via integration API. Regards, Vishal

Starting Friday night through Sunday nigh, over 700 of the following sync errors occurred in Marketo. Error updating List with SfdcId: - I've never seen this error before.  Does anyone know what it represents? Hi,I have some questions regarding AJO.The requirement is to send email and push notifications to customers every day at 4 pm, but before sending them, we need to check if the product is available by calling an external API.Is it feasible to initiate a journey in AJO through an API from an external third party? If yes, how can we accomplish that?Can we schedule a journey to run at a specific time daily, such as 4 pm?Additionally, is it possible to make an external API call from AJO? For example, only send the email if the products are back in stock."

Hi,  I adobe analytics my predefined week is Saturday - Friday. But I have feature that changes weekly (Thurs-wednesday)I would like to create the following rolling date ranges: Last week, 2 weeks ago, 3 weeks ago, 4 weeks ago for the features' week over week comparison metrics.  I have the rolling weekly date range created, using current week minus few days and similar to that for the end date. But since the predefined week is sat- fri, the date range rolls based on that and give inaccurate dates.  For example: Expectation is for it to roll on every Thursday. Which is does and then it rolls on Saturday as the current predefined week changes. Any suggestion on how to have it roll only on Thursday?

Hello,   We have created a process that allows our sales agents to send "triggered" emails to customers using a Marketo form and landing page. The way it works is the sales agent goes to our landing page and fills out the form below, entering the email address that should receive the email (Member's Membermaint Email Address) + the agent's information:     Upon clicking "Send Email", some of the information that the agent enters in the form populates the agent trigger tokens in the email: Recently, one of our agents asked us if it's possible for us to set up a way for them to enter multiple member email addresses into a single field, then send these email addresses the same email, populated with the agent's information.   I have seen a couple of articles mentioning this could be accomplished with JavaScript, but they did not provide details or instructions on how to set this up.   Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so how? We are looking at a situation where two requestors want special access to WF so that they may run projects in special circumstances. Because these two users will still be able to submit requests, Is there a way to limit WF so that they can only see projects they own? I dont want them having access to look into projects they have submitted and impede the project owners job. I was hoping for a solution limiting search results or something along those lines.

Hello, community! I need to receive leads in one program, but attribute them a different acquisition program value. To give you some context: we'll have a booth in an online tradeshow (program 1), and one of the links we'll share there leads to an already existing gated asset (program 2). I want that everyone who fills out the form on the landing page from program 2 with the tradeshow's UTM be attributed program 1 acq program. But every test that I make fails. Do you know a solution for it?

Hello folks! I am trying to duplicate the Adobe Analytics extension in a property. The reason is that I want an extension with a custom configuration that sends data to one report suite and another extension with other configuration that sends data to other report suite. Does someone know if that is possible? I know that in other TMS such as Tealium iQ it is possible, but I don't know if Adobe Launch it is possible. Thank you!

I have few pages in AEM. The pages have a jcr property "replicate":"true". As soon as the replication action triggers on the page. I need to  perform certain actions on the page on replicate event (like make a 3rd party api call to send the page data.) but at the same time I don't want my page to be replicated to publish instance if the replicate property is set to false.How I can achieve this ?

Like the subject line says - say I want to organise a large amount of assets into different folders based on a particular attribute (such as the year they were created). Is it possible to do this with a CSV? If I have the path of the original file and the desired destination it seems like it would be quite straightforward, but I don't know how to format the file or what to name the headers. Can anyone advise? I swear I've seen a post on this before, but after a few hours of trying to search for it again I'm just going to ask myself (I'm sorry mods). I've been trying this for quite a while now and think my brain just isn't working correctly anymore so any help is appreciated!  Context:We use a Marketo form to 'pre-qualify' potential customers before they're able to create an account. Every user that makes an account, our sales team reaches out to and they spend 75% of their disqualifying people. Since we're a start-up, our resourced are limited. It has very simple logic where if you select x, you are redirected to a page that says you don't qualify. Needless to say, it didn't take people long to figure out if they change their answers it will show they qualify and they can create an account.        I'd like to be able to stop people from just hitting back and resubmitting it with changed answers. We have a custom form attached to each task in a project. There are two fields in the form (dropdowns where only one selection is allowed) -- Primary Service Line and Secondary Service Line -- that we want to report on. But we want the record count from the two fields combined. For example, if blue is chosen as the primary service line in 12 tasks and chosen as the secondary service line in 5 tasks, I want the report to show me 17 for blue. I have not been able to figure out if this can be done and if so how. I've searched help but haven't found anything on this type of scenario. Anyone have ideas or a solid answer? Any help is much appreciated.

I'm looking at my API integrations and so far I've created separate users and named them based on what part of the tech stack they relate to (ex: Facebook API user, Knak API user, etc).   I have more integrations coming up and it seems like they all work the same way, that will make about 50.    Marketo is charging for each user. I was trying to keep these separate for auditing, but is it OK to just use 1 API user and connect to different technologies rather than 1 user per technology? In my CRM, we use 1 API user that connects onto many different integrations.

If I assign one task to 2 separate people, can either one of them close the task or do both have to close it?

I have an archived library, let's call it "library A" that i need to debug. I published it (library A) to production, the change that was in there was failing. I had to revert to the previous library, let's call that "library Z". I need to use the library, library A, in the production environment, but without republishing it. I need the _satellite.environment.staging value to equal "production" during my debugging. This is the reason I can't use a development or staging version of library with the same change. I found an article that said I could download it, but there's no "Download" option in the dropdown (see screenshot attached). If I could get that, then I could use devtools to replace the published file, locally, and debug.  How can I download the archived library, library A? 

I'm trying to build a fusion process that will mark an issue or task as Approved or Rejected after I use fusion to validate fields are compliant. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this and have it "approved" vs just changing the status? We'd like to have the system status update appear noting it was "approved". I can't seem to figure out an option for an approval vs status change.  Thanks,Kellie
